Uppsatsen har för avsikt att klargöra aspekter som finns inom ramen för estetisk verksamhet, ett kärnämne som alla gymnasieelever läser. Kursen har olika inriktningar så som bild, dans, drama, slöjd, musik och ämnar till att utveckla elevernas känslor och tankar i kreativ form. Arbetet är begränsat till att se hur bildämnet, inom estetisk verksamhet, kan påverka elevernas självbild och självkänsla, och hur ämnet kan ämnet kan utrusta dem till att bli de kreativa människor som arbetslivet så ofta efterfrågar. Vidare undersöker uppsatsen hur ämnet kan användas till att uppfostra eleverna till att bli demokratiska samhällsmedlemmar. Forskningen är fokuserad kring fem kvalitativa intervjuer med kvinnor i åldrarna 40-60 år.

Vår studie grundar sig på att undersöka hur rastverksamhet och meningsfulla aktiviteter kan skapas utifrån upplevelse- och äventyrspedagogik där fokus inriktas mot erfarenhets- upplevelsebaserat, experimentellt och utforskande förhållningssätt. Våra mål är att öka elevers motivation och attityd för vistelse ute på rasten samt synliggöra skolans utemiljö och olika områdens möjligheter för skapande av rastaktiviteter. Vår utgångspunkt i studien är en nulägesanalys som genomfördes i en intervju med tre verksamma fritidspedagoger och utifrån nulägesanalysen skapades syfte och mål. Utvecklingsarbetet grundar sig på rastaktiviteter och morgongymnastik som genomfördes under fem veckor i kombination med vår verksamhetsförlagda utbildning där vi medverkade båda två under rastaktiviteterna, en aktiv och passiv roll. De som fick delta i rastaktiviteterna var årskurs två och tre på frivillig grund.

En central tanke i ett tematiskt arbetssätt är att alla ämnen integreras till en helhet, där barnen tillåts att inhämta kunskap med alla sina sinnen. I inriktningen Språk- och skapande på lärarutbildningen vid Högskolan Kristianstad används ett tematiskt arbetssätt för att inspirera studenterna till att efter studietiden arbeta på detta sätt i sin yrkesverksamhet. Syftet var att undersöka hur pedagoger som har läst inriktningen Språk- och Skapande i lärarutbildningen på Högskolan i Kristianstad beskriver arbetet med ett tematiskt arbetssätt i sin yrkesverksamhet. Vi ville också få fram vad pedagogerna anser att de som pedagoger har för roll och vad de tycker att barnen får för roll i det tematiska arbetssättet. Utskrifter från kvalitativa intervjuer med sex yrkesverksamma lärare utgjorde utgångspunkt för en explorativ bearbetning och analys.

Som exempel på detta kan nämnas förbättrade möjligheter att skapa och anpassa de informationssystem som skall stötta verksamhetsprocesserna. I denna uppsats har de fyra skönlitterära titlarna Kort kjol, Hey Dolly, Den osynlige och Låt den rätte komma in analyserats. Dessa används i svenskundervisning på grundskolans senare år och på gymnasiet. Som teoretisk referenspunkt har genus- och queerteoretiska perspektiv använts. Detta för att få syn på hur den heteronormativa genusordningen framställs och eventuellt problematiseras. Heteronormativiteten ses således som avgörande för karaktärernas skapande av genus.

A thoroughly theory study has been conducted to be able to understand the important steps in the re-engineering process. The methods and concepts of this essay are re-engineering, UML, system development life cycle, design patterns and MVC. The science approach used is design science where the artifact being developed are a set of models.In the analysis phase of the process the system is analyzed. Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka och synliggöra några olika sätt att se på musik som konst (eller icke-konst). Som metod har jag valt att göra kvalitativa intervjuer med fem personer som, på olika sätt och inom olika genrer, skapar musik eller ljudkonst. I intervjuerna har jag försökt ringa in de olika personernas syn på konstbegreppet, på musik i förhållande till detta begrepp samt på deras eget skapande. Resultaten visar på fem individuella synsätt och personliga definitioner av konst. Vilka intervjupersoner som delar varandras synsätt varierar mellan de olika frågeområdena och några generaliserbara slutsatser går inte att dra, vilket inte heller har varit målet med undersökningen.

Purpose: To investigate whether or not the credit granters believe the quality in audits will deteriorate after the abolishment of statutory audit and, if that is the case, how the abolishment will strike the purpose and goal of accounting.Approach: To answer our purpose we carried out a literature study to later implement interviews with four granters of credits specialised in business accounts.Findings: The process of credit granting will not change after the abolishment of statutory audit for companies still using audit reports. Though, for other companies the process will change dramatically since the lean time of the process will increase. Higher demands will be put on these companies since the reliability in the economic information will decrease when it is no longer being reviewed in the same sense. The subject of this bachelor thesis is discrimination and unfair treatment in the employment process where employers discriminate against job applicants. The purpose of this study and research questions is to investigate and clarify the legal protection available against discrimination and unfair treatment of pregnant women and persons on parental leave during the employment process and how this protection differs between men and women. This thesis highlights the Swedish law and EU law regarding discrimination and unfair treatment of individuals. The concept of discrimination and its requisites will be accounted for and exemplified by case law.
