To investigate in which ways a child- and educations administration prosecute a problem based learning inside the organization a case study was used as research strategy. The question this report gives answer to is:In what/which way works a child- and educations administration in a rural district with a method to fulfil a problembased learning.To collect empiric data a canvassing inquiry was accomplished among the child- and educations administrations group of management. According to the research result it can declares that there are good conditions for the organization to prosecute problem based school development, but there is yet a great deal to do before it´s can be said totally fulfilled.

In many earlier investigations a recall advantage of auditory lists spoken in a single voice has been found over recall of lists spoken in two alternating voices. One explanation proposed is an organization strategy which makes recall of alternating-voice lists so difficult. The strategy implies sorting same-voice words into same-voice groups at encoding. Based on this proposition, it was assumed that voice-by-voice recall would be better than recall in order of presentation, as then the recall instruction and the organization of items in memory would be in concordance. The present experiment tested and was unable to support this hypothesis.

Bakgrund: KK-stiftelsen bildades 1994 och fick i uppdrag av den dåvarande regeringen att bland annat utveckla IT i skolorna. Vi har genom våra arbeten upplevt datorns intåg i verksamheten och har sett olikheter på användandet av denna. Media och forskningen har visat att IKT är och kommer att vara en viktig del i samhällsutvecklingen och utifrån detta fick vi uppslaget till denna studie. Syfte: Studien syftar till att undersöka om vissa specifika klasser har nått KK- stiftelsens vision, samt att se om det finns något orsakssamband till hur det ser ut i skolan idag d.v.s. sambandet mellan datoranvändandet i förhållande till ett konstruktivistiskt synsätt, yrkesrollen, kunskapssynen, kunskapen som krävs i framtiden, traditioner och undervisningsmetoder.

This Master Thesis documents the development of an On Board Diagnosis (OBD-II) interface for remote diagnosis of vehicles. The Master Thesis is part of a project at the company Wayfinder Systems in Lund. The purpose of this thesis was to design a scantool that communicates with a vehicle through its OBD-II port using relevant standards. In order to make the OBD-II interface development easier, a car simulator was first built. Both the car simulator and the OBD-II interface were implemented using a linux computer running a C-program with serial communication with an external electrical interface.

Pottholmen är en stadsdel i de centrala delarna av Karlskrona som förbinder Karlskronas norra delar med Trossö och Karlskrona centrum. Som det ser ut idag lider Pottholmen av en del problem, men besitter också en del kvaliteer som väntar på att få utvecklas. Framför allt är Pottholmen en stor trafikapparat, med såväl järnvägstrafik som motortrafik i olika dimensioner. Ett stort problem är den motorvägsdimensionerade Österleden som löper längs den attraktiva vattenlinjen och in mot centrum. BackgroundThe opportunity for cochlear implantation has now extended beyond children who are only deaf or hard of hearing. Children who are deaf blind from birth or early in life are receiving implants, but very limited research has been done for this population, and this raises important issues. AimThe aim of this study was to estimate the prevalence of hearing and vision impairment or deaf blindness in children with Cochlear Implants in Sweden and to investigate the diagnoses issues among these groups of subjects. Material and MethodSubjects with an age between 1-18 years were ascertained through multiple sources and almost complete ascertainment was achieved.ResultsA total of 77 subjects with a referring diagnosis of combined hearing and vision disorder or deaf blindness were ascertained. Out of those, 30 subjects were excluded.

En modern grafikprocessor är oerhört kraftfull och har en prestanda som potentiellt sett är många gånger högre än för en modern mikroprocessor. I takt med att grafikprocessorn blivit alltmer programmerbar har det blivit möjligt att använda den för beräkningstunga tillämpningar utanför dess normala användningsområde. Inom det här arbetet utreds vilka möjligheter och begränsningar som uppstår vid användandet av grafikprocessorer för generell programmering. Arbetet inriktas främst mot signal- och bildbehandlingstillämpningar men mycket av principerna är tillämpliga även inom andra områden.Ett ramverk för bildbehandling implementeras och några algoritmer inom bildanalys realiseras och utvärderas, bland annat stereoseende och beräkning av optiskt flöde. Resultaten visar på att vissa tillämpningar kan uppvisa en avsevärd prestandaökning i en grafikprocessor jämfört med i en mikroprocessor men att andra tillämpningar kan vara ineffektiva eller mycket svåra att implementera..

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka sjuksköterskors vision om hur den bästa psykiatriska omvårdnaden borde bedrivas. En tvärsnittsstudie med deskriptiv ansats användes och materialet analyserades med hjälp av en manifest innehållsanalys. Data samlades in genom en öppen fråga i ett frågeformulär. Tre kategorier kunde identifieras: Förutsättningar för tillfrisknande och en god livskvalitet, Sjuksköterskans roll i förändringsarbete och Organisation och yttre faktorer. Sjuksköterskorna hade många idéer om hur omvårdnaden skulle kunna förbättras och att patienterna behövde möjlighet att utveckla sin självständighet, mer individanpassad vård, autonomi samt mer kunskap och delaktighet.

This thesis is a case studie of a newly arrived student placed in a regular class in a P-9 school in a suburb south of Stockholm. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the class teacher for the regular class and the Swedish as a second language teacher are working with this student. The research questions are:What are the basic ideas behind the placement of newly arrived students in regular classes with no previous language skills?How is the language development for the newly arrived student according to the teacher of the selected class?What methods and materials are used by the teacher in her teaching to benefit the newly arrived student?s language development?The purpose of my study has been to investigate the teachers and the headmaster?s perspective on how the integration of newly arrived students into the regular class can be done and the decisions context for the placement of newly arrived students into the regular class. The study is based on interviews with two teachers and the school headmaster.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om det fanns något samband mellan stereoseendet och åldern hos de människor som kom för synundersökning hos Vision for all i Bolivia.Metod: Mätningar gjordes på 147 patienter under en resa med Vision for all till Bolivia under april månad år 2012. Studien utfördes i tre städer och av de som ingick i studien var 87 kvinnor och 60 män och åldrarna på dem varierade mellan 6 och 89 år. Medelåldern var 47 ±15 år. Studien utfördes hos dem med binokulärt avståndsvisus lika med eller bättre än 0,8. En enkel subjektiv refraktion genomfördes binokulärt på avstånd och nära håll.

The purpose of this essay is to investigate how well vision and strategies communicates from division level to underlying business unit levels with focus on the Balanced Scorecard Concept. The investigation was carried out within the ANS division and two of its underlying business units at the LFV Group (Swedish Airports and Air Navigation Services). ANS is responsible for the air navigation services in Sweden and the production of the services is carried out of the business units AER (En Route) and ATA (Tower and Approach). With Air Navigation Services means supervision and conducting air traffic mainly within national air space. The purpose of the services is to insure that air traffic could be carried out in a safe way.The Balanced Scorecard was introduced for the first time in the beginning of the 1990´s.
