Integration is a concept that is very topical in today's multicultural-cultural society. Integration means that everyone should have the same rights, opportunities and obligations to society, regardless of extraction. What counteract integration is segregation, which implies a distinction between different groups and where there exist an inequality between them. Segregation is widespread in Sweden today and the exclusion that it creates needs to be broken. The aim of this paper is to examine if it is possible to promote integra-tion through physical planning.

En kvalitativ studie om det sociala nätverkets betydelse för ensamkommande barnKeywords: unaccompanied refugee children, social network, risk and resilience, social work.Authors: Karin Bodå och Leila Silva The main purpose of this study is to illuminate and describe the importance of having a social network for unaccompanied refugee children in Sweden. Using qualitative interviews this study looks at their possibilities to create a social network in Sweden and how their network helps them to solve problems. Knowledge of this subject is important for social workers, in order to be able to encourage and help unaccompanied refugee children to build a social network. The base for our analysis is attachment theory, coping theory, social network theory, KASAM theory, risk and resilience theory, system theory are used to give deeper insight into experiences of four unaccompanied refugee boys.

SAMMANFATTNINGBakgrund: Barn behöver sömn för att kropp och hjärna ska fungera optimalt. Funktioner som minne och koncentrationsförmåga samt samspel med föräldrar och kamrater har klara samband med sömnens längd och kvalitet. Sömnbrist kan påverka den psykiska och fysiska hälsan med symtom som till exempel oro, ångest och ökad risk för övervikt.  En av sjuksköterskans uppgifter inom vården är att stärka och stödja patienten för att få kraft att hantera sin situation. Detta stämmer väl överens med Dorothea Orems omvårdnadsteori där grundtanken är att människan i allmänhet både har förmåga och motivation och göra det som krävs för att ta hand om sin hälsa.Syfte: Att kartlägga vilka icke farmakologiska behandlingsmetoder och egenvårdsråd som finns för barn och ungdomar 0-18 år för att främja en god sömn.Metod: Litteraturöversikt där 15 vetenskapliga artiklar granskades och analyserades.Resultat: Litteraturöversikten gav flera behandlingsmetoder för sömnproblem, varav de mest förekommande var KBT och andra metoder för beteendeförändring samt införande av fasta rutiner. Egenvårdsråd som gavs avsåg bland annat av att minska stimuli för att främja nattsömnen.

This study was focused to highlight the problems that comes with being a minority on a workplace, in this case female sports journalist who are working in a male dominated sports field. The objective was to find out how the female sports journalist was experiencing working in such a domain, with focus on journalists who works on local news papers. The study also wanted to look on how these workplaces incorporated gender in their daily work.       In combination with gender theory, with concepts as masculine hegemony and power structures, I also choose to apply the american researcher Rosabeth M Kanters concept ?token?. With these aspects in mind I analyzed the five interviews that I carried out with female sports journalist with a qualitative data analysis.           The results of the study showed that the female sports journalist in some aspects were aware of the difficulties of being a woman in a male dominated area ? when they were talking about the profession at large.
