We also want to see if Nordea uses additional strategies that goes beyond the theory and what their customer relationship strategy is.Method:                             The study has a qualitative research method with an inductive approach. Interviews with leading and skilled profiles at Nordea Private Banking has been interviewed to provide answers to our research question.Theoretical framework: The chapter starts with theory about what relationship marketing is and what is driving customer loyalty. Thereafter theory that define CRM and its pros and cons are addressed, and finally the chapter describe the implementation phase.Empirical framework:     In the empirical framework we present the qualitative interviews that were done with employees at Nordea Private Banking.Conclusion:                       The result from this study shows that Nordea Private Banking uses strategies that are common in theory of CRM to gain high customer loyalty and the use of recommendations from satisfied customers is of a much higher significance in Nordea Private Banking?s case than of what the theory is implying.

During 40 years of industrial production, from the end of the 1890?s until the end of 1930?s, coal and wood distillation products were manufactured in AB Carbo?s tar factory along the River Gimån in Grötingen, in the county of Jämtland, Sweden. In accordance with the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency?s Methods for Inventories of contaminated sites, MIFO, the site in Grötingen has been identified as a potentially contaminated site. In order to determine whether toxic substances pose a threat to human health and ecological systems in the area, there was a need to investigate the presence of contaminants, their levels and potential for migration.

Introduction: Today caring for newborn, sick babies or premature infants is in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs). There is an opportunity in NICUs for advanced critical care and skilled nursing care of the child, conducted by health professionals in an active partnership with parents. To encourage parental participation in the care of their children parents are offered accommodation in a family room in the NICU. Objective: The aim is to describe parents' experience to stay in a family room in the NICU when their child is cared for there. Method: This is a research plan for a qualitative study with an inductive, descriptive approach.

Tillämpningen av genetiskt modifierade (GM) grödor har varit utbredd över hela världen och har ökat markant sedan den första GM-grödan blev tillgänglig för kommersiellt bruk 1996. Sedan starten har det tillkommit mycket forskning kring risken för spridning av transgener från grödor till vilda populationer. För att en transgen ska kunna etableras i en vild population så måste tidiga generationer av hybrider överleva för att kunna återkorsas upprepade gånger med den vilda arten, det gör att det genetiska materialet från grödan succesivt reduceras i varje generation tills det att transgenen är det enda DNA från grödan kvar hos avkomman. För att denna process ska vara stabil krävs det en stark selektion för transgenen. Det här sättet för en gen att etableras i en population kallas för introgression och tros ha spelat en stor roll i växternas evolution.

Vi har med denna studie undersökt vilka vägledningsmodeller och metoder som vägledare använder i drop in- samtalet, samt deras inställning till detta. Den metod vi använder oss av i studien är semikvalitativa intervjuer tillsammans med en intervjuguide som bas med frågor uppdelade i teman. Dessa teman är modeller, metoder och inställningar. De vägledningsmodeller som vägledarna i studien använder sig mest av och som ligger som en grund för deras arbete är Gerard Egans modell ?The Skilled Helper?.

The Government announced a new school reform which aims to support teacher appraisal and professionalism within the Swedish education system. The once well renowned profession is hurting by the decreasing quality of the Swedish education system and the declining number of applicants to the university teacher program. The school reform introduced a new career path for especially skilled teachers to an occupation earlier characterized by a homogenous work force. The Government encourages principals to promote thriving teachers to first teachers, whom will receive an increase in the salary covered by state aid. By supporting these effective teachers, the Government wishes to increase the image perceived and status of the profession and improve the competitiveness of teaching's salary.

Inledning: Begrepp som ?tyst kunskap?, ?praktiskt vetande?, ?erfarenhetsbaserad kunskap? samt ?fronesis? har förekommit under sjuksköterskeutbildningen men fördjupning och praktisk förankring saknades av dessa begrepp. Upplevelsen var att fokus i de praktiska lärandemomenten lades på ett tekniskt kunnande, på bekostnad av kunskaper kring det mellanmänskliga mötet. Detta skapade en diskrepans mellan utbildning och arbete eftersom det förväntas att sjuksköterskan ska besitta denna form av kunskap i arbetslivet. Med denna kunskapsbrist försvåras förståelsen för vad ord som empati, etik, moral och lyhördhet har för betydelse för god omvårdnad samt hur det är relaterat till det praktiska utförandet.

Konjunkturläget bidrar till pressen på befintliga aktörer och det har debatterats mycket i affärspress huruvida vissa aktörer kommer att slås ut eller ej. Marknadsläget tvingar således branschens aktörer att anpassa sig och eventuellt omvärdera befintliga affärsmodeller. Vi har därför ställt oss följande frågor: Under vilka omständigheter verkar världens helintegrerade affärssystemleverantörer idag och hur kan deras affärsmodeller utvecklas? Hur bör Intentia, IBS och IFS utforma sina affärsmodeller för att förbli konkurrenskraftiga? Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva affärssystembranschens skiftande förutsättningar samt ge en bild av hur en affärssystemleverantör kan utforma sin affärsmodell för att förbli konkurrenskraftig.

The purpose of this work is to see if the students, on two separate high schools, understand what skills you should achieve after completing the course in physical education and health A 100 points. The entire study is based on a student perspective. In order to best answer the purpose, the questionnaire used in the "available groups" in schools. The questions for the work are: To what extent and how students perceive what they should achieve after completing the course in Sport and Health A?, Which is the goal, based on the curriculum in Physical Education, that students feel are important to achieve? and how do a comparison like between these two schools on the basis of what students perceive that they must achieve in Sport and Health A?The result shows that the main goal that finds support in the course objectives is an assertion; Has knowledge of what to eat to maintain or improve health, which over 90% of students had checked in.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to explore the meaning of literature forliterate immigrants in regards to identity and integration. The study is based onqualitative interviews with eight Swedes of various backgrounds, but with thecommon experience of an immigration process. In addition to being migrants, therespondents are also public library users who have an interest in literature and whoread literature during their leisure time. To analyze the empirical material ananalytical framework, consisting of a number of analytical concepts from Libraryand Information Science, Literature Science, and Sociology, has been used.

The technology used in the development of web-applications is evolving at such rate that it has become more and more important to keep web-applications modern. If an application is based on a technical platform that is not renewed, the platform may over time develop into an obstacle in further development of the application. There may be compatibility issues and some of the code may be unnecessary due to abstraction, and therefore more time consuming to work with. Sometimes the reason may be that an application has been built to run, and is running on an application server that is no longer being maintained. The system can be large and modernization can cost a lot.

Med denna uppsats är tanken att undersöka vad en åldrande befolkning kan få för konsekvenser för Kalmar och Kronobergs län. Jag har tittat på olika perspektiv som kan tänkas påverka varför befolkningssammansättningen ser ut som den gör och hur den kommer att se ut i framtiden. De perspektiv som jag valt är hälsa, sjukvård, migration, utbildning och arbete. Perspektiven diskuteras framförallt i kapitlet tidigare forskning. Vidare så gjorde jag en jämförelse mellan de två olika länen för att se vilka likheter och skillnader det finns och kan tänkas komma att finnas.

In this thesis I have discussed about conflict management in school, from a teacher´s perspective. Focus has been on Swedish schools, especially on the teachers who are active in primary school. Several perspectives have been given, including an intercultural approach which has been the most recurrent. The importance of teachers? emotional maturity, knowledge about democracy and values, as well as teacher?s impact by being a sharp leader in different ways are other subjects the essay has touched.

The purpose of this essay was to examine the role of religious beliefs, actions and practice in young people's own description of their identity. An additional goal was to examine how young people describe their identity in relation to their primary and secondary socialization. A qualitative method was used with semi - structured interviews and six young people between the ages of 18 and 23 were interviewed.            The interview results show that three out of the six young people think of themselves as religious while the remaining three emphasize that they are secularized Muslims. The results also show that the young people emphasize that the celebration of feasts in the family is the main focus.  Four out of the six young people point out that they are themselves among friends, their families and in the mosque, while the remaining two feel a communion with their Muslim friends and people in the mosque.       Three out of the six young people consume alcohol and eat pork, while the remaining three refrain from this. The young people emphasize that their beliefs are a personal matter between themselves and God, and that their actions don't define them as being Muslims or non-Muslims..

Syftet med denna uppsats är att empiriskt testa Browns jämviktsmodell, genom att på regionalnivå i huvudsak undersöka relationen mellan flöden av arbetskraft och arbetslöshet.Uppsatsen testar även för fler variabler för regionala karaktäristika som i tidigare litteraturanvänds för att förklara regional arbetslöshet. Med hjälp av poolad regression och upprepadetvärsnitt erhålls varierande resultat för observationsperioden 2007-2011. Den årsvisavariationen i resultatet är tydlig dels genom signifikansen hos de årsvisa intercepten iregressionen baserad på poolad data, men också på hur koefficienter varierar i de upprepadetvärsnitten. Detta leder oss till slutsatsen att Browns jämviktsmodell varierar i hur väl denfungerar empiriskt över observationsperioden. En trolig orsak till de varierande resultaten ärden exogena chocken, finanskrisen, som nådde Sverige år 2008..
