Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka skolbarns tankar kring framtid, utbildning och yrken. Följande frågeställningar har formulerats: vilken beredskap har barn att diskutera frågor om utbildning, framtid och yrken? Vad är det som gör att barn tänker som de gör kring utbildning, framtid och yrken? Jag har använt mig av kvalitativ metod och genomfört sex intervjuer med elever på en F-6 skola och tre intervjuer med lärare. Tidigare forskning visar att det inom detta område finns sparsamt med undersökningar och att det även är svårt att hitta karriärteorier som specifikt handlar om hur barn resonerar och utvecklas. För att analysera det empiriska materialet har Supers teori om life span, life space, Gottfredsons teori om begränsningar och kompromisser och Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) använts.

Företagspolicy påverkar rekryterarens val av nya medarbetare. Detta undersöktes i en experimentell studie där 120 studenter vid Lunds universitet deltog. Hälften fick ta del av en platsannons som var antingen rättviseinriktad eller lojalitetsinriktad. Därefter fick de skatta värme- respektive kompetensfrågors lämplighet för en intervjusituation i förhållande till tjänsten. Sista steget i enkäten innehöll tre fiktiva cv:n som varierade kompetens i relation med utländskt/ svenskt namn.

The purpose is to create dialog and to minimize the gap to the voters, but in many ways it is being used as a one-way communication channel.  The parliamentary parties are trying to use the social media channels in Swedish conditions, but in many ways they try to imitate an American used strategy..

The purpose is to illustrate the phenomenon of self-harm from a social psychological and sociological perspective. The purpose is furthermore to examine the role social relationships play in the individuals´ self- imagine and what role does identification play for anyone who harm themselves? We want to examine in what way social relationships are important and how they function for individuals who harm themselves, both once they have started to harm themselves, and if the relationships in any part caused the cutting to begin with.Questions:How do individuals shape their identity based on self- harm? Which self-image do individuals have who self-harm? Is there anything in the person's previous social relationships that have caused them to begin to hurt themselves?Method:In this paper we have analyzed five autobiographies. We have used open coding from grounded theory as analytical method and subject positions based on discourse analysis.Theory:We have used the Cooley concepts looking glass self, Foucault's theory of power, Giddens' concept of ontological security and existential anxiety.Results and Analysis:We found six different categories that we thought were central. These were negative self-image, guilt, lack of family support, negative experiences of others' views, the protective identity as self- harmer and insecure social relationships in school.Conclusion:The self-harming is a very complex behavior.

As elderly citizens are already in a vulnerable position for the digital divide, communication technology becomes an important tool for interacting with friends and family. The social situation of elderly, 60 years of age and older, is a topic of current interest since they are the fastest growing age group in the world today. Further, social interaction becomes more important among elderly since it has a positive effect on well- being.

Vid närmare undersökning upptäckte jag ett fält som inte tidigare hade utforskats. Forskning kring förhandlingar mellan olika nationaliteter med olika kulturer är utbredd men väldigt lite finns kring förhandlingar mellan samma nationalitet fast med olika kulturer. Inget fanns kring förhandlingar mellan arbetarkulturen och tjänstemannakulturen inom Sverige vilket fick mig att skriva denna pilotstudie om just detta. Med en reviderad version av Raymond Cohens teori om förhandlingar och kultur som ramverk lyckades jag med hjälp av samtalsintervjuer, enkäter och egna observationer ifrån förhandlingar visa på vissa kulturella skillnader. Det skulle visa sig att arbetarkulturen var kollektivistiskt orienterad medan tjänstemannakulturen var mer individualistiskt orienterad vilket har en rad konsekvenser för förhandlingarna dem emellan.

Skolverket och styrdokumentens värdegrund formulerar vikten av att problematisera exkluderande faktorer mellan olika kulturer och etniciteter i skolan. Hur bemöter läromedel det uttalade målet? Syftet med studien är att undersöka förhållandet mellan Vi och De i läromedel och därmed hur framställandet konstrueras och bidrar till en andrafierande diskurs. Innehållsanalysen utgår från en kritisk textanalys i form av postkolonial teori där språkliga mönster, variationer och dolda budskap analyseras. För att bemöta studiens syfte formas kartläggningen kring att belysa hur icke-europeiska kulturer i läromedel i historia framställs.

The purpose of this paper is to study how people without home experience social services and how they experience their space of action when they meet social services. In order to answer these questions, a qualitative approach has been used. The empirical material consists of five interviews with people who have contact with social services because they are homeless. To support my analysis of the space of action for the persons being interviewed, I?ve used two theoretical perspectives, power analysis by Michel Foucault and Rational Choice.

The purpose of this essay was to examine how professional social workers work with follow up foster home placements. The study was based on qualitative interviews with ten professional social workers from different municipalities in Skåne in an attempt to answer the following questions:* What routines exist for the follow-up work with foster care?* What factors have an impact on how the follow-up is formed in the particular case?* How can the follow-up affect outcomes of the placement?* In what way could the work with follow-up foster home placements develop?The theories we chose to analyze our material from was the ecology of human development formed by Urie Bronfenbrenner and the theory of civil courage formed by Lennart Lundquist. The interviews were semi-structural which gave the respondents a chance to talk in a free way about the questions we presented.The result of the study showed that there is a difference in the way social workers form the follow-up work of foster care. The greatest difference is in whom the social workers include in their follow-up.

Dagens företag verkar i en institutionell miljö där normer om korrekt uppförandecirkulerar och påverkar företags anseende. För att uppfattas som legitim krävs det attföretag inser och anammar de förväntningar som finns på dem. Att jobba med CSR,Corporate Social Responsibility, eller socialt ansvar har kommit att närma sig ettinstitutionellt krav. Men trots att många företag satsat på att jobba med CSR-frågor såsaknas idag riktlinjer och forskning på hur CSR sedan bör kommuniceras för att anseslegitimt och bygga anseende för företaget. Samtidigt har företags engagemang inomsociala medier tagit fart med fördelar som personifiering av företag och möjligheten tillrelationskapande interaktioner.Syftet med denna uppsats är att utröna effekterna av CSR-kommunikation genom socialamedia för företagets anseende och legitimitet.

Uppsatsens syfte är att studera hur estetiska lärprocesser används för att stimulera lärandet och utveckla eleverna på gymnasial nivå i ämnet religionskunskap. För att få svar har under-sökningen fokuserat på hur estetiska lärprocesser iscensätts i praktiken, kopplat till teori om hur dessa lärprocesser kan påverka och stimulera elevens utveckling och lärande. Studien grundar sig på kvalitativa intervjuer gjorda på två olika skolor, en privat skola och en kom-munal med gymnasielärare i ämnet religion. Intervjutexterna har tolkats hermeneutiskt för att inte bara synliggöra samtalet mellan informanter och forskare, utan även belysa den tolkade texten som på så sätt även den kan ses som ett samtal mellan tolkare, läsare och text. Studien har använt ett teoretiskt ramverk där tre teoretiska perspektiv belyst estetiska lärprocesser samt kringliggande problematik i ämnet.

The aim of this study was to develop knowledge about the social workers' importance for unaccompanied children's integration in the Swedish society. In order to investigate this we also have to distinguish other people who are important for the unaccompanied children. The method used in the study is qualitative interviews and we have interviewed four unaccompanied children and three social workers to reach the results. To analyze the results we have used symbolic interactionism and Antonovsky's theory about sence of coherence. The results showed that it is important for unaccompanied children to have access to significant people to integrate and they also have to learn values and attitudes which exist in the society.

As commonly known, Social Media is a rapidly growing area. Since consumers to a great extent are present in Social Media, this new internet environment is increasing in relevance for consumer marketing. For controversial brands that are regulated in conventional marketing channels Social Media is an extra ordinary marketing opportunity, since social media is a legal grey area. More and more controversial brands are taking advantage of this opportunity, but the effects of these marketing activities are fairly unknown. Therefore there is an interest in examining the controversial brands marketing progression in Social Media.

In this study I have explored the profession sales people and how they use social media. I have also studied their needs for further education and how it can be addressed in social media, in order to learn how a B2B-company that educates in sales training can meet sales people in social media. It?s an empirical study based on individual interviews with a semi-structured interview template. Respondents were of mixed age, both men and women.
