Det råder bostadsbrist i Stockholm, en lösning är att bygga nya bostäder. En annan lösning är att nyttja befintliga byggnader som inte används som bostäder, genom att bygga om kontor- och industrilokaler till bostäder. Det som händer är att industriområden flyttas längre ut från de attraktiva bostadsområdena. Ombyggnationer av byggnader med olika lokalkategorier kräver omfattande bearbetning och samarbete mellan flera aktörer såsom stadsplanerare, byggherrar, arkitekter, konstruktörer med flera. Det finns många aspekter att ta hänsyn till vid ombyggnationsprojekt och vårt mål är att belysa några av dessa.Den här rapporten studerar först och främst konstruktörens roll, vad en konstruktör ska tänka på vid en ombyggnation.

Dynamiska egenskaper hos håldäcksbjälklag belastade med gångtrafik

Concrete floors have traditionally had no problems with annoying vibrations. However with the demand for larger spans the floors need to be made more slender with a higher degree of utilization and lower mass. Therefore new floors may have problems with vibration serviceability. This thesis studies the vibration characteristics of hollow core slabs. The analysis was made in the finite element program Ansys. The hollow core slab was subjected to a varying force simulating one person walking across the slab.

The authors of this report addressed the problem with moisture in attics when they started their cooperation with Peab.The methods included interviews with people, database research, and calculations of a project in Akersberga north of Stockholm. The conclusion is based on interviews and other information as they are analyzed in relation to the house of reference. The focus of this report is on problems with moisture in the attics known as cold attics.The background of the problem with moisture is that today?s slabs are usually insulated to save energy and that the attics nearly gives the climate as the outdoor climate.

AbstractThis study is based on qualitative interviews with five-year-old children from a nursery school and two teachers with great experience. The purpose with the interviews is to find out what knowledge these children have about the Right of Common and what the teachers think they need to find this knowledge.The children didn't know what the word Right of Common stands for but when they got more concrete alternatives they had good experiences. The two teachers had different opinions about what is the most important concerning the stays in the nature. Exercise meant a lot for one teacher. To have fun and to use all your senses were more important for the other one.
