Our understanding is that responsibility is shifting from the community towards the individual within the field of social work. This resulted in our essay, which aims to study how the representatives within social service assistance and churches in Helsingborg work with personal power. Our aim is also to illustrate how these representatives view the boundaries of responsibility between the individual and the community. Our questions are: How do the representatives work with personal power from a micro and macro perspective? How do the representatives look upon their position as representatives? What do the representatives consider as responsibility of the individual respective the community? And; Are there preventing factors from individual responsibility? We obtained our empirical material from a qualitative method consisting of interviews.

The intention of this study was to examine how social workers, leaders within the social work administration and politicians in the social work committee in Helsingborg related to residential treatment of youth and the research showing signs of undesirable results.The main questions were:1. How do social workers, leaders within the social work administration and politicians in the social work committee relate to residential treatment of youth and the research existing about it?2. Which factors do the different categories mean justify the placements?3.

The purpose of this study was to examine social workers working process in social assistance with focus on the child´s perspective. We were interested in learning about the existence of variations in approach and attitude between two municipalities. Question to be answered about what methods and approaches used by social workers to include the child´s perspective in the process of social assistance. Another question to be answered about what the manner in which social workers took into account the child´s perspective when the families apply for social assistance in relation to the operations and requirement. To fulfill the purpose, qualitative methods were used.

Enligt Patientdatalagen (SFS 2008:355), 3 kap, 1 § har fastställts att sjuksköterskan är skyldig att föra journal. I varje patientjournal ska upprättas en omvårdnadsplan vilken ska vara utformad enligt omvårdnadsprocessens fem faser: bedömning, diagnos, mål, planering, genomförande och utvärdering. Omvårdnadsdokumentationen har som syfte att beskriva den vård som patienten erhållit genom att den beskriver vilka beslut som tagits, vilka åtgärder som gjorts samt vilka resultat som uppnåtts. Patienter som genomgår allogen stamcellstransplantation (SCT) upplever ofta en hög psykologisk påfrestning och själva transplantationstillfället är i sig komplext med många behandlingsrelaterade biverkningar som påverkar hela den transplanterades tillvaro både fysiskt och psykiskt. Syftet med uppsatsen var att undersöka sjuksköterskans  omvårdnadsdokumentation avseende omvårdnadsprocessen gällande patienters emotionella hälsa (EH) från utskrivningsdatum för SCT och ett år framåt.

This study aims to examine how social workers, in the Swedish social services, perceive and interpret LVU § 3 from a gender perspective. In total eight social workers participated in the study, attending interviews based on a vignette. From a gender perspective we wanted to found out how the social workers define "other socially destructive behaviour" and understand their thoughts about this subject. Moreover, we aimed to see if social workers perceive any differences between boys and girls behaviour. Based on several theories, two gender theories and concepts we have analysed our result from the interviews.

Syftet med studien var att beskriva och analysera äldres samtal med avseende på innehåll och betydelse för deras sociala identitet. Utifrån syftet har följande frågeställningar arbetats fram: Vad samtalar äldre om i möte med andra? Vad är det äldre försöker förmedla i samtalen? Vilken betydelse har samtalen när det gäller äldres sociala identitet? Studien har en kvalitativ metod med en explorativ ansats. Fyra deltagande observationer har använts i kombination med fyra semi­strukturerade intervjuer. Intervjuerna har spelats in och transkriberats till skriven text, för att sedan tematiseras.

A social intranet is an information and communication channel that is relatively new. There is still a small amount of research done around social intranet and what it is, and also on what organizations and their members may benefit from using such an intranet. Therefore, this paper was written with the purpose to em-phasize the reasons, possibilities and difficulties of implementing and using a so-cial intranet. With interview as method we took part of the experiences and views on social intranet from a number of organizations that are using or is about to establish a social intranet, and also from companies who deliver the service. Through the use of previous research in organizational communication, we then analysed the responses we received from our respondents.

The objective of this thesis was to study how parents of adult drug addicts experience their contact with the social welfare office, what elements affected the parents degree of satisfaction with the contact with the social welfare office, and whether the contact meant any help for them. Six parents of adult drug addicts were interviewed..

The aim of this study is to better understand the Swedish concept of ?förebyggande socialt arbete?, preventive social work. I have conducted eleven qualitative interviews with different key persons and skaters, together with participant observation. During the process of analyzing the material I have used Randall Collins´ concepts of interaction ritual chains together with Jean Laves and Etienne Wengers concept of situated learning. The answers could be split up in three areas, first those who regard prevention work as building good things for the future.

Författare; Jennie Andersson Nyckelord; Utbrändhet, Social trötthet, arbetsmiljö Syftet med undersökningen har varit att få fram vilka faktorer i service branschens arbetsmiljö som har betydelse för social trötthet samt undersöka eventuella samband mellan utbrändhet och social trötthet. Undersökningen är riktat mot vårdanställda och reseledare då tidigare undersökning påvisat samband mellan social trötthet och reseledare. Undersökningen är av en kvantitativ metod i form av en enkät. Denna enkät skickades ut till sammanlagt 110 personer i service branschen (vårdanställda och reseledare).

Today, we can see that social navigation is embedded in different kinds of websites, but there is still little support for social navigation in the web browser. Our main concern has been how we construct a tool that fills this hole in the web browser. By letting the theory, the prototype and the focus group serve as input/output to each other we could create a better overview of how the different pieces were intertwined. This has been a crucial mental model for us to obtain since it has helped us to understand how we could realize the theory through our prototype and thereby come to the conclusion of what aspects of the theory that we should put forward to further development. After constructing the prototype we thought that it would support social navigation, but realized after analyzing the discussion of the focus group that we are not there yet.

Vårt examensarbete handlar om mobbning i skolan sett ur pedagogers olika perspektiv. Arbetet är uppbyggt kring forskning som rör mobbning och intervjuer med yrkesverksamma pedagoger i Malmö och Helsingborg. Skolan i Malmö arbetar inte utefter någon speciell modell medan skolan i Helsingborg arbetar efter Olweusmetoden, då de är pilotskola för denna metod. Vårt syfte med arbetet är att få reda på hur olika pedagoger arbetar med sina klasser för att förebygga mobbning. Vår huvudfråga är: På vilka sätt kan man som pedagog arbeta förebyggande mot mobbning? Vi har även tre stycken underfrågor som är: Var har pedagogerna hämtat inspiration från? Märker pedagogerna att deras arbete ger resultat? Kan man, med tanke på skolornas olika förutsättningar, se någon skillnad i förhållningssätt och metoder? Vi har använt oss av intervjuer för att få svar på våra frågeställningar.

Mitt syfte med detta arbete är att ta reda på hur skolan tolkar begreppet klassrumsklimat. Jag vill undersöka hur elever och pedagoger arbetar för att påverka klimatet och om de kan se några förändringar. Som metod har jag valt kvalitativa intervjuer med pedagogerna i två femteklasser och kvalitativa gruppintervjuer/samtal med eleverna i samma klasser. I resultatkapitlet presenteras intervjuerna under rubrikerna klass 5b och 5a och under var rubrik i följande ordning: pedagog, killar, tjejer. Jag har kommit fram till att ett aktivt och engagerande arbete med klassrumsklimatet ger en trygg elevgrupp.

?Att konfronteras med en livshotande sjukdom och att behöva genomgå mastektomi innebär förändringar i en kvinnas liv. Genom att förlora bröstet, som är en symbol för kvinnlighet, kan könsidentiteten påverkas. När en förändring sker i livet kan livskvaliteten påverkas. Syftet med studien var att belysa kvinnors livskvalitet i samband med mastektomi.

What Places Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, in Need of Social Assistance? A Qualitative Study of How Social Workers Whom Administrate Financial Assistance for Adolescents and Adults, Respectively, Describe Reasons Behind the Need of Social Assistance Amongst Their ClientsThe purpose of this essay was to study and compare how social workers whom administrate social assistance for adolescents and adults, respectively, describe reasons behind the need of social assistance amongst their clients. This was done due to the use of qualitative interviews with a total of six social workers. Of these six, three administrated social assistance for adolescents while the other three did the same for adults. Prior research of poverty attribution greatly inspired this essay.
