The purpose of this paper has been to reach a greater understanding in how moral inflicts social workers way of handling everyday situations. In what way, if in any way, moral comes to play a part in the making of decisions. In order to reach this understanding we have interviewed two different groups of social workers which we also later on came to compare . One of the groups contained six interviewees and the other group contained five interviewees. Both of these groups were in the ages between 27 ? 52.To shed some light over this phenomenon did we use two theoretical perspectives, first Kant?s morale theory and second, consequentialistic utilitarism theory.As a result from the interviews we?ve made, we came to an understanding that the meaning of morale and in what way it can be applied in the everyday work differs between these two professional groups.

Nåidenbygg AB är ett byggnadsföretag som verkar i Norr- och Västerbotten och har cirka 100 anställda. Jag fick i uppgift att granska Nåidens nuvarande miljöledningssystem och ta fram metoder för att införa ett miljöledningssystem. Detta börjar med en analys av de revisionsrapporter som Luleå kommuns revisionsgrupp upprättat efter revisioner av Nåidens miljöledningssystem mot kraven i standarden ISO 14001. Rapporterna beskriver de delar av systemet som Nåiden måste förbättra eller ändra. Nåiden vill höja sina miljörelaterade poäng efter kommunens utvärderingsmodell och utveckla sitt miljöledningssystem för att höja effektivitet och säkerhet.

Investigations concerning adolescent mental health shows a negative development. Many pre-vious studies have focused on young women's mental health. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate young men's (17-19 years) experience of their mental health. Qualitative interviews were used as a method. The participants were six young men who all go to high school in a major municipality in the county of Gävleborg.

Piteå drabbades som många andra kommuner av krisen under 90-talet med nedskärningar och budgetunderskott. Dock har kommunens återhämtning och anpassning till de nya förhållandena efter krisen varit god och för tillfället (år 2004) är Piteå en av få kommuner i Norrland där befolkningen och tillväxten ökar. Tillsammans med en statistisk undersökning av Piteås utveckling mellan 2000- 2003 ställs också frågan om det finns en okänd faktor bakom Piteås innovativa förmåga att ständigt anpassa sig till nya situationer och vända något negativt till positivt. Kan den så kallade pite-andan vara denna pådrivande faktor eller är det bara en påhitt av media?.

The idea to create authentic learning situations where students are highly integrated made me want to try to develop a new method in the course Restaurant and Catering B MAKU 1208 (another field practicing cuisine). In my quest to do just the practical part as rewarding, stimulating and efficient as possible for the student, I planned for a training model with   focus on group interaction.The implementation of the model for learning was to strengthen students confidence both in themselves and in each other, stimulated to greater cooperation and it has also provided an incentive to the student's own development but not least, a growing self-confidence for many students. Several have also had an increased sense of knowing something, to have something to contribute and that their labour input actually was needed. While highlighting that further education to seek knowledge strengthens the individual's skills and consolidates and increases deeper knowledge in the professional field.In conclusion, training should be done in both individual and group basis for optimal learning process..

To which extent elderly people at nursing homes have an influence on their daily living is currently debated. Studies have shown that they have limited influence due to restricting routines associated with nursing homes. Therefore the aim of this study was to examine how elderly people experience the ability to influence their daily living at nursing homes and how limited influence is revealed in the daily care. Five elderly people, from four different nursing homes, underwent a structured interview. The outcome of the interviews was analyzed in relation to established theories related to geriatric care.

The purpose of this qualitative study was to examine how family members perceive family support, and to gain a deeper understanding of how the relatives' part is affected by the dementia ill person. The result has been produced by semi-structured interviews with five respondents interviewed individually. The respondents who participated in the study, care for the dementia sufferer husband / wife at home, or the husband / wife has moved to a special housing. The result includes the perception of being a relative of a person with dementia, how they experience support from various parties, if there are any differences between men and women as well as the importance of communication and attitude. Overall it was shown that relatives often felt a sense of security and that they were satisfied with the support they received from the various parties.

This paper describes the Swedish reconnaissance squads in the engineer battalions, their equipment, tasks and organization. An analysis is made to compare the present weapons and fire power of the reconnaissance squad with an extended weapon alternative. The analysis focuses on the abilities effect, protection and movement in different situations typical of a reconnaissance squad.The facts that are presented in this paper are mostly founded on the new field manual FältarbR Dyktjänst 2007, which regulates much of the reconnaissance activities. According to the Conventions on the Rights of the Child, children have the right to make their voices heard and express their opinion in situations concerning them. With this paper the authors have chosen to explore social worker?s view?s on children?s participation and influence, and how these are manifested through the entire case process. The focus in this study has also been the positive and negative effects the children?s influence may have.To investigate this, a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews has been conducted.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att identifiera och beskriva resonanser mellan 20 Hz och 200 Hz, såväl teoretiskt som genom mätningar, i studion vid avdelningen för Ljud & Vibrationer vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet. Den variabla Helmholtzabsorbenten Varitune V-4 undersöktes med avseende på dess öppningsstorlek i förhållande till resonansfrekvens inne i resonatorns volym. Studion är utrustad med nio stycken variabla Varitune V-4 absorbenter för låga frekvenser. Detta gjordes i syfte att föreslå den kombination av öppningsstorlekar vilken resulterar i störst dämpning av problemresonanser rummet. This qualitative study examines how emergency people are framed in Swedish evening-, and local newspapers during the forest fire in Va?stmanland, Sweden 2014. The study also includes if there is any difference between the framing due to the location of the newspaper. The study is based on qualitative text analysis. The theoretical basis is representation, framing theory, media image, media logic and a few conceptions from crisis communication theory.

My essay is written from a basis of one of my own experiences were a child is perceived by us pedagogues as lonely and introverted, as well as having trouble socialising because of, what we can see, difficulties making himself understood verbally. I want to highlight how I as a pedagogue can respond to and strengthen children who are outside but still with the group, in a certain sense. I want to reflect on how we can deepen our understanding of these children and how we can facilitate for children who do not follow the norms of society when it comes to communication. I will analyse and draw conclusions with the help of theorists such as Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotskij and interpretations of these, but also look at it from a sociopsychological perspective as the interactions between people and environments play a large and distinctive role in preschool.
