Aim: This paper aims to produce a serviced office concept adjusted to Statens fastighetsverk. The concept will make SFV:s properties more attractive for renting. Method: Information has been collected from interviews with 13 different serviced office companies, one serviced office agent and eleven government authorities. Also litterateur, reports and internet have been used in gathering information.I will use following questions:¨      How is the serviced office concept designed?¨      Which customer segment should SFV direct to and what need does the segment have?¨      How shall a marketing plan look like for the concept?¨      How should a concept designed for SFV look like? Result & Conclusions: Serviced office space is a company that letting functional workspace with access to shared facilities e.g. reception, office machines, internet, phone and more.

The purpose of this essay was to examine six high school welfare officers' experiences and work with students suffering from social phobia and discuss the welfare officers' view on social phobia from a psychiatric, cognitive and a knowledge theory. The study consists of qualitative interviews with welfare officers from several different high schools and attempts to answer the following questions: What previous experiences do welfare officers have of students with social phobia? How do welfare officers become aware of students with symptoms of social phobia and bring forth their problems? How do welfare officers describe their social work with students suffering from social phobia?The welfare officers' experiences of students with social phobia varied but turned out to be less salient than the amount of research in the area would suggest. The theoretical knowledge also varied, as did the acquiring and use of theory. These findings were then analysed on the basis of Rosmari Eliassons thoughts on knowledge, leading to the conclusion that the interviewed welfare officers do not construct their work on praxis-knowledge.

Since the nineteen-fifties, the American political scientist Robert Dahl (born in 1915) has been one of the most prominent democracy theorists in the world. In the book Politics, Economics, and Welfare, he and his colleague Charles E. Lindblom in 1953 introduced the notion of polyarchy as a denomination for the incomplete democracies of the Western world. Linguistically speaking, this notion was formed in connection with the ones already existing in the philosopher Aristotle's (384-322 B.C.) comparative teachings on government. This degree project concludes the Innovation and Design Engineering programme at Karlstad University. The project was carried out by David Brocker, Erik Hallberg and Andreas Hertzman during the spring of 2006 and corresponded to 15 weeks of work per student. Assigner was Martin Larsson at Arexor and instructor at Karlstad University was Monica Jakobsson.Arexor has a patent to a construction of an electrical skirting board with moveable wall sockets, called Electrical Track System. The lowest parts of the interior walls along the floor are today almost always covered by a conventional skirting board. Arexors patented product replaces that with the possibility to move and increase the number of wall sockets by choice along an electrical skirting board.

Denna uppsats handlar om integritetskänslig vårdinformation på fakturor, ett ämne som aktualiserats under mitt arbete på landstingets kansli i Jönköping. När en person får vård i annat län än hemlandstinget så skickas en faktura till hemlandstinget och innan dessa fakturor betalas måste de granskas och attesteras. Hanteringen kring detta upplevdes som tidsödande och ineffektiv, vilket ledde mig in på funderingar kring elektronisk fakturering (e-fakturering). Eftersom fakturorna innehåller integritetskänslig information, som personuppgifter och vissa uppgifter som går att koppla till diagnos och behandling, är det inte bara viktigt att hanteringen blir effektiv utan också att sekretessen kan upprätthållas under hela faktureringsprocessen.I denna undersökning studeras hur hanteringen av integritetskänslig vårdinformation påverkas om fakturahanteringen digitaliseras. Syftet är att göra en jämförelse avseende hantering av sekretess mellan pappersfakturor och digitala e-fakturor.

Idag använder sig många textilföretag av långa leverantörskedjor över stora avstånd samtidigtsom företagens omgivning ställer allt högre krav på dem i samband med sociala frågor. Dethar resulterat i ett allt större behov av att kunna kontrollera företagens produktion. På grundav det har uppförandekoder blivit allt vanligare. Uppförandekoder är ett sätt för företagen attförsäkra sig om att deras produkter tillverkas på ett socialt ansvarstagande sätt. Dock finns detflera frågetecken i samband med om uppförandekoder verkligen fyller sitt syfte.Syftet med uppsatsen är att utvärdera hur fyra svenska textilföretag arbetar meduppförandekoder för att minimera de sociala problem som finns i deras leverantörskedjor.
