Inom logistiken finns det ett antal frågeställningar, där struktur är ett viktigt område. Strukturfrågorna berör bland annat distributionen, exempelvis om en färdig produkt ska lagras eller skickas direkt till kund samt hur själva transporten ska gå till. Distributionsstrukturen syftar till att överbrygga de gap som uppstår mellan producerande företag och konsumenterna av deras produkter. Distributionen är i vissa fall mer komplex än företaget i sig, där beslutsfattandet kan handla om vilka delar som ska outsourcas och vilka externa aktörer som ska samarbetas med. Val gällande distributionen kan vara avgörande för ett företags lönsamhet och konkurrensförmåga.

Denna kandidatuppsats har till syfte att kartla?gga unga vuxnas (18-24 a?r) upplevelse av arbetslo?shet. Utifra?n sex intervjuer har en fenomenografisk analys gjorts. Det visade sig att upplevelserna av arbetslo?shet generellt var negativa, ingen av de unga vuxna ansa?g att det var en positiv eller o?nskva?rd situation att befinna sig i.

SAMMANFATTNING: Syftet med denna studie var att belysa två systrars relation i förhållande till den ena systerns tidigare självskadebeteende, hur självskadehandlingarna påverkat relationen och hur omgivningen såg på systrarnas respektive situation under denna tid. Självskadebeteende definieras som ?avsiktlig förstörelse eller förändring av den egna kroppsvävnaden utan medveten självmordavsikt.?. Studiens primärdata utgjordes av separata intervjuer med två systrar där den ena av dem tidigare har haft ett självskadebeteende. Sekundärdata erhölls via sökningar i vetenskapliga databaser såsom SCA Social Sciences, PubMed (Medline), och Artikelsök och sökord som användes var; självskadebeteende, self-harm, syskon, syskonrelation, syskon till självskadare, sibling relations och anhörig.

Flera system distribueras som webbapplikationer vilket gör att dessa applikationer måste tillhandahålla funktionalitet och beteende likt skrivbordsapplikationer. Att kunna strömma data i realtid över webben har blivit allt mer vanligt och för att göra det finns ett antal olika tekniker till förfogande. De vanligaste teknikerna är Comet, pluginbaserade sockets och WebSockets. I denna studie gås dessa tekniker igenom grundligt för att uppmärksamma brister respektive styrkor hos teknikerna. Studien innefattar även att identifiera de aspekter som är viktiga att beakta när en strömningsteknik skall implementeras.

The aim of this study has been to create an understanding for the situation of an often forgotten group in foster care, the carers? own children. Our main focus has been the experience this group has of foster care, their experience of participation in caring for the foster children and their possible need of support and help. Our chosen method has been qualitative interviews with six adult children of foster carers, two men and four women. The theory used in this study has been Sense of Coherence.Our interviewees gave mainly a positive description of being part of a foster family even though they could give examples of difficult situation and of loss.

Föräldrar vars barn missbrukar alkohol och andra droger lever med mycket skuld, skam och ångest för sitt barns situation. Barns missbruk innebär ofta både fysiska och psykiska konsekvenser för föräldrar. Föräldrar i en sådan situation är därför i stort behov av stöd. I föreliggande kvalitativa studie jämförs föräldrars och professionellas syn på studiens fem olika teman; att vara förälder till ett barn med drogmissbruk, stöd till föräldrar, bemötande från Socialtjänsten, tillgänglighet och samverkan. Studien bygger på kvalitativa intervjuer med föräldrar, FoU, Socialtjänsten och Öppenvården.

In this study we describe the needs of lone parents and how the authorities fulfill these needs. The needs contain both economic and social aspects, such as the access to an employment, childcare and the possibility to social activities. For the lone parents being able to work the childcare provision must improve and be available in a greater extent during non-traditional working hours. It is also required that the housing benefit ceiling is increased so that the parents may work more hours without risking the loss of the housing benefit. The statistic about the housing benefit which we present shows that many of those with a low income are lone parents.

The aim of this thesis is to describe the thoughts and attitudes that parents have regarding reading aloud. In today?s society the positive effects of reading aloud are often pointed at and in the perspective of the new learning theories I found the issue even more interesting.The two main questions posed are: How do the parents describe the practice of reading aloud?Is the parents? life situation and background visible in their descriptions and in that case how does it show in their thoughts about reading aloud?The theoretical perspective of the thesis is sociocultural and can be divided into two themes. The first theme concerns the learning process that can be the result of reading aloud and the second theme focuses on social aspects. The results of the study show that parents think that reading aloud is valuable and positive.

Purpose: The study aims to analyze how companies can learn from past communications in critical situations and during corporate crisis, and see how they use this knowledge in the management of subsequent critical situations and corporate crisis. Furthermore, the media is analyzed to see how the newspaper industry chooses to reflect an organization and its actions, and also to see if the pressure through articles in the newspapers has an impact on the extent of the situation.Method: A qualitative case study of Sweden?s largest food company, ICA Sverige AB, where knowledgeable people in media management within the company are interviewed using semi-structured interviews, with support of quantitative methods by a collection of articles from the news press.Theories: Concepts, theories and models in crisis management and communication has been applied to relevant data. These comprise Knowledge Management, a communication template in crisis management, The Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT) and the model Content of crisis communication.Empiric: Based on the quantitative data consisting of articles from four Swedish news sources: Svenska Dagbladet, Dagens Nyheter, Aftonbladet and Expressen, a semi-structured interview guide was created and carried out with the person within ICA who possesses knowledge of the subject area.Conclusion: ICA has during the priod studied exhibited to have used the concept of Knowledge Management in the development of their routines regarding product recalls at product defects. Major changes within the agricultural politics today have forced the dairy production to scaleup, in order to compete on a global market. This has resulted in a reduction in the number ofsmaller dairy farms in Sweden, from about 40000 to just over 4000 over the last 30 years. Föreliggande systematiska litteraturstudies syfte var att beskriva anhörigas upplevelser och deras omvårdnadsbehov då en familjemedlem vårdades palliativt i hemmet, för att skapa en förståelse för vad sjuksköterskan kan bidra med. Sökord som valdes var palliative AND relative* AND home för insamling av vetenskapliga artiklar via fulltextdatabasen Electronic Library Information Navigator (ELIN) och databasen Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health (CINAHL). En systematisk kvalitetsgranskning gjordes på 15 vetenskapliga artiklar enligt modifierade kvalitetsgranskningsmallar efter förlagor av Forsberg och Wengström (2003) och Willman et al. (2006) och på basen av kvalitetsresultatet evidensgraderades de anhörigas till familjemedlem i det palliativa skedets omvårdnadsbehov. Tre omvårdnadsbehov som vilade på starkt vetenskapligt underlag framkom: att få professionellt stöd, att få avlastning som anhörig eller anhörigvårdare till en familjemedlem som vårdas palliativt i hemmet och att få information och undervisning om familjemedlemmens situation.

Plant nutrients are important for all life on earth and are also important as fertiliser infood production all over the world. Because of this, plant nutrients are of great valuebut they also bring problems. As an example, the loss of nitrogen and phosphorusfrom agriculture and urban society's sewage systems contributes to some of today?smajor problems in water environment. Another problem associated with plantnutrients is that finite recourses are used in the production of mineral fertilizers.

Different studies have shown that somewhere between 10 000 and 75 000 persons live in Sweden as undocumented migrants. They are not entitled to basic human and social rights such as access to health care on the same basis as persons holding a residence permit in Sweden. Undocumented migrants are often exploited as workers in the informal economy and they are not allowed to organize in unions. The Swedish Social Services is by law bound to care for all people living in Sweden, though in reality undocumented migrants are excluded from benefits and efforts granted by the Social Services. Our aim with the study has been to investigate the situation of undocumented migrants in Sweden and in relation to Social Services.
