Corporate Social Responsiblity is today a well known concept in the business world. The concept contains responsibility and sustainability for those who chose to work with Corporate Social Responsibility and the three responsibility areas within the concept. Responsibility and sustainability is of importance, no matter what core business a corporation has. The responsibility goes both out from the corporation, to take care of the surrounding society and the environment. The responsibility also concerns the corporation interal, aiming for a sustainable work enivornment and good working conditions.

I uppsatsen intervjuas: samordnare, metodutvecklare och boendestödjare om sin syn på social dokumentation och om hur arbetet går till på deras arbetsplats. Social dokumentation handlar om att dokumentera vid handläggning och vid genomförande inom verksamheter styrda enligt SoL, LSS, LVU och LVM. Uppsatsens syfte är att visa på olika sätt att se på den sociala dokumentationen inom fältet boendestöd och att exemplifiera vad social dokumentation kan vara. Resultatet visar att social dokumentation sker i ett sammanhang och variationen mellan olika boendestöd är stor. Uppsatsen exemplifierar olika aspekter av dokumentationen genom att beskriva dokumentationen med beslut, genomförandeplan, uppföljning av insats, förbättringsåtgärder och visa på den sociala dokumentationens potential..

Denna studie unders?ker hur generativ AI (GAI) anv?nds inom HR i svenska organisationer med s?rskilt fokus p? kompetensutveckling (upskilling) och livsl?ngt l?rande. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med fem HR-personal unders?ks hur GAI uppfattas och implementeras i olika organisatoriska sammanhang. Resultaten visar att GAI betraktas som ett effektivt verktyg f?r att st?dja livsl?ngt l?rande och f?rb?ttra HR:s strategiska roll.

How do you do co-operation between government agencies? It is a wide spread view that there can be quite a few hitches in co-operation between agencies. In later years this idea has spread to the media where there has been negative coverage of the social service agencies. This generally applies to cases where children suffer because the right assistance takes too long to co-ordinate or does not get co-ordinated at all between schools, healthcare and social services. The social welfare law dictates that it is the social welfare office duty to co-ordinate the government agencies for the child?s best interest.

Our paper is targeting mainly students, but also all other people interested in social work with children. The purpose of our study was to investigate how the social workers experience and handle their work with children, who have been exposed to sexual abuse, and what kind of support and guidance the social workers are offered, in order to handle their working situation. We chose to perform a qualitative study, by the use of interviews, since we found it to be the most appropriate way to gather the information. Our conclusion is that the work with these issues is emotionally burdensome and requires a great commitment, however it is essential for the social workers to maintain a certain distance to their work, in order not to influence their personal lives. It is through experience and knowledge that the social workers learn how to handle their working situation. We also learned that although the work with sexual abuse against children gave birth to different emotions of the social worker, the social workers feel satisfaction with their work, by helping the exposed children. We hope that our paper will inspire and encourage to further studies in the area, since there is still much to be explored. .

Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka vilka typer av svårigheter/problem som pedagoger på olika förskolor avser när de talar om barn i behov av stöd. Syftet har också varit att undersöka hur förskolan arbetar för att inkludera barn i behov av stöd i barngruppen och hur inkluderingen fungerar. Kvalitativ studie har genomförts och den data som samlats in har varit kvalitativa intervjuer. Resultatet visar att de barn som är i behov av stöd uppfattas olika av pedagogerna. En av pedagogerna menade att barn med eller i behov av diagnoser är barn i behov av stöd.

Syftet med undersökningen var att ta reda på hur idrottslärare på högstadiet definierar ordet inklusion och hur idrottslärarna inkluderar elever med rörelsehinder i den vanliga idrottsundervisningen. För att lyfta fram elevens röst, så var även syftet med denna undersökning att ta reda på hur det är att vara med på idrottsundervisningen, sett från en rörelsehindrad elevs perspektiv.  Fyra idrottslärare och en elev som sitter i rullstol har genom kvalitativa intervjuer visat att lärarna anser att inkludering är någonting centralt och viktigt i dagens idrottsundervisning. Idrottslärarna i studien hade liknande definitioner av inklusion och menade att det är viktigt att hela tiden kunna anpassa undervisningen så att eleverna kan utvecklas utifrån sina egna förutsättningar. Lärarna gav som exempel att under till exempel orienteringsmomentet så fick eleven orientera på en stadsbana där underlaget var mer anpassat för rullstol. Eleven i undersökningen beskrev att denne aldrig känt sig utanför på idrottslektionen och förklarade vikten av att ha en bra dialog tillsammans med sin idrottslärare. Alla idrottslärare som deltog i studien var medvetna om vilka anpassningar som behövdes göra när en rörelsehindrad elev fanns med på idrottslektionerna.

The focus of this thesis is on social workers? knowledge in assessing and making decisions in child welfare cases. The primary aim is to identify what skills or knowledge social workers find most useful within child welfare agencies in Swedish municipalities. Six different types of knowledge, social policy and the approach of child welfare cases are perspectives considered in the analysis. The interviews with social workers were held in three agencies in southern Sweden, in 2014.

The purpose of this study was to examine knowledge within the social services. We narrowed the study down from general knowledge to scientifically produced knowledge and how the social workers relate to such knowledge. We aimed to see how the social workers perceive different knowledge and how they relate to the different sources of knowledge. We also examined the different factors that will enable and motivate social workers to stay updated with scientifically produced knowledge that is relevant to their work. We also examined what limits the ability or motivation for renewing ones knowledge.

The purpose of this study was to examine social workers working process in social assistance with focus on the child´s perspective. We were interested in learning about the existence of variations in approach and attitude between two municipalities. Question to be answered about what methods and approaches used by social workers to include the child´s perspective in the process of social assistance. Another question to be answered about what the manner in which social workers took into account the child´s perspective when the families apply for social assistance in relation to the operations and requirement. To fulfill the purpose, qualitative methods were used.

Denna studie unders?ker hur l?rare i fritidshem och specialpedagoger beskriver deras samverkan och hur samverkan synligg?rs i fritidshemmets verksamhet - den icke obligatoriska delen av skolan, samt hur den kan fr?mja st?d f?r elever. Genom kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer med fem l?rare i fritidshem och fem specialpedagoger identifierades b?de m?jligheter och utmaningar i det gemensamma arbetet. Resultaten visar att systematisk samverkan, baserad p? tydliga organisatoriska strukturer och gemensamma v?rden, kan skapa en mer inkluderande och st?djande l?rmilj? f?r eleverna som deltar i fritidshemmets verksamhet. Det framkommer ?ven att samverkan kan ske behovsstyrt n?r tid f?r samverkan mellan professionerna inte organiseras.

Background: Corporations are established and organized in order to create economic values for their owners and the main aim of every business enterprise is to be profitable and satisfy the financial expectations of their shareholders. However, corporate social responsibility focuses on the ethical aspects of corporate business in order to achieve the balance between the profitability and social responsibility. Nongovernmental organizations through their activities promote the respect for human rights and environmental care within the corporate world. Purpose and Scope: To make an in-depth study about the role of nongovernmental organizations regarding corporate social responsibility in order to increase the understanding of corporate social responsibility. Methodology: We used literature research for our thesis and we analysed the secondary data related to the corporate social responsibility.

I denna uppsats behandlar vi ämnet idrott och hälsa ur ett specialpedagogiskt perspektiv med fokus på rörelsehinder. Idrottsämnet kan för rörelsehindrade elever vara problematiskt eftersom kroppen och dess rörelser har en central roll i undervisningen. Däremot finns det en ambition att alla elever ska vara inkluderade och det är skolans uppgift att skapa pedagogiska miljöer där alla kan delta utifrån sina egna förutsättningar.Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka fyra idrottslärares uppfattningar om inkludering av rörelsehindrade elever i idrottsundervisningen. För att ta reda på detta utgick vi från en kvalitativ forskningsansats med halvstrukturerade intervjuer som metod. Vi genomförde fyra intervjuer med idrottslärare som har olika erfarenhet av rörelsehinder.

Technology has grown rapidly in recent years. At present, almost all social interaction are through computers and telephones. It is, however, not everyone who can manage these media. This applies mostly to elderly people who have not kept pace with technological developments. A major contributing reason is that the manuals are usually bulky and too technical for this group.The purpose of this paper is to develop a concept/prototype into a product that will facilitate the use of mobile phones for seniors.
