The report is about efficiency of a current production group where there is no clear production flow and there are some buffers between the operations. The efficiency is done with the help of a tool that is calledWork process of flow production which is used by Atlas Copco CTO. BAKGRUND: Den forskning som presenteras i denna studie visar att barns fortsatta matematiska intresse grundläggs redan i förskolan. Även forskning om pedagogens förhållningssätt och förmågan att ta barns perspektiv beskrivs samt vikten av att utnyttja leken och vardagssituationer för matematiska möten.SYFTE: Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka hur pedagogerna upplever att deras kunskap och inställning till matematik påverkar förskolebarnens intresse för matematik, samt hur pedagogerna synliggör den.METOD: Vi har använt oss av kvalitativ metod. De två undersökningsmetoder vi använt oss av i studien är self-report och observation, detta för att undersöka pedagogernas inställning till matematik och hur de synliggör den i förskolan. Vårt urval består av tjugo self-report och tre self-report som har koppling till tre observationer.RESULTAT: Resultatet i studien visar att pedagogens inställning och kunskap är betydelsefullt för hur barnen upplever matematiken. När pedagogerna har en positiv inställning till matematiken och tar till vara på vardagstillfällen för att synliggöra den finns det många tillfällen att skapa roliga och meningsfulla lärsituationer..

Den här uppsatsen undersöker kompositionsprocessen av ett 48 minuter långt sammanhängande verk med en genrebred ensemble. Our project is divided into two parts, one production and written report. The main focus was the production part, were we used PHP to create simple solution for handling SMS and MMS with direct communication with the mobile operator server. We communicate with sockets and can handle CIMD2 and MM7 protocol. To get our components easy to use we have created two classes to handle SMS and MMS. Bakgrund: Humor har länge ansetts som något välgörande och har under de senaste decennierna blivit ett ämne som det forskas allt mer om, trots detta förefaller det inte finnas nog med evidens för att implementera humor som ett verktyg inom dagens sjukvård trots de hälsofrämjande egenskaper humor anses besitta.Syfte: Syftet med examensarbetet är att belysa humorns betydelse inom omvårdnaden.Metod: En litteraturstudie där materialet från tio kvalitativa studier analyserades.Resultat: Resultatet presenteras i form av fem teman: humor förmedlar budskap, humor bygger goda relationer, humor som terapeutisk lek, humor som ett verktyg för att uppehålla rollen som den goda patienten samt när humor inte givit önskat resultat. Resultatet visar att humor är ett effektivt instrument för att stärka och skapa sociala relationer samt att humor har en hälsofrämjande verkan, men även att humor måste användas med tillförsikt då om det används fel även kan skada en social relation.Klinisk betydelse: Humor är ett bra instrument för att stärka patient-sjuksköterskerelationen och för att främja god hälsa i omvårdnaden. Det finns behov av mer forskning på ämnet humor för att stärka dess evidens som ett användbart instrument.Slutsats: Humor är användbart för både patienter och sjuksköterskor som kan brukas i många syften inom omvårdnaden..

This thesis has been done in collaboration with Peab Stockholm Building 3, which is a region within the Peab Sverige AB. The report is based on a survey and studies of Peab business management systems and production literature. For general information gathering has literature from well-known sources collected in libraries and through the Internet. It shows through the work that Peab has routines for experience feedback in the construction process, but that these procedures work in a small scale and the practical work experience feedback does not work at all. This is also something the construction industry in general also perceived as problematic. The questions in the report are of a wide scale and concerns construction errors cost, how the employees perceive that the company takes advantage of the skills and the mental stress in production line. This report examines some common or otherwise interestingnon-cryptographic hash functions with respect to the number of collisions when used in hash tables for different types of hashkeys. The report answers which of the examined hash functions can be seen as the best performing for the chosen hashkeys. To compare the different hash functions, an experiment which studies avalanche effect behaviour is carried out. The experiments also calculate the fraction of colliding hashkeys, and the distribution of hashkeys in hash tables is studied using Karl Pearson?schi-squared test.

In this report I will describe how an art-directed fluid effect for motion picture can be achieved. This effect will be an explosion with a visual style that is congruent with Pixar's movie Up. To begin with I will analyze the visual components that are used in Up and control the fluid simulation to get the desired visual style. I will briefly explain the background of my thesis, why it is interesting to create designed effects and why it is hard to design fluid effects. In the method I will explain my work process and some of the challenges that arises.
