Because of my interest and experience within the field of children and teenagers with an antisocial behaviour and who are acting out I wanted to devote my essay to researching these children through the perspective of the teachers. In this essay I, therefore, interviewed 4 teachers with 4-16 years of experience within this occupation. The method I've chosen can be described as qualitative interview with semi-structured questions to enable the teachers to thoroughly describe their answers without diverting from the original question. The questions that form this essay are: What strategies do the teachers possess to enable stability, a safe work environment and enabling knowledge-sharing for the children that are acting out? What kind of tools do the teachers use when they work with children who are acting out? The results were analysed through the theory of socialization, which simplified can be compared with upbringing.

It is essential to reuse- and recycles residues to decrease the amount of deposit materials and reach sustainable energy use. Two ways to work towards this is to recycle wood ashes to the forest as nutrient compensation and extract biogas from combustion of biomass.The aim with this study was to decide whether wood ashes that been used for biogas upgrading with accelerated carbonation also can be used as a nutrient compensation in the woods according to recommendations from the Swedish Forest Agency (Skogsstyrelsen).The ashes that were used in this study came from Johan Andersson who works at JTI in Uppsala, who also treated the ashes with biogas. The ashes have, in both untreated and treated condition, been analyzed in this study according to contents of elements, leaching properties, hardening properties and contents of crystalline phases, to evaluate what impact carbonation with biogas has on the ashes.The accelerated carbonation led to hardening of the ash, and decreased amount of CaO- and increased amount of CaCO3. The CO2-uptake also entails a dilution of the elements, and the content of nutrients and trace elements decreases. However the results show an indication of an uptake of S from the biogas to the ash, since the dilution had a smaller impact on S than the rest of the elements.

Jag valde att i min uppsats behandla den svenska Koden för bolagsstyrning(Corporate Governance) och mitt syfte var att göra en jämförelse mellan Kodensoch Aktiebolagslagens regler för bolagsstyrning För att lyckas med detta har jaganvänt mig av den traditionella juridiska metoden och utgått från denrättsdogmatiska ansatsen.Bolagen ska, enligt Koden, offentliggöra tid och plats för stämman i sambandmed att tredje kvartalsrapporten lämnas. I god tid ska bolaget på sin hemsidainformera om aktieägarnas rätt att få ärende behandlat av stämman och Kodenhar även noterat ett ökat internationellt ägande i svenskt näringsliv och därförska bolaget överväga om stämman ska simultantolkas. Även regeln om att manska kunna delta i bolagsstämma från annan ort underlättar för utländska ägare.En av de stora nyheterna i Koden är att bolagen ska ha en valberedning meduppgift att nominera kandidater till styrelsen, ge förslag till arvodering avstyrelsen, nominera revisor och föreslå arvode till revisorn. Bolagen ska även haett revisionsutskott, med ansvar för kvalitetssäkra den finansiellarapporteringen, och ett ersättningsutskott med ansvar för att bereda förslag tillprinciper för ersättningar och andra anställningsvillkor för bolagsledningen.Utöver att stärka ägarnas position är informationsgivning Kodens nyckelord. Aim:               Our aim is to make a critical review of the glorification of leadership, by describing the practical work of leaders, compared to what is written in management literature.    Method:         We have applied a qualitative approach in our study and implemented seven interviews to illustrate our respondents? experiences and opinions. All of our respondents have leading positions with their current companies. To analyse the results from our interviews, we have compared them with literature written in the subject, mostly management literature.                   Results & Conclusions:  We have concluded that there is a connection between the theory and our empirical material.

Enligt kritisk rasteori är rasism en struktur som genomsyrar hela samhället och upprätthålls av vardagsrasism. Föreliggande studie syftar därför till att undersöka vita barns uppfattningar om "ras" i homogent vita förskolor i Sverige samt hur dessa kan påverkas genom bilderböcker. "Ras" ses här som en förändringsbar social struktur som kategoriserar in (rasifierar) folk utifrån fysiska attribut och föreställningar om agerande och egenskaper utifrån dessa. Utifrån fenomenografiskt förhållningssätt görs studien på 10 barn uppdelade på två grupper genom att läsa sex bilderböcker med rasifierade huvudroller under fyra veckor. De tekniker som används är fokusgrupp, i form av bokprat, och experimentorienterad bildspråksteknik.

Aim: Through the review of scientific articles, this study aimed to identify which oral health-related quality of life instruments that have been used in studies to measure the oral health-related quality of life in older individuals and the application of such instruments. Method: The study is based on a systematic literature review, where 14 articles have been chosen and evaluated against a checklist. Result: The oral health-related quality of life instruments that have been used on individuals, 65 years and older, are OHIP-49, OHIP-14, OHIP-20 or OHIP-EDENT, GOHAI and OIDP. The instruments are used to examine factors associated with the oral health-related quality of life. Significant associations have been identified, among other things, between the number of teeth in static occlusion, dry mouth and the quality of the dentures, and oral health-related quality of life. Social and cultural associations have also been revealed. Conclusions: Today there exist several well functioning instruments that are used for research purposes.

Introduction: The concept of CSR was first coined in the 1950?s and refers to corporate vol-untary work to contribute to a sustainable society. In Sweden, companies within the finance sector are among the worst when it comes to implementing CSR in their daily work. The debate on whether companies should engage in CSR activities or not, is extremely relevant nowadays. Right now we are facing a time where the demand on companies to take their social responsi-bility becomes more intensified.

Rotskärsskolan is located in Skutskär, Älvkarleby municipality and the school conducted today consists of lower secondary. The school was built in the early 1960s and contains three buildings. Today there is a great need for reconstruction of Rotskärsskolan, when the premises are worn out and not suitable for today's education. It must therefore be a phased change involving all the school buildings, starting in the winter of 2008/2009.Our degree project involves one of these buildings, called house F. This building will, by a recent decision, be adjusted for classes from preschool up to grade five, special school and leisure activities when some of the municipality's schools will consolidate.

In schools, misconceptions about genetics can arise due to several factors, and the consequences of these misunderstandings can be significant. Lack of education can play a central role in the spread of misinformation about genetics. When teachers lack sufficient knowledge or do not have access to up-to-date resources, they risk inadvertently conveying inaccuracies to students. Additionally, students own preconceived notions and misinterpretations can be reinforced through interaction with their peers, creating a vicious cycle of misinformation. In this study, various misconceptions within genetics education have been identified and analyzed, while different strategies to prevent these misconceptions have been examined. The study revealed that the two most common misconceptions are the confusion between "genes" and "DNA" and the simplified perception of genetic determinism.
