The aim of this thesis is to describe the thoughts and attitudes that parents have regarding reading aloud. In today?s society the positive effects of reading aloud are often pointed at and in the perspective of the new learning theories I found the issue even more interesting.The two main questions posed are: How do the parents describe the practice of reading aloud?Is the parents? life Situation and background visible in their descriptions and in that case how does it show in their thoughts about reading aloud?The theoretical perspective of the thesis is sociocultural and can be divided into two themes. The first theme concerns the learning process that can be the result of reading aloud and the second theme focuses on social aspects. The results of the study show that parents think that reading aloud is valuable and positive.

Personal interviews were conducted with four employees in real estate companies and two tenants in each company stock.Conclusion:We have found that communication affects the relationship between company and customer. Purpose: The study aims to analyze how companies can learn from past communications in critical Situations and during corporate crisis, and see how they use this knowledge in the management of subsequent critical Situations and corporate crisis. Furthermore, the media is analyzed to see how the newspaper industry chooses to reflect an organization and its actions, and also to see if the pressure through articles in the newspapers has an impact on the extent of the Situation.Method: A qualitative case study of Sweden?s largest food company, ICA Sverige AB, where knowledgeable people in media management within the company are interviewed using semi-structured interviews, with support of quantitative methods by a collection of articles from the news press.Theories: Concepts, theories and models in crisis management and communication has been applied to relevant data. These comprise Knowledge Management, a communication template in crisis management, The Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and the model Content of crisis communication.Empiric: Based on the quantitative data consisting of articles from four Swedish news sources: Svenska Dagbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Aftonbladet and Expressen, a semi-structured interview guide was created and carried out with the person within ICA who possesses knowledge of the subject area.Conclusion: ICA has during the priod studied exhibited to have used the concept of Knowledge Management in the development of their routines regarding product recalls at product defects. The relationships between ICA and the media have shown improvements, which has resulted in ICA percieve the media coverage as balanced, true and fair..

Major changes within the agricultural politics today have forced the dairy production to scaleup, in order to compete on a global market. This has resulted in a reduction in the number ofsmaller dairy farms in Sweden, from about 40000 to just over 4000 over the last 30 years. Föreliggande systematiska litteraturstudies syfte var att beskriva anhörigas upplevelser och deras omvårdnadsbehov då en familjemedlem vårdades palliativt i hemmet, för att skapa en förståelse för vad sjuksköterskan kan bidra med. Sökord som valdes var palliative AND relative* AND home för insamling av vetenskapliga artiklar via fulltextdatabasen Electronic Library Information Navigator (ELIN) och databasen Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health (CINAHL). En systematisk kvalitetsgranskning gjordes på 15 vetenskapliga artiklar enligt modifierade kvalitetsgranskningsmallar efter förlagor av Forsberg och Wengström (2003) och Willman et al. (2006) och på basen av kvalitetsresultatet evidensgraderades de anhörigas till familjemedlem i det palliativa skedets omvårdnadsbehov. Tre omvårdnadsbehov som vilade på starkt vetenskapligt underlag framkom: att få professionellt stöd, att få avlastning som anhörig eller anhörigvårdare till en familjemedlem som vårdas palliativt i hemmet och att få information och undervisning om familjemedlemmens Situation.

Plant nutrients are important for all life on earth and are also important as fertiliser infood production all over the world. Because of this, plant nutrients are of great valuebut they also bring problems. As an example, the loss of nitrogen and phosphorusfrom agriculture and urban society's sewage systems contributes to some of today?smajor problems in water environment. Another problem associated with plantnutrients is that finite recourses are used in the production of mineral fertilizers.

Different studies have shown that somewhere between 10 000 and 75 000 persons live in Sweden as undocumented migrants. They are not entitled to basic human and social rights such as access to health care on the same basis as persons holding a residence permit in Sweden. Undocumented migrants are often exploited as workers in the informal economy and they are not allowed to organize in unions. The Swedish Social Services is by law bound to care for all people living in Sweden, though in reality undocumented migrants are excluded from benefits and efforts granted by the Social Services. Our aim with the study has been to investigate the Situation of undocumented migrants in Sweden and in relation to Social Services.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att ge en inblick i och redogöra för hurolika val av strategi för pensionssparande kan se ut samt föra ettresonemang kring den information en ung, nyutexaminerad personkommer i kontakt med när det gäller val av pensionssparande.Frågeställning: Hur kan en ung, nyutexaminerad person som just fått anställning,resonera kring placeringen av sina pensionsmedel för att känna sigtrygg inför framtiden?Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod eftersom vi söker endjupare förståelse för ämnet. Insamling av information har skettgenom tre semistrukturerade intervjuer samt informationsökningvia databaser, tidningar och internet. Eftersom råden kringpensionssparande ser olika ut beroende på hur gammal personenifråga är har vi valt att utgå ifrån en ung persons Situation. Dettaför att sedan ha något att utgå ifrån i arbetet med studien samt atten yngre persons Situation påminner om den Situation vi självasamt vår målgrupp befinner sig i.

15th of December 2005 was a historical day for the Iraqi people when they could vote for the first time in a free referendum for the draft of the new constitution. The result showed that 79% accepted it. The Iraqi constitution has been criticized by many for its Islamic ascendancy. By giving Islam the role as the source for legislation, will make the Situation worse for the Iraqi women, so it has been said.My aim with this Master thesis is not to evaluate weather or not Islam as a religion will undermine women's roll in the society. My ambition is rather to examine the constitution in order to see which kind of theory of citizenship it is inspired from and how will it affect the Situation of the Iraqi women.

In 2002, the euro as a common currency did replace the national currencies in the EU member-states that did choose to take part in the EMU. It was then viewed as one of the greatest accomplishments ever to be made by the EU. However, during the latest years, the economic Situation has deteriorated in several EMU member-states. This affected the whole euro-area and the current Situation is referred upon as the euro-crisis. In 2011, at the time of the euro-crisis, the Heads of State or Government of the euro-area did reaffirm their full commitment to strengthen EMU.

Psykisk ohälsa och depression är stora och ökande folkhälsoproblem i samhället som medför stort lidande för de drabbade. Vid depression kan upplevelserna av nedstämdhet vara kopplade till att känna hopplöshet. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva upplevelsen av hopp och hopplöshet hos personer med depression. I denna litteraturstudie ingick 15 vetenskapliga artiklar som analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys med manifest ansats.

According to several studies immigrants today in general face more difficulties to enter the labor market than before. This also applies to educated immigrants who are the main focus of this thesis.Studies have shown that educated migrants have more difficulties of obtaining an adequate job than ethnic Swedes. Thousands of educated immigrants are forced to work in low skilled occupations to cope with their everyday lives. The reasons behind their lack of success on the Swedish labor market have been blamed on different kinds of obstacles.     This study wants to examine at least some of the obstacles that educated immigrants face on the labor market through some informants own personal reflections and experiences. The study is based on an inside perspective in which the different personal experiences and reflections of the various informants is of great importance.  The study is focused on how five educated immigrants describe their Situation on the Swedish labor market. The aim is to investigate the informants 'understanding of the difficulties they have to get a job that matches their skills. It also aims to discuss the structural barriers that respondents relate to when they describe their Situation.    The results of the interviews with the informants have been analyzed with the help of central concepts gained from the two sociologists, Erving Goffman and Pierre Bourdieu.

We want in this paper, by using participant observation and qualitative interviews, comecloser to an understanding of what meaning a language café might have for the peoplewho go there. Many of the visitors are people who recently moved to Sweden and are inthe middle of a process of learning Swedish. We want to get a further insight into howthey feel about their Situation and what the social encounters on the language café mightmean to them. The purpose is to examine how this can have significance for the identitydevelopment of the visitors.The result shows that the language café is an important place for the visitors because itis the only place they can go to in order to practice speaking Swedish, which isimportant for them to find their place in Sweden. The language café also fulfils animportant function of a place where the visitors can receive an understanding of theSwedish society and reflect about it, but also a place for self-reflection to see theopportunities in the Situations they find themselves in.

Den fysiska inaktiviteten ökar och därmed förekomsten av hälsorisker diabetes och hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar som är nutidens största folkhälsosjukdomar. Undersökningar visar att alla elever inte deltar i idrottsundervisningen fullt ut samt att ursäkterna för detta ökar. Mycket tyder på att ämnet och dess lärare marginaliseras i skolan då allmänheten saknar förståelse för dess syfte och målsättning. Tidigare forskning visar även att elevers förväntningar inte alltid överensstämmer med undervisningen vilket gör att denna inte blir meningsfull för dessa. Denna studie syftar till att undersöka faktorer som påverkar rörelseglädje genom fokusgruppssamtal med föräldrar till barn i Hälsoprojektet, där rörelseglädje har dokumenterats.
