Små företag har ofta svårigheter med att kunna utveckla sin verksamhet. Entreprenöriella företag är dock företag som är duktiga på att se möjligheter och förstå vad som måste göras för att utveckla sina konkurrensfördelar. Bristande resurser i olika former anges vanligtvis som orsaker till att företag måste bygga nätverk för att hålla kostnaderna nere. Den här uppsatsen belyser användningen av personliga nätverk i entreprenöriella småföretag, samt orsaker till varför och hur de används. Metoden bestod av intervjuer i två fallstudieföretag.

Syftet med denna uppsats har varit att undersöka hur självskadande ungdomar konstruerar sin identitet genom att blogga. För att besvara mitt syfte har jag använt mig av bloggar skrivna av ungdomar, vilka skadar sig själva. Utifrån bloggarna och mitt teoretiska perspektiv, det vill säga socialkonstruktionism, har jag undersökt hur författarna till bloggarna skriver om sitt självskadebeteende. Uppsatsen har utgått från ett diskursanalytiskt angreppssätt med den franske filosofen Michel Foucaults teorier kring diskurser och diskursanalys som bas. Resultaten som har framkommit har jag tolkat och analyserat med hjälp av Foucault.

The purpose of this study was to increase the understanding of how patients following cerebral vascular attacks percieve personal Control and their ability to influence the course of their rehabilitation. Specific questions relating to the concept of Health Locus of Control such as perception of personal responsibility and own influences as well as the recognition of the influence of outside phenomena such as faith, luck and divine power were asked for. The empirical findings of this study were based upon semistrucutural interviews with five respondents. The results showed that the respondents efforts, together with the efforts of others were a necessity in successful rehabilitation. The influence of faith or luck on the other hand, was not percieved as a factor for success.

Arbetet är en studie kring hur några lärare i årskurs 4 arbetar med learning study. Flera studier påvisar att teorier och forskning om lärande och undervisning endast når fram till lärarna i begränsad utsträckning. Learning study är en metod för forskning och syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur några lärares sätt att undervisa förändras efter att man arbetat med learning study i sin undervisning.För att kunna ta reda på hur lärare arbetar med learning study så har lärare från olika skolor intervjuats samt att professor Ference Marton har intervjuats för att ta del av hans kunskaper.Resultatet från intervjuerna är att lärarna i studien idag oftare använder variation och skillnader i sin undervisning samt att lärarna i första hand fokuserar på vad som ska läras..

Ett ERP-system syftar till att ta hand om företagets resurser och skapa ett enhetligt integrerat system för dessa. ERP-system kan också användas för informationsutbyte mellan företaget, kunden och leverantörens system. Behov av ERP-system finns inom de flesta branscher oavsett storlek och inriktning men kritik har riktats mot att systemen inte lever upp till användarnas förväntningar eller tillfredställer användarens behov. Arbetets fokus ligger koncentrerat på hur mindre företags uppfattning om ERP-system är och vad som krävs av en ERP-leverantör för att i framtiden tillfredställa mindre företag. En surveyundersökning har använts för att få fram relevant information för att lösa min problemprecisering.

The aim of this thesis is to investigate how a valuation of a company preceding an acquisition can be affected by the fact that a strong brand is attached to the target company. Techniques to value a company and theories of brands are well developed, but the link between them is partially missing even though the needs to value brands have increased. A case study of five Swedish acquisitions is conducted to identify possible complicating and simplifying factors and how these are handled in the context of a valuation of an acquired company with a strong brand. Important findings are that a decreased volatility of future earnings can lead to more accurate prognoses and valuations due to the existence of a strong brand. A strong brand can, on the other hand, also make the valuation of the target company more difficult due to the fact that it is a subjective asset which increases the overall risk of the company.

Bakgrund: Astma har ökat frekvent speciellt hos barn och ungdomar i Sverige. Sammanlagt besväras 5-10% av alla skolbarn av astma och 600 000 barn och ungdomar lider av sjukdomen. Det är familjens ansvar att se till att bamen får en bra utvecklingsprocess, både deras fysiska och psykiska behov. När ett bam får en kronisk sjukdom ökar behovet av stödet från familjen. Den nya livssituationen för familjen kräver anpassning och begränsningar i det sociala livet.

I denna studie har vi undersökt unga kvinnors identitetsskapande i en mansdominerad snowboardkontext, samt deras copingstrategier. Sex semistrukturerade intervjuer analyserades med en deduktiv tematisk ansats. Analysens koder och teman grundas i första hand på göra-kön modellen (West & Zimmerman, 1987), tidigare studier som identifierat en maskulinitetsnorm inom snowboardvärlden samt tidigare beskrivna copingstrategier som kvinnor i minoritet använt sig av. Resultatet delades in i fyra teman: Den typiska snowboardåkaren, Sammanhållning och särhållning, Tjejer i backen samt Copingstrategier. Vår tolkning är att informanterna talade om sig själva som fysiskt och psykiskt avvikande från maskulinitetsnormen.
