På tjänstemarknaden idag finns många alternativ av tjänster att välja mellan som alla tillfredställer samma kundbehov. En typisk bransch där detta gäller är Telecom branschen där alla aktörer erbjuder liknande varor och tjänster för att kommunicera. Av denna anledning är kvalitet något som särskiljer aktörerna åt och blir därför ett viktigt konkurrensmedel, om inte det viktigaste. Vi har i denna uppsats därför valt att undersöka vad kunderna anser om en Telecom butiks tjänstekvalitet.Tjänsteforskarna menar att tjänstekvalitet är kundupplevd kvalitet. Kunderna bildar sin kvalitetsuppfattning genom att jämföra sina förväntningar med sina upplevelser av tjänsten.

We want in this paper, by using participant observation and qualitative interviews, comecloser to an understanding of what meaning a language café might have for the peoplewho go there. Many of the visitors are people who recently moved to Sweden and are inthe middle of a process of learning Swedish. We want to get a further insight into howthey feel about their situation and what the social encounters on the language café mightmean to them. The purpose is to examine how this can have significance for the identitydevelopment of the visitors.The result shows that the language café is an important place for the visitors because itis the only place they can go to in order to practice speaking Swedish, which isimportant for them to find their place in Sweden. The language café also fulfils animportant function of a place where the visitors can receive an understanding of theSwedish society and reflect about it, but also a place for self-reflection to see theopportunities in the situations they find themselves in.

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) describes how common services can be bundled and published so they can be consumed by different systems.The company SYSteam Evolution AB, which has requested this project, wanted a web application that shows a graphical activity chart in order to easier view ongoing projects. The goal for this project is to develop a demo platform that shows how AJAX and SOA can be used to create flexible and reusable applications.

The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine the accessibility in public libraries for persons with dyslexia and visually impaired persons. In order to do this, library services, information and attitudes have been studied. Data have been collected through interviews and studies of documents, in particular guidelines for library service to disabled persons. The theoretical starting point of the analysis is Professor Michael Bucklands different aspects of access to information. In 1936 a governmental breeding project was started with aim on military use. The police later came to use dogs from this project as well. In order to utilize dogs that could fit for other purposes training and education of dogs for search of different substances and of guide dogs for blind persons was performed. A political decision to privatize the whole dog programme was taken in 1992. During most part of the time one had serious economical issues since too few of the dogs that were bred could be considered to fulfil the basic demands for service. To satisfy the need of service dogs private bred dogs were bought as well.

Kreatörers arbeten syns överallt runtomkring oss och deras arbete är av stor betydelse i dagens samhälle där Design Management har kommit att bli allt viktigare.I den grafiska branschen finns ingen tydlig koppling som i den traditionella prissättningen där produktionskostnad och pris samspelar. Det är betydligt besvärligare att sätta ett pris på en kreatörs arbete då det innefattar långt mer än slutprodukten. Syftet med den här studien att ta reda på hur den problematiken ska kunna lösas för kreatörerna.Syskonen Brogren är en byrå inom grafisk designverksamhet och det allra största problemet de upplever är prissättningen.
