Problematisering:E-handeln är en av globaliseringens och informationsteknologins frukter. Denna konstant utvecklandes affärsområde innebär många fördelar för dess aktörer. Trots detta existerar det svårigheter kring dess kundserviceaspekt. Det är denna faktor som utgör uppsatsens centrala studieämne. Syfte: Uppsatsens ändamål är att förstärka våra kunskaper av e-handeln, sett ur en service management perspektiv.

I skrivande stund föreligger viss oklarhet vad gäller fastighetmäklarlagens (2011:666) tillämpningsområde. I ett avgörande från Svea hovrätt[1] har problematiken kring huruvida fastighetsmäklarlagens bestämmelser är tillämpliga på kommersiella fastighetsförmedlingar konkretiserats. Frågeställningen har varit föremål för diskussion i motiven till fastighetsmäklarlagen, och efter hovrättens avgörande gett upphov till livlig debatt. Lagutskottet har i förarbetena till lagen framhållit att det inte kan betraktas såsom rimligt att man, i samband med en fastighetsförmedling vid en inkråmsaffär, ska vara tvungen att anlita både en företags- och en fastighetsmäklare eller att valet av överlåtelseform[2] ska tillmätas någon betydelse. Regeringen var av samma åsikt som Lagutskottet, men påpekade att det i praktiken ändå oftast anlitas advokater vid förmedlingar av denna typ.

This is a degree project performed at Halmstad University in Sweden on the subject carpet ofreinforcement. Syfte Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att beskriva och analysera hur revisionen av företag påverkas då företaget har genomfört en outsourcing av delar eller hela sin redovisning till ett bolag, inom koncernen, i utlandet. Genom att studera ett företag, som genomfört denna form av outsourcing, samt att undersöka de fyra stora revisionsbolagens erfarenheter på området, ämnar uppsatsen uppfylla detta syfte. Metod Denna studie grundar sig på den kvalitativa metoden. En illustrationsstudie samt en flerfallstudie har genomförts tillsammans med semistrukturerade intervjuer. Valet av våra intervjuobjekt vid flerfallsstudien grundar sig i företagens storlek.

Public confession and declaration of grace in the mass, following the book of worship of the Church of Sweden, is considered by many to be problematic, and hence the topic of frequent discussion. This is apparent already in the proposal for the existing book of worship, as well as in those official proposals that have been presented in recent years for a revised order of worship. This paper provides a summary account of the historical development of the public confession (and its attendant parts) from the early church into recent times, with a focus on the Church of Sweden, focusing on church regulation and official books of worship. This account shows that a public confession existed in early Christian celebration of service/mass, and that public confession and declaration of grace as we know it today (in the Church of Sweden) has developed from the practice of private confession with a relationship to Holy Communion. In Sweden, the ambitions of the Lutheran program of reformation with respect to public confession did not materialize fully.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to identify and analyze innovative products and services within the telecom industry, letting these findings constitute possible ways for CSPs to innovate the experience of their customers. Methodology: The research in this thesis was conducted from a qualitative approach and data were collected using primary- (expert interviews) and secondary sources (journals, articles, web sites etcetera). In addition, a research design entailing four sequential steps was created to stipulate and illustrate the logic underpinning the methodological process. Examensarbetet utfördes hos Syntronic Software Innovations (SSI) i Gävle och det är utifrån deras specifikationer och krav som systemet har utvecklats. The elderly care is an area of great importance to women. Women are more often in need of elderly care; they work with the service and provide a majority of the informal service. Research shows that managers? work-related prerequisites are significantly different between the male dominated technical administration and the female dominated care and educational administration. Studies also show that what the highest managerial organisation gives priority to, often permeate the whole organisation.

The thesis deals with consumers behaviour in the use of online services and the cultures effect on it. It is a study of Swedes and Danes use of online job data bases. The thesis is based on a quantitative study. A questionnaire were used sent out to 80 Swedes and 80 Danes. The theory concerns areas of online consumer behaviour, decision making and services theory as well as theories within culture in relation to services and behaviour.

A consultant is an external expert that exists within all types of organizations. The consulting service can be divided into individual practitioners and large companies whose sole task is to hire out consultants to clients. This paper is a thorough review of my internship, during which I designed infographics at Grafiskt Center, SVT, Stockholm. The purpose has been to find out what guidelines and policies SVT has regarding infographics while producing infographics in a professional environment. Under de senaste åren har det i media spekulerats om en eventuell bubbla på den globala bostadsmarknaden. Den internationella finanskrisen blev slutet på en stadig bostadsprisutveckling i många länder. Under 2010 låg bostadspriserna på högre nivåer än innan finanskrisen och det har spekulerats att priserna kan komma att falla i betydande mängd. Frisell och Yazdi har kommit fram till att prisutvecklingen på den svenska bostadsmarknaden i stor utsträckning kan förklaras av två verkliga faktorer, högre disponibla inkomster och strukturellt lägre reala bolåneräntor.Vi har i denna uppsats studerat olika aktörers syn på prisutvecklingen av bostadsrättsmarknaden i Göteborgs innerstad i april/maj 2011, utifrån olika övergripande ekonomiska aspekter. Marknaden undersöks ur tre olika perspektiv, långivare, låntagare och en mäklare.
