Varje år insjuknar 30.000 svenskar i stroke, av dessa avlider 10.000 personer. De som överlever behöver effektiv rehabilitering. CI-Terapi är en behandlingsform där den mindre påverkade extremiteten fixeras och den paretiska extremiteten tvingas till rörelse. Syftet med studien är att granska befintlig forskning angående CI-Terapins effekter på rörelseförmågan och beteendeförändringar hos individer som drabbats av stroke. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie där data söktes på Cinhal, Pedro, Pubmed, Academic Search och Swemed.

The purpose of this study was to bibliometrically investigate and describe the research area called ?extrasolar planets?. The research questions were: Which authors were mostly cited within the area when the first authors (and their co-authors) were considered? Which authors were found in most co-occurrences? Did particular author collaborations emerge? To which institutions were most authors affiliated and did the size of the institution have an influence on whether an author was cited? What was the geographic distribution of authors and institutions and were there any patterns of collaboration?Did the image of dominating institutions and countries depend on the viewpoint?How applicable was Lotka?s law on the collected data? The data was collected from citation lists in documents from the database Arxiv.org. The documents were extracted by using the search term ?extrasolar planets?.

Violence and aggression is a common problem for staff in different care units. Caregivers often feel frustrated and unsatisfied in their work with these patients. Even caregivers with long experience finds it valuable to get education in management of violent patients. The aim of this literature study was to illuminate staffs experience in meeting with aggresive and violent patients. The method that was used was a literature research, where earlier research findings were read, analysed and put together.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva hur sjuksköterskor bemöter alkohol- och drogmissbrukare som söker vård, samt att beskriva faktorer som kan påverka sjuksköterskors bemötande. Metoden som författarna använde sig av var att i databaserna Academic search elite, Pubmed, Cinahl samt PsycINFO söka vetenskaplig litteratur. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturstudie med deskriptiv design, och i resultatet inkluderades 28 vetenskapliga artiklar. Huvudresultatet av studien gällande sjuksköterskors bemötande visade på två huvudkategorier. Ett negativt bemötande och ett positivt bemötande.

In this paper we take a look at digital applications to help the user with public transportation. The main goal was to evaluate the problem a user can face when aiming to use the public transportation system, and to create a application for Apple Iphone that can enhance and help the user, no matter if he is familiar with the local public transportation system, or if he is less familiar with it. The aim was that the user wouldnt need any previous knowledge to be able to use our application. We combined Location-Based Services with Realtime-travelinformation and trip planning to examine if this combination could make both of the two different user-groups satisfied. To understand the problematics a user faces when approaching the public transportation-scene, Scenario-Based Design is evaluated as a method to grasp this problem.

This Master?s thesis concerns the information behaviour of pastors in nonconformist churches (especially new evangelical and Baptist church communions) in Sweden in their spiritual service to the local parish. The thesis also looks into how the information flow functions in the pastors? context and why the information need appears as it does. The theory used in this study is contextual analysis based on Buckland?s, Weber?s and Patrick Wilson?s theories on authority and power structures.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva vilka bieffekter akupunktur kan ge och om dessa är så svåra att de kan ge upphov till ohälsa och lidande. The aim of this study was to examine the possibilities to enter the regular labour market for pupils and young adults with intellectual disabilities. The method used is tape-recorded qualitative interviews with; Two pupils with intellectual disabilities, studying the last year at a special school. Two young adults with intellectual disabilities, former pupils at a special school and at the moment in search of work at a Public Employment Service office for young adults with disabilities. Furthermore were interviews made with two professionals, one student counsellor at a special school and one representative at a Public Employment Service office for young adults with disabilities. For analysing the empirical data, Iris Marion Young's theory about Five Faces of Oppression, Crip theory and Dalrymple and Burkes theory about empowerment was used.

Problems:How would a decision model that takes into account more aspects and dimensions than just the financial aspect look for smaller service compa-nies? What aspects are important to consider in such a decision model?Purpose:The purpose of this master thesis is to develop a decision model based on previous research, to improve decision making in smaller service com-panies ? by considering perspectives that traditional investment calcula-tions ignore.Method:The study was qualitative and was based on both primary and secondary data. As data collection method for the development of the model we used literature search on previous research. The study?s primary data consisted of responses from five smaller service companies.

GERGANA TOSEVA KARIN SELIN A thesis in Social work studies (15 credits) at Malmö University, Hälsa och Samhälle 2012. The discussion about sex and gender is always prominent in a social work context. Our purpose and questions are hence based on the discussion on transgender theory and the way of thinking about the non-binary, and how it relates to the nearby theories. The method of the essay consists of a semi systematic literature overview with the focus on discussing transgender theory in relation to other theories and perspectives, such as modernism, post modernism, feminism and queer theory. We answer the following questions: 1. Is it possible to go beyond or exceed the binary of sex and if so, how do we see it in the material we examined? 2. In what way are the existing theories of sex / gender in the binary? 3. Can one featuring a female embodied subject be of assistance to transgender people's search for an embodied subject? We consider it possible to move beyond the binary by using ?fuzzy logic?(Nagoshi & Brzuzy 2010, Tauchert 2002) which is a way of staying in the binary but expanding the term and work in the grey areas instead.

The nurse needs to have a holistic approach when caring for the child and the rest of the family. For the nurse to be able to provide personalized information and care, they need a relationship with the child and family.

What impact has volunteering on the individual and their career development? For the young man about to enter the world of work, for the non-profit organization that needs to recruit new volunteers or employers who are facing hiring new staff. This study may provide a new approach in their search for work, volunteers or employees. The purpose of this study is to highlight the experiences of volunteering for individuals' personal learning and development, and the importance of volunteering for their career development. The study has a qualitative approach.

Det fanns många studier avseende attityder och kunskaper gentemot ECT bland både läkare och patienter. Däremot fanns ett fåtal studier ur sjuksköterskor och sjuksköterskestudenters perspektiv gällande attityd, kunskap och omvårdnad vid ECT behandlingen. Syftet var att ur ett omvårdnadsperspektiv beskriva ECT behandlingen avseende attityd, kunskap och omvårdnadshandling. Studien genomfördes som en litteraturöversikt baserad på tio vetenskapliga artiklar, nio kvantitativa och en kvalitativ, funna genom litteratursökning i databaserna Academic Search Elite, Cinahl, CSA Psychology, PsycInfo, PubMed, SweMed+, Scopus och Web of Science. Resultatet visade motsägelsefulla fynd angående attityderna.
