Med hjälp av kritisk diskursanalys undersöks om könsrelaterade maktstrukturer finns i SVT:s dramakomediserie Fröken Frimans krig och en diskussion förs kring hur dessa strukturer kan cirkulera i samhället. Utifrån en feministisk ansats är syftet att synliggöra och kritisera en del av de maktstrukturer som finns bland män och kvinnor i medier i Sverige. I analysen används främst hegemonisk maskulinitet, rum/plats och strategi/taktik som teoretiska begrepp för att förstå maktstrukturer. Vidare är även diskurs och representation viktiga begrepp. Resultatet av studien är att det kopplat till hegemonisk maskulinitet, plats/rum och strategi/taktik finns könade maktstrukturer som ger män mer makt än kvinnor i medier.

In Sweden, the labour movement historically had influenced both society and politics. In recent times, it is considered a change in society with a stronger employer party while the unions weakened by reduced unionisation. This study aims to highlight the presence of individualistic and collectivistic approaches to the labour market in relation to union density. The different approaches are investigated in the labour market by means of a quantitative survey. The study's survey items are workers in the timber industry.

Det kan vara svårt att veta vilka faktorer som ett köpcentrum bör arbeta med för att bli framgångsrikt. Idag krävs kontinuerlig förnyelse eftersom konkurrensen på marknaden hårdnar då allt fler köpcentrum byggs. Vi vill därför visa hur ett lokalt köpcentrum kan utveckla sitt koncept för att förbättra sin position på marknaden samt bli en attraktivare plats.Uppsatsen fokuserar på två delsyften, som presenteras nedan:Analysera och undersöka köpcentrums framgångsfaktorer. Framställa strategier till köpcentrum som är i behov av förnyelse. Strategierna är framtagna i avsikt att göra köpcentrumet till en attraktivare plats för besökare och därigenom öka köpcentrumets konkurrensposition.Vårt metodologiska tillvägagångssätt är präglad av en kvalitativ ansats med vikten på ett deduktivt arbetssätt.

Syftet med kandidatuppsatsen är att undersöka varför inte fler godkända revisorer väljer att bli auktoriserade. Av de nästan tvåtusen registrerade godkända revisorerna, är det endast cirka trettio procent som är godkända med revisorsexamen. Uppsatsens metoden är vald efter en abduktiv ansats med en kvalitativ inriktning där insamlingen av data till det empiriska materialet har skett genom personliga intervjuer med åtta revisorer som varit godkända och yrkesverksamma under minst tio år. Intervjuerna har skett på revisorerna kontor på totalt fem olika orter i Blekinge, Kalmar och i Kronoberg län. Undersökningens slutsats visar att de intervjuade revisorerna är nöjda och tillfredställda med arbetsuppgifterna de har idag.

Den här studien omfattar en analys av hur Sverigedemokraterna skildrades i Helsingborgs dagblad under valrörelsen 2006. I sydvästra Skåne, vilket är Helsingborgs dagblads spridningsområde, hade Sverigedemokraterna mycket stor framgång i valet 2006. Detta har väckt intresse för en studie av detta slag, vars syfte är att åstadkomma ett underlag för vidare undersökningar angående mediebevakningens betydelse för valutgången.Jag har skrivit en bakgrund med fakta angående Sverigedemokraternas nuvarande politiska position Därefter har jag skrivit en teorigenomgång som tar upp ämnen som rör den politiska kommunikationen samt ramar in problemställningen. Utifrån syftet har jag ställt upp ett antal frågeställningar och genom en kvantitativ innehållsanalys i kombination med en diskursanalys söker jag svar på dessa frågeställningar. Materialet för analyserna består av artiklar ur Helsingborgs dagblad som skrevs inför valet 2006.Analyserna har lett till slutsatser som jag avslutningsvis har diskuterat.

Bakgrund:                   För att stärka sin position på marknaden önskar Staples Sweden AB utöka sitt artikelsortiment till att omfatta 1 000 000 artiklar. För att möjliggöra sortimentsexpansionen behövs beslutsunderlag rörande hantering och kostnadsstruktur identifieras.Syfte:                          Syftet med studien är att utveckla en modell vid val och utformning av distributionssätt för att föreslå en distributionsslösning. Syftet är också att genom en kostnadsanalys identifiera orderkostnadsstrukturen för den föreslagna distributionslösningen.Metod:                        Vid genomförandet av studien tillämpades en fallstudiedesign. Det empiriska materialet samlades in genom intervjuer utförda på Staples Sweden AB.Slutsats:                      Vid tillämpningen av modellen som utvecklades i studien framkom att distributionslösningen ska utgöras av direktleveranser, konsoliderade direkleveranser, ?cross-docking?, ?cross-docking? med buffert och traditionell lagerhållning.

This thesis analyses the 2005 UK presidency of the Council, and more particularly the negotiations on the future financing of the European Union. The purpose of the study is to discuss whether the holding of the presidency implies political influence for the member state. To analyse the power of the country holding the chair the thesis focuses on the presidency functions of brokering and leadership. The theory suggests that the influence of the presidency is derived from informational and procedural power resources, as well as some leadership resources, such as coercion and reward. A case study was used to analyse whether these power resources were used by the British presidency.

The essay's aim was to see which attitudes county council's and municipality representatives had about themes like: collaboration and competence in the work around double diagnosed persons. Its objective was to zero in on the attitudes of the representatives regarding a coallocated collaboration project in Stockholm. Also, it sought to find out what attitudes the representatives had about the other representatives attitudes concerning the above mentioned themes. A number of attitudes were presented during the qualitative interviews with the representatives, highlighting which attitudes seemed strongest. Then the interviews were analyzed using meaning condensation and then set against the theory of social representations.The analysis showed that before work with the target group starts, there?s a need for synchronization of the different representatives involved in the collaboration project.

The purpose of this investigation was to investigate how being outdoors and participating in physical activities affect the concentration in a collection situation among children.The methods I chose were observation of two groups of children two times each and interviews with four educators.The results showed that the concentration in the collected situation depends on past activity, where it has taken place and that the environment has an impact. If the previous activity been more active and physical the subsequent collected situation is calmer and the children more concentrate. The facts that the children have been outside in an inspiring environment that encourage playing and movement also have a position impact on the child´s ability to concentrate. The collected situation is an important moment in the preschool day when the kids need to congregate and get a chance for social interaction and a sense of togetherness with all the children and teachers. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between movement, physical activity and an increased concentration.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva och analysera fyra organisationers preventiva arbete mot utbrändhet. Studiens vetenskapliga position var hermeneutisk med kvalitativ design. Intervjuer gjordes med personalansvarig i respektive organisation. Utifrån fenomenologisk analysmodell av Giorgi beskriven av Malterud (1998) analyserades sex teman; orsak till utbrändhet, hälsa, samhörighet, psykosocialt klimat, vägledning och kompetensutveckling. Analysen av intervjuerna skedde utifrån tre teoretiska perspektiv; salutogenetiskt perspektiv, stressteori och Krauklis och Schenströms modell för förebyggande arbete mot utbrändhet på organisationsnivå.

Sexual harassments have since long been an issue all over the world and schools have not been an exception. Reports from Swedish secondary schools show how 47% of the female pupils state that they have, sometime during their time in school, been the victim of sexual harassment. Other studies claim that pupils exposed to sexual harassments will develop low self-esteem and a decreased sense of self. The Swedish curriculum state that all children shall have the right to a harassment free school environment, but still many pupils claim to be exposed to sexual harassment in school. Several studies have theorized about why sexual harassment is so prevalent in schools but what do the pupils think? This study aims to reveal and analyze pupil opinions about sexual harassment; what do they think it is and why do they think it occurs? This will be done from a post-structural feminist point of view with focus on the shaping of identity among the respondents.

Att göra en meritvärdering är svårt, särskilt när det gäller faktorn personlig lämplighet ? en bedömningsgrund som är relativt svårmätt och som både Diskrimineringsombudsmannen och Arbetsdomstolen ser risker med. Det huvudsakliga syftet med uppsatsen är att utreda vilket utrymme den svenska lagstiftningen ger arbetsgivare i Sverige att i en rekryteringssituation ta hänsyn till arbetssökandes personliga lämplighet utan att göra sig skyldig till direkt diskriminering. Även frågan huruvida det finns en risk för att arbetsgivares möjlighet att lägga vikt vid personlig lämplighet i större utsträckning drabbar kvinnor i arbetsledande befattningar negativt än män i arbetsledande befattningar ämnas analyseras. Uppsatsen anlägger ett analytiskt perspektiv, med grund i rättsdogmatisk metod men med användning av teori om ledarskap och kön.

The rural development programme is a tool for promoting sustainable development in the Swedish countryside. The master plan should, for example, give directions for the national interest and describe how it will follow up national and regional targets such as the EU's environmental quality standards. Because the municipality has considerable freedom to formulate the plan in its sole discretion, and that it contains the municipality's political vision, it is also feasible to make a discourse analysis of the plan text.In discourse analysis, including articles and documents written by Rural Network Working Group on land use planning to be included. The purpose of discourse analysis is to see if there are differences in the way rural areas are described and if there are any flaws in how the designer interprets the rural development programme. Furthermore, the analysis result in tools that are adapted to the standards we create and choose.The standards we have are being designed based on our values, which differ.

Mass communication today stands for a great number of information in the developed welfare state of Sweden. This was also the case during the social and economic financial crisis in 2008-2011. At this point, the majority of the population chose to turn to the newspapers to look for further information. This essay seeks, in a comparative and theoretical way, and with the help of two theories of nationalism, to understand how the Swedish culture and tradition can be ex­plained via newspapers, and in what way these portray nationalism. What it also sets out to in­vestigate further is what kind of impact it might exercise over the population in its position as one of the leading providers of information.

The purpose of this C-essay within the subject of religion is to form a notion as to how the attitudes towards women and their position in a theoretical biblical society might have been perceived, based upon a select number of texts from the first five books of the Bible (the Pentateuch).Since this essay was written under the framework of the teacher education programme, it is also integrated with the pedagogy subject. This manifests itself with the didactic reflection at the end of this essay, where I try to relate the subject of this essay to the teaching profession.The material, which consists of excerpts from the first and second chapters of Genesis, and aselection of the laws in the first five books of the Bible (from Genesis to Deuteronomy), wasanalysed according to an ideological model, where themes and patterns have been more important than specific word choices.The analysis showed that the views on women vary depending on who writes and who interprets a specific text extract, and the conclusion was that since laws reflect the society it is likely that they were created to improve women's status to make it as equal to the man's as possible.The didactic reflection offers suggestions for lesson plans on the themes gender, feminism andfeministic theology..
