Min uppsats är deskriptiv och inriktar sig på frågan om hur vetenskaplig socialpsykologisk kunskap används för att bekämpa motståndsgrupper i främmande land. Denna kunskap finns dokumenterad i Joint Publication 3-24 Counterinsurgency Operations 05 October 2009, sammanfattad av Joint Chiefs of Staff (den amerikanska militärledningen).Jag har gjort en analys av detta dokument i form av dokumentanalys med inspiration av diskursanalys, och jag låtit mig inspireras av Foucault och Fairclough. Dokumentet innehåller mycket intressant, läsvärt och tankeväckande socialpsykologiskt resonemang, som nu mera anses vara en viktig del av den amerikanska militärstrategin i lågintensiva krig mot motståndsgrupper i så kallade främmande länder. Dokumentet har till stora delar analyserats utifrån så kallade noder eller huvudbegrepp som används i diskursanalys, som exempelvis ledare, motståndsgrupp, subgrupp, emotion, kognition och kommunikation, men som också har använts för att binda samman mitt teoriunderlag eller perspektiv.I sammanfattande form vill jag hävda att jag har kommit fram till följande slutsatser; En slutsats är att militären visar hur viktigt de anser att kognition och emotion är, och hur intimt det hänger samman och är avgörande för att besegra en motståndsgrupp. En annan slutsats är hur kommunikationen påverkar ledaren och motståndsgruppens förmåga att få fram sitt budskap och få folkets stöd.

Det är väl känt att hygien har stor betydelse för att minimera risker för posto-perativa infektioner och i förlängningen minska lidande och öka patientsäkerheten. Risker för utvecklandet av postoperativa infektioner är flera och en ensam förklaring går oftast inte att finna. Personalmässiga faktorer är dock en del av problemet. Följsamhet till hygienrutiner bland personalen visar sig ofta bristande i känd forskning och dess förklaring är komplex. Operations-sjuksköterskors omvårdnadsarbete och ansvar syftar till skydda patienten ge-nom att förebygga postoperativa infektioner men deras handlande och erfaren-heter när det gäller följsamheten till hygienrutiner är studerat i mycket liten omfattning.

Occupational Health Service (OHS) has an important role in society. It is designed to prevent illness and strengthen the health of workers. OHS operations and development are currently being studied at the School of Technology and Health at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. One of the industries studied is the home maker service. During the 2010s were such employees one of the most ill groups in Sweden.This master's thesis in occupational environment development and change management focus on examining the special knowledge an OHS and its clients in one home maker service need to strengthen the workers of the industry and find out how the interaction between OHS and home maker service works and how it could be evolved.A qualitative study was conducted in a Swedish city on the basis of an organizational perspective.

Today's Swedish large-scale forestry uses almost exclusively computer-aided bucking. It allows the harvester computer, using an optimisation price list (steering price list), to maximize the value of each tree. The optimisation price list can be adjusted so that the industry gets the raw material it demands from the forest. There are various simulation programs that can be used when constructing a optimisation price list. The simulation program merchandise a database of stem shapes using a given price list and mimics a harvester's work. To get the demanded raw material for the industry it is important to use a well-adjusted optimisation price list.

The environmental effects of these types of transport involves not only the emissions of various pollutants, but also an increased noise level inside the cities. The purpose of this thesis is to create a method for describing and measuring a given transport solution in order to compare it with an altered transport solution to achieve a more sustainable development.

This thesis purpose is to determine an explanation of the efficiency in a labour-market related project. ?Enter? is an EU-financed project with a focus on long-term unemployed workers in the district Härlanda, Gothenburg. Starting in September 2004, Enter offers individually based coaching and job guidance to totally 110 young persons with problems entering the labour market. The war between Georgia and Russia awakened the world pretty brutally when a small country like Georgia tried to restore order in South Ossetia. The war between the two countries took place over five days in August 2008. This paper discusses the Russian operational art and its development after the war. The starting point is to test the traditional and classic Russian theory of operational art. The aim is to describe and discuss the Russian operational experience and any developments and trends in the Russian Federation's armed forces. The purpose of describing the theory behind the operational art is to create an independent analysis model. The essay?s analysis is based entirely from qualitative research with the collection of qualitative data in the form of texts and documents with a holistic perspective. Initially, the theory chapter is created from an inductive approach to identify, define and describe the operational concept and principles, creating a theoretical model of explanation. The developed analytical model is based on the Russian theory of operational art and takes off from a deductive approach to the collected empirical data. The results of the performed analysis results are interpreted and the product of this presented in the operational conclusions. Russia had a strategic ability to win the war by means of strategic resources related to tempo, simplicity and shock effect on the Georgian troops. Russia carries out a variety of reforms and the outcome of the war demonstrates the importance of Russia having a strategic capacity to make use of one in the type of conflict that Georgia represents. This success shows that the strategic capabilities are initially a success factor, while the deficiencies in the operational and tactical levels cannot be accepted in the long run, but must be developed.

BakgrundOperationspersonal är den yrkesgrupp inom vården som är mest utsatt för risk för blodsmitta genom frekvent hantering av stickande och skärande instrument samt exponering av blod. Bland operations­sjuksköterskor finns en stark önskan att arbeta så säkert som möjligt för att minska risken för smittöverföring. Det finns föreskrifter, metoder och hjälpmedel för att förhindra stick- och skärskador men få skriftliga riktlinjer och rutiner.SyfteSyftet med den här studien är att undersöka operationssjuksköterskans hantering av stickande och skärande instrument i operationssalen.MetodStudiens design är en empirisk tvärsnittsstudie med en kvantitativ ansats. En strukturerad observationsstudie utfördes på Södersjukhuset i Stockholm. 18 operationssjuksköterskor observerades under 50 operationer.ResultatStudiens resultat visar på brister inom samtliga områden som observerats.

The investigation was initiated because of the high workload of the sellers and, additionally, because the Tunadal sawmill has received low ratings in customer surveys. Thus,  two main approaches are adopted here,  the first being to investigate which of the three methods  of working, namely, market divided flow organization, function organizationand flow organization with collaboration, proves to be the most beneficial. The second is to investigate whether there is an available method to ease the daily work. A literature review has been made in order to determine more efficient ways for the sellers to work in the Tunadal sawmill. During the investigation, an in-depth investigation into the total quality management using a balanced scorecard as a management tool was conducted.

I have always been interested in sports, so when it was time to write the paper I chose to write about sports and economic.It has led to this problem: How is the function of management control and planning problems in sports?   Sports clubs are non-profit association and non-profit organizations aim to support members? moral and economic interests.
