Ofta pressenteras checklistor och modeller för framgångsrikt ledarskap eller hur man på bästa sätt skall uppnå det, där olika egenskaper eller personlighetsdrag lyfts fram som en bra ledare bör ha. Karisma, målmedvetenhet och utstrålning är egenskaper som ofta efterfrågas bland dagens ledare men dessa egenskaper är också utmärkande för personer med antisociala personlighetsstörningar.Syftet med undersökningen är att ta reda på vad som gör personer med antisociala personlighetsstörningar attraktiva för en arbetsgivare samt i vilket sammanhang som de kan vara bra.Studien har genomförts som en kvalitativ ansats och har sin utgångspunkt i en explorativ studie för att kunna inhämta så mycket material som möjligt för att därefter belysa fenomenet allsidigt. Flera teorier har använts framförallt Yukls teorier om effektivt ledarskap samt egenskapsteorin, beteendeteorin och teorin om situationsanpassat ledarskap.Undersökningen visade på att det finns egenskaper som är positiva hos personer med antisociala personlighetsstörningar men det är svårt att avgöra om de är positiva eller negativa utan att relatera egenskaperna till en specifik situation. Egenskapen charmig kan vara positiv i ett sammanhang och negativt i en helt annan situation. Studien visade även på att situationen styr beteendet, där beteendet i denna studie är summan av egenskaper och situation.Utifrån analysen kan slutsatsen dras att det är svårt att säga vad som är attraktivt utan att ta hänsyn till olika situationer.

The ever-growing e-commerce brings many opportunities for society's consumers and businesses. Digitization has strongly contributed to these opportunities and has, among other things, facilitated the search for information and increased the range for the customer. While the opportunities are many, the increased consumption has also brought consequences. The increase in consumption contributes, among other things, to quantities of deliveries and returns as well as increased waste, all of which results in environmental destruction. The issue of sustainability is very topical today and is influenced by almost everything today. In connection with the markets changing, the consumers' behaviors and expectations also change.

Problems with wild boars are increasing in Sweden and some people argue that the wild boar population must decrease. This is mostly the opinion by farmers, while the hunters want more wild boars in Sweden. Today the population is the strongest in the south of Sweden and in the eastern parts of the country. However the population is growing stronger in other parts of Sweden as well. The population origins from these areas where they escaped from pens around 1970.

Vårt syfte med uppsatsen är att få insikt i hur revisorerna själva ser på sitt eget oberoende gentemot sina klienter. Vi vill ta del av deras erfarenheter av hot mot oberoendet. Dessutom vill vi få en uppfattning om vad som föranleder en revisor att uppleva en situation som problematisk ur oberoendesynpunkt. Vidare vill vi veta hur revisorerna hanterat dessa oberoendeproblem i form av motåtgärder och uppdragsfrånträden. Till vår hjälp har vi använt teorier om hot mot oberoendet för att forma vårt frågeunderlag.

Könsuppdelningarna i hushållssysslorna har bevisats ha att göra med den generella genusideologin i det aktuella landet. Här undersöks om en man och en kvinna som tar ut större delen av föräldraledigheten baserat på familjens ekonomiska situation, samt utför samma hushållssysslor bedöms olika. Hypotesen är att män i högre grad tillskrivs egenskapen duktighet än kvinnor när de utför samma sysslor. En enkätundersökning med identiskt innehåll kring beskrivningen av en moders respektive en faders vardagssysslor presenterades och skattningar kring olika påståenden kring personens situation utfördes av deltagarna. Med hjälp av den fenomenologiska teorin har jag sökt svar på hur fullblodsuppfödaren upplever sin situation och med hjälp av begreppet livsvärld har jag analyserat materialet. Genom Schutz definition av begreppet livsvärld har jag belyst fenomen och upplevelser i uppfödarnas vardagsliv. Jag har tolkat Schutz definition av livsvärlden som den bild av verkligheten så som den uppträder för informanten och de fenomen som har betydelse för deras vardag. Efter att ha träffat och intervjuat fyra stycken fullblodsuppfödare i Mälardalsregionen har jag kunnat kategorisera nio fenomen som återkommer i samtligas livsvärld. De fyra uppfödarna har haft varierande åsikter och berättelser om de olika fenomen som jag kunnat uppmärksamma. De nio fenomen som jag kategoriserat utefter informanternas berättelser är ekonomiska villkor, drivkrafter, traditioner, gemenskap och utbildning, möjligheter inför framtiden, kvalitet, hinder inför framtiden, föryngring och nyrekrytering samt Svensk Galopp vilken är den organisation som svarar för den svenska galoppsporten i helhet.

The purpose of this essay was to examine, from a gender perspective, how biological children in foster families experience the situation of living with foster siblings. The material consists of ten interviews. We searched answers to the questions:1. In what way have the biological childrens relations to parents, biological siblings and foster siblings changed through the placement?2.

Forskning tyder dock på att affärssystem både kan öka och minska flexibiliteten för organisationer. Få empiriska studier har genomförts vad gäller affärssystems påverkan på organisationers flexibilitet och forskningen är splittrad vad gäller affärssystems påverkan på flexibiliteten för organisationer. Syftet med denna uppsats är att illustrera och förklara hur ett affärssystem påverkar flexibilitet i en organisation. För att besvara syftet skapas en analysmodell som syntetiserar tidigare forskning om flexibilitet med en organisatorisk förändringsmodell.

The purpose of my examination is contributing with knowledge about the relation between language- stimulation in preschool and read- and writes developing and teachers thought about that. In order to meet the purpose I read literature that deals with my matter and is based previous research. I also made qualitative interviews with three elementary school teachers and three preschool teachers who work within preschools that concentrate on development of language in a town in the middle of Sweden.  In this way I find out about their thoughts about what they think is important to work with about language in preschool and how the preschool teachers can work with the development of language to make it easier for the children in their read- and writes developing. The result shows that it is important to work with children?s development of language in preschool.

The aim of this essay was to gain a deeper understanding about how school employees interpret and practice school law regarding cyber-bullying that occurs between pupils on the internet. To examine this we used a qualitative method. We completed eight interviews with five teachers, one headmaster, one school welfare officer and one special educationist. These eight school employees were from four different high schools. In our interviews we found that the school employees thought it was difficult to define different concepts within the school law such as in association with the occupation and offensive behaviour which prohibits them from interpreting the school law in the same way.

The purpose of this essay is to examine whether and how labor consultants, job coaches, guidance counselors promote the possibility of self-realization of the clients they encounter in their work. By analyzing, based on the theoretical framework, six semi-structured interviews of people having the chosen professions answer the questions "Do counselors promote client's opportunities for self-realization in their work?" and "If so: how is this practiced?". In the theoretical framework three important concepts are addressed: "identity", "recognition" and "self-realization". These are explained with the help of works by including Emma Engdahl, Anthony Giddens, Axel Honneth and Allison Weir.

Bakgrund: I Sverige lever idag 4300 människor med hiv. Bromsmedicinernas utveckling har onekligen ändrat situationen för de hiv-positiva. Idag innebär det som hiv-positiv att anpassa sig till en livslång tung medicinering i ett samhälle med kulturellt och socialt reproducerade föreställningar, vilka betraktar hivsmittade som moraliskt otillförlitliga och avvikare. Dessutom tvingas de hiv-positiva leva med stigmatisering samt skuld- och skamkänslor. Syfte och frågeställningar: Studiens syfte är att undersöka och skildra vilka copingstrategier hiv-positiva använder sig av för att återuppnå/uppnå livskvalitet.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the young caregivers thoughts of the elderly caretaker. A qualitative method was chosen when interviewing young caregivers in order to get an insight of how they perceive and speak of the elders. The main questions of the study are: How do the caregivers believe that the elders perceive their day-to-day life and situation? Is it possible to distinguish if the young caregiver?s thoughts about the elders affect their work with the elderly caretaker? Is it possible to notice any common factors that the young caregivers perceive as important in their work with the elderly caretaker? The criteria for inclusion in this study are caregivers aged 18 to 25, who are working with elderly at special accommodation. The theories chosen for this study are the salutogenetic perspective, the activity theory and the theory of gerotranscendence.
