The purpose of this Master?s thesis is to investigate how diversity takes shape in children?s picture books published in Sweden. Twelve picture books, which touch the aspect of diversity in the categories of gender, ages, culture, nation, ethnicities, language, class, sexuality and functional disorder, were chosen from the Swedish National Council for Cultural Affairs catalogue for youth and children?s books 2006. Bringing back the nutrients from the city to the country is becoming increasingly important, as the world?s stores of nutrients get more exhausted. Sewage sludge is an unapplied resource, rich in plant nutrients, which could replace parts of the commercial fertilizers used in Sweden today. Sewage sludge may contain large amounts of pathogens, such as Campylobacter and Salmonella, why use can cause severe spreading of infections, both to animals and humans. These pathogens have the ability to survive for a long time in soil and water and therefore some sort of treatment of the sludge is recommended before use.

From a management point of view, enabling organizational creativity is often referred to as reducing immediate control, increasing autonomy and enhancing the access to slack resources. At the same time, the business environment of today is fiercer than it was only a decade ago, and this renders a quest for more efficient approaches to competitively run a business. This paper aims to examine creative industries and more specifically try to identify a set of elements that are common for successful companies. As this industry has not been subject to any considerable array of studies, this thesis seeks to establish a structure for how to take both organizational models and leadership theories into account when developing an understanding for the process, organization and leadership of the creative business. By studying six separate creative companies, our findings suggest that conventional theories on organizational creativity do not adequately account for all factors that contribute to these companies' creative success.

Detta examensarbete har som huvudsyfte att bidra till en djupare förståelse av relationen mellan vatten- och energianvändning i flerbostadshus. För att arbetet skulle kunna slutföras inom dem förutbestämda 20 veckorna begränsades arbetet. Valet gjordes att studera studentlägenheter i korridorform då denna typ av boende ser ungefär likadan ut oavsett vart i Sverige de är byggda. En annan anledning till att studentboenden är en intressant målgrupp är att energi- och vattenkostnaden ofta ingår i hyran, vilket minskar medvetenheten kring energianvändningen. Studien har kartlagt fjärrvärmeåtgången och användningen av varmvatten i två utvalda fastigheter.Fastigheterna består av korridorsboenden och är belägna i Stockholm och Luleå.
