Studien har syftat till att undersöka samband mellan samsjuklig psykologisk problematik och katastroftänkande hos ungdomar utifrån ett transdiagnostiskt perspektiv. Katastroftänkandets roll för förändring av social ångest och depressiva symtom undersöktes utifrån en studie av internetbaserad KBT-behandling mot social fobi (N=18).  Resultatet indikerar att ungdomar med hög initial nivå av katastroftänkande har större reduktion av depressiva symtom än ungdomar med låg nivå av katastroftänkande. Detta talar för att hänsyn bör tas till grad av katastroftänkande vid utformning av behandling för personer med social fobi, särskilt vid samsjuklighet med depression. Kopplingen mellan katastroftänkande och samsjuklighet undersöktes utifrån en tvärsnittsstudie av gymnasieungdomar (N=713).  Resultatet visar på en koppling mellan katastroftänkande och social rädsla, sömnproblematik och nedstämdhet..

The aim of this study is to through six interviews, with six experienced, social workers?, in three cities, understand how the child?s position in the Swedish child protective services? enquiries has change, and the factors behind it. Bakgrund: Palliativ vård syftar till att lindra symtom vid livshotande sjukdom och innefattar en helhetsvård av patienten och dess familj samt en tydlig vårdfilosofi. Då arbetet rymmer en hög komplexitet och sjuksköterskan utsätts för emotionell påfrestning i mötet med sorg och död kan motivationen att stanna kvar i yrket komma att ifrågasättas.Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser och hantering av svårigheter inom palliativ vård. Metod: En litteraturöversikt med analys av tio vetenskapliga artiklar har gjorts. Utifrån detta har två teman, upplevelser av svårigheter vid vård i livets slutskede samt hantering av svårigheter vid vård i livets slutskede framträtt med tre respektive fyra åtföljande kategorier.Resultat: Svårigheter blev framträdande i möten med patientlidande, död och sorg samt i anslutning till gränssättande. Meningsskapande var ett starkt motiv i sjuksköterskors val att stanna inom yrket och hantera de svårigheter som uppstod.

The primary purpose of this essay is to study and describe what student?s self experiences of the media coverage of social work. The theoretical perspectives applied to analyse the empirical data are social constructionism, roles, and construction. The method of this study is qualitative and based on ten personal interviews. The material has been analysed by condensed meaning units and three themes have been used, the media coverage of social work, the relationship between social workers and media and the influence media coverage has on the students.The results given from these interviews show that the majority of the interviewed group considers the media coverage of social work as negative.

Syfte: Syftet är att undersöka hur elever i årskurs åtta hanterar tal i bråkform vid problemlös-ning, med inriktning på del av en helhet och del av antal, när datorn används som verktyg. Fokus är på de elever som visar svårigheter inom detta matematikområde.Teori: Vi utgår från det sociokulturella perspektivet som innefattar både socialt samspel och redskap som utvecklar vårt tänkande för att ge oss stöd i lärandet. Vårt specialpedagogiska synsätt innebär att elevers svårigheter uppstår i mötet med omgivningen och detta benämns i forskningslitteraturen som det relationella perspektivet. Metod: För att på djupet kunna studera de forskningsfrågor som studien utgår ifrån används fallstudie som metod. Empirin samlas in genom att eleverna, som arbetar i par, använder ett skärminspelningsprogram Screencast-O-Matic så att vi kan ta del av elevernas samtal och det som sker på deras datorskärmar.

Författarna till föreliggande litteraturstudie anser att hälsopromotiva åtgärder bör vara grundade från denna teoretiska bas. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie, var att belysa hälsopromotion för äldre (65+) ur detta mångdimensionella hälsoperspektiv. The purpose of the study was to examine what possibilities and obstacles, according to the personnel and patients in a methadone treatment, exist in the patient's social rehabilitation. How does the methadone treatment encourage the patient's social rehabilitation, what possibilities/obstacles are there according to personnel and patients? What does the patient see as important aspects of his/her social rehabilitation and what importance does the methadone have on the treatment? The results show that there are difficulties for patients to rebuild their life, find employment, start new social networks and get by with everyday tasks. The support from friends and family will simplify the patient's social rehabilitation, otherwise they get isolated and alone. Patients feel that they are fighting for a successful treatment so that they can have a relationship with friends and families again.

Our purpose was to investigate if Swedish University educated social workers, living as active Christians, in any way might be influenced by Christian values. The main questions; Can Christian values be a factor in the choice of career to become a social worker? How does a personal belief in Christ impact the relationship towards the clients? Is Christian belief a support in the work? In this paper we used a qualitative method and interviewed eight persons, with a background as above, four of them employed by a church organisation and the other four working in the social sector. The result we present is that the eight Christian social workers Christian belief influenced their work very individually. How much this supported them was a choice about how official and open they wanted Christian values to be.

Our main aim with this study is to shed a light over the social workers opinions about what they believe will be the consequences of introducing Housing First in the city of Stockholm. We wanted to examine the social workers perceptions about how Housing First could change their client?s autonomy and justice. Therefor we accomplished five qualitative interviews with social workers. We analyzed our empirical material with the theoretical terms; justice, autonomy and intern role-conflict.

Idag lever ett stort antal människor med Multipel Skleros (MS) av varierande grad i Sverige. MS påverkar livskvaliteten negativt genom att personen kan få koordinationsstörningar, känselnedsättning, miktionsbesvär samt problem med gångfunktionen och den sexuella funktionen. Det finns många studier gjorda på livskvalitet hos personer med MS men dock ingen gemensam litteraturöversikt och sammanställning av dess resultat. Syftet med studien var att analysera den hälsorelaterade livskvaliteten hos personer med MS utifrån granskning och sammanställning av studier där mätinstrumentet MSQOL-54 använts. En litteraturöversikt med fem studier har genomförts där det kvantitativa mätinstrumentet MSQOL-54 använts.

This paper describes how files and information can be shared in organisations and workplaces. We studied and compared the traditional file sharing in Microsoft Active Directory and the Social file sharing that comes with Microsoft SharePoint Sites. We used qualitative studies based on interviews with system administrators, management and by our own observations to acquire the necessary data. Using independent research, we were able to analyze the data and show the general difference between the traditional and the social file sharing systems. Social file sharing enables the user to easily store and share files in a flexible online environment.

    The purpose of this essay is to examine trust, or lack of trust, in the social services. Previous research considering this topic is limited, which, in our point of view, implies the need of further studies. A quantative method was used, consisting of an online questionnaire containing statements about the social services. The statements were designed using a five level Likert-scale which required the respondent to rate their level of agreement. The questionnaire was published on five webcommunities directed to parents.

The purpose of this paper was to examine social workers' experiences of integration of unaccompanied children. We aimed to study which factors in the individual and the community social workers experience affect the integration and how they, based on their understanding, work to promote integration. The essay has a phenomenological approach and focuses on the social workers' own experiences of the phenomenon. The empirical data was obtained from qualitative interviews conducted with five social workers, all administrators in cases involving unaccompanied children. The result shows that the social workers feel that the desire to integrate is the most important presumption that must be present in the unaccompanied children.
