Inom hälso- och sjukvården hanteras känslig patientinformation. I framtiden kommer alltmer information att lagras elektroniskt och därmed bli mer lättillgänglig. Användarna av informationssystemen kan vara en säkerhetsrisk. Metoderna som används vid intrångsförsök inriktas alltmer på att involvera människor istället för att enbart använda sig av teknik.Syftet med detta arbete är att undersöka användarnas upplevelse och medvetenhet om icke tekniska hot mot informationssäkerheten för digitalt lagrad patientinformation.Datainsamlingen genomfördes i form av kvalitativa intervjuer med sjuksköterskor anställda på ett sjukhus i västra Sverige. Resultatet visar att det allt överskuggande upplevda hotet var intrång och förlust av sekretess i den elektroniska patientjournalen.

Dokumentet är ett resultat av studier gjorda under kursen Kandidatarbete I Datavetenskap. Arbetet utforskade, genom fallstudie, två egenskaper av distribuerade informationssystem och relation mellan dessa: säkerhet och prestanda. Målet med fallstudien har varit att belysa nackdelen med användning av Secure Socker Layer (SSL) dvs. dess effekt på hastigheten och fördelen med SSL, dvs. SSL:s roll i informationssäkerhetsarbetet. Arbetet visar hur prestanda i ett tillämpad distribuerat informationssystem kan påverkas av en SSL tillämpning.

Vi har tidigare skrivit en rapport över CCTV-systemet som Karlshamns hamn använder sig av. Problemen som den rapporten hade sitt fokus på löstes men det återstod fortfarande flertalet problem som rapporten ej tog upp. Denna rapport är därför ett efterföljande från det föregående arbetet om hamnens kameraövervakning och belyser istället för ett enda stort problem ett flertal mindre. Karlshamns Hamn AB ville att vi skulle behålla vår frågeställning och arbeta vidare med denna i fler aspekter än föregående arbete. Frågeställningen som används i arbetet är: Vad behöver göras för att få bästa kvalité på hamnens kameror 24/7? Vilket alltså innebär att vår uppgift med rapporten är att arbeta för att CCTV-systemet som finns i Karlshamns hamn skall hålla så bra standard som möjligt, dagtid som nattetid.

Metso Paper Karlstad AB is one of the world leading developer andmanufacturer of tissue paper machines.In the current situation, the company has developed and patented a power management systembased on a Cross Flow Turbine. The current construction is limited to a paper width of 2.9 meters.The company wants to take advantage of all the opportunities provided by the patents, to develop aturbine solution paper machine with a paper width that is wider than 5.5 meters, and give the abilityto manufacture paper for lower energy consumption which is an important part of the production asit is very energy intensive.Problems arise with the increasing length of the turbine, ultimately resulting in that the deflectionbecomes too big and that the momentums, due to the increased torque the turbine blades breaks.By applying the design process, this work has resulted in a number of potential solutions to theproblem.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att skapa förståelse för hur produktosäkerhet kan reduceras med hjälp av Value Engineering. För att besvara detta syfte valde vi att göra fallstudier på fyra företag inom två olika branscher. Empirin samlades in genom personliga intervjuer med personer ansvariga för företagens produktutveckling. Våra frågeställningar handlade om produktutveckling, produktosäkerheter och reducering av produktosäkerheter. Den insamlade empirin analyserades sedan mot den teoretiska referensram som vi ställt upp.

De har den senaste tiden sett ett uppsving för främst prisjämförelser på Internet. Detta arbete har därför gått ut på att utveckla en prisjämförelsetjänst för lokala företag på Internet. Tanken är att företag själva ska kunna lägga till uppgifter och administrera dessa. Informationen ska kunna gå att söka efter och jämföras med annan liknande information.

It has become increasingly simple for companies to offer its employees shares in the form of incentive or option plans to acquire.  Companies motivate incentive plans with employee buy-outs that it will lead to higher involvement of work. The offers are often associated with disposal restrictions to the employee such as not immediately dispose of shares or that the employees will have to remain of employment within a certain timeframe. The problems with disposal restrictions are that it makes it difficult to determine the point of taxation.When shares deemed acquired at the time of share subscription the benefit will be taxable as income from service and the increase in value income from capital. When shares are deemed to be acquired only after cessation of disposal restrictions this will result in that the benefit is taxed only once.After the Supreme Administrative Court rulings in 3167-09 and 3168-09, it is now obvious that the acquisition is deemed to occur at the time of acquisition. The problem is not yet solved because the constant development of the security market needs to be considered.

This problem attracted the attention of the authors of this thesis.The objective of this project is to develop a functioning solution to a foldable wheel. The solution should be applicable to several types of product groups. The underlying assumption in this essay is that France's actions reflect a need to find new ways of adapting itself and surviving faced with the threats of its decreased international influence. By using three different perspectives ? realism, liberalism and constructivism ? this essay examines three possible models of analysis to explain France's behavior.An analysis of the discourse covering this essay´s topic between 1989-2007 provided the basis of the paper.

This report covers the thesis done by mechanical engineering at the engineering program at the University of Halmstad. Student Work Development of packaging in the food industry includes 15 credits and has performed over 20 weeks in spring 2009. The thesis work is a compulsory part of education and aimed at the student must apply the knowledge it has given during training in a project related to reality. Vaccination as a part of the preventative public health project has for many years been one of the important tasks of the children's health care. The vaccination program has been adjusted to current research and the health situation in the country. Having their children vaccinated is not something obvious for all parents, though. Especially the vaccination against measles, whooping cough and German measles have been questioned. The purpose of this literature study was to investigate the reasons for the resistance to vaccinate and to illuminate the security creating advice of the nurse at the public health centre.
