The method used to meet the objective was qualitative. The qualitative study was conducted with a hermeneutic basis, where individuals were asked to describe their experience of empowerment and how they feel affected of it. This thesis has a deductive approach, where existing theories dealing empowerment formed the basis for the design of interview substrate, which is then paired with the empirical evidence, based on this the conclusions was drawn.Result & Conclusion:What separates the different kinds of empowerment and how it affect the staff depends most of all on how the management chooses to communicate and share information with their staff.Suggestions for future research:A study regarding managers that works with different kinds of empowerment, and how that affects them, could be regarded as an interesting future research.Contribution of thesis:It shows that different kinds of empowerment affect the staff in different ways, which I made clear to the readers.Keywords:empowerment, thinking skills, relations and organizational - structure and theory.

ABSTRACT Author: Johan PetterssonTitle: Customer Loyalty in the Swedish men's elite football - a study with IF ElfsborgPurpose Increase understanding of how to increase customer loyalty when it comes to Swedish elite football. Method A qualitative study using semi-structured interviews for deeper access to the what the people I interviewed feel about the subject. The interviews are conducted with IF Elfsborgs club president Stefan Andreasson, Goran Lohne who works with media and events, and Eric Sjölin who are supportercontact. In addition to those I alsointerviewed the supporters club Guliganernas President Anders Hultin. Analysis and conclusion The first impression and attitude is very important when a person goes from a one-timebuyers into loyal customers. This is both the theories and the interviewees opinion. Through staff training and records of how the club would like the first impression and attitude to be the clubs can reach a good level of first impression. AbstractOur study illustrates how disabled high school students, their assistant and physical education teacher experience inclusion within the physical education. A total of seven interviews have been done to show their experiences. The questions we have chosen are: How do the student, assistant and physical education teacher experience their relationships? How do the student, assistant and physical education teacher experience the physical education? How do the student, assistant and physical education teacher experience inclusion of the student in the physical education?To illustrate their experiences a total of seven interviews have been done. They were carried out at the students schools, in the environment they are familiar to.

During a time when the parents may need support, guidance and a sense of control ? the family might need to relocate to a hospital away from home if the child needs highly specialized medical care at a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the parents? experience of having to change neonatal care unit.

Abstract Mitt syfte har varit att genom kvalitativ textanalys analysera och söka förståelse för hur genus framträder i bilderboken i både text och bild. Detta genom följande frågeställningar: Hur framställs manligt respektive kvinnligt i barnlitteraturen? Hur framställs normer och normbrott i barnlitteraturen? För att få svar på dessa frågor har jag med hjälp av Nikolajevas (1998) analysmodell över typiskt manliga och kvinnliga drag granskat fyra bilderböcker. Tidigare forskning som jag har använt mig av då jag fördjupat mig i mitt problemområde är genus i bilderboken och genus i förskolan. Vårt förhållningssätt gentemot barn påverkar flickor och pojkar till olika beteenden. Ofta tillåts pojkar att ta för sig medan flickor hänvisas att stå tillbaka. Av de böcker jag analyserat har det visat sig att män framställs mer genusstereotypt i förhållande till kvinnor, exempelvis med kläder.

The first three days are included and the interviews have been transcribed and counted in sentences. The method is therefore quantitative content analysis.Main results: All of the analysed persons used the category Concrete action the most, which is what they are doing at the moment.

AbstractTransitionell rättvisa behandlar frågan om hur man har ställt sig till förbrytare i en tidigare ordning. Här jämförs fyra länders lösningar till denna problematik, Kambodja, Rwanda, Guatemala och Sierra Leone. Ambitionen är att förklara varför dessa olika val har gjorts.Artikelns teoretiska utgångspunkt är kopplad till Huntingtons transitions-former. I artikelns centrum står dock en maktbalanshypotes, som hämtar inspiration från snarlika studier av bland andra Sriram och Lanegran. Dessa bygger på antaganden om att det är maktförhållanden mellan parterna i konflikten som avgör vilka lösningar som överhuvudtaget är genomförbara.

Abstract The aim of this study is to create a pathway through Gustav Sandgren?s short-story collection Skymningssagor and the second collection with that title, based on his social criticism, notions of art and nature, use of fairytale motifs and finally, his view of the metaphoric liberation of mankind. The study is based on a comparative and thematic investigation, illustrated by examples from Sandgren?s short stories. The theoretical framework is based on Eva Nordlinder?s study of the art fairytale in Sekelskiftets svenska konstsaga och sagodiktaren Helena Nyblom (1992) and Konstsaga och Kultursyn (1992) as well as Torben Brostrøm?s study of the folktale in Folksagan och den moderna litteraturen (1992). The investigation shows that Sandgren?s social criticism permeates his short stories, but that his keys to salvation, nature and art (first and foremost music) exist to help mankind rise above our shackles. The investigation also shows that Sandgren?s short stories are firmly placed within the tradition of the fairytale and the romantic notion of a relation between nature and man.  Keywords social criticism, fairytale, nature, music, art, liberation.

Uppsala universitet: Institutionen för musikvetenskap, uppsats för 60 p, 2007.The aim of this essay is to, with starting point in the Garcia- and Lamperti-schools, describe the voice ideals of the 19th century, and how it may have sounded. To exemplify the last-mentioned I have studied the voices of the three singers Jenny Lind,  Christina Nilsson and Signe Hebbe (there are no recordings of any of them).The essay contains two major parts. In the first I describe the technique of the Garcia- and Lamperti-schools and their views on registers, vibrato and messa di voce, ending with a summarizing analysis of the 19th century vocal ideals.

AbstractMediernas granskning av de politiska makthavarna är utan tvekan en förutsättning för en fungerande demokrati. Granskningen riskerar emellertid att övergå i mediedrev där allt är offentligt och ingenting anses tillhöra privatlivets helgd. Detta riskerar i sin tur att leda till att den granskade personen avgår från sin post och man talar därför om mediernas avskedandemakt som ett demokratiskt problem.Med hjälp av ett eget utarbetat analysschema har vi utfört en kvantitativ innehållsanalys av rapporteringen i tre svenska tidningar kring fyra politiska affärer. Undersökningen är komparativ och bygger på Mills olika utfalls-design. Studien syftar till att utreda huruvida förekomsten av ?privat smutskastning? alternativt avgångskrav kan förklara att vissa mediedrev leder till avgång.Med facit i hand har vi kunnat konstatera att våra hypoteser fått visst stöd men att inga generella slutsatser kan dras från denna undersökning.

ABSTRACTThis thesis focuses on the OPEC oil crisis of 1973 and its impact on the Scandinavian countries of Sweden and Denmark. Starting from Walter Carlsnaes theory of energy vulnerability, the concepts of vulnerability and national security are tested on the selected cases and an array of policy alternatives are assessed. Posited available options like oil stockpiling, conservation, renewable energy and international coordination are evaluated as means for ameliorating the vulnerability of the nations. The theory chosen is further expounded with a consensus element to reinforce its explanatory power. The thesis utilizes a wide range of material from parliamentary records to daily newspapers in an attempt to shed some light on the interplay between economics and politics.Sweden and Denmark evince diverging developments despite their common starting point with exceptionally high oil dependencies and can be located on different ends of the energy policy gamut.

AbstractOne of the most common business models for agriculture is according to Lantbrukarnas Riksförbund (2010) that two or more agricultural companies merge and form a company together. To create strong owners and to be competitive there is a recognized need to create relationships between small firms according to Mazzarol , Mamouni Limnios and Reboud (2013). Oerleman and Assouline (2004) argues that it is possible to achieve success in agriculture by following certain strategic priorities.This paper examines why farmers choose to venture into collaboration and whether cooperation are linked to the strategies of the company. The paper also discusses the pros and cons of partnerships in agriculture. A qualitative comparative research design has been used to answer to the topics and we have interviewed respondents from four different agriculture companies, which have been active in some form of cooperation or collaboration.
