Sammanfattningvis visar resultaten på att barn och ungdomar är och upplevs mer stressade idag. Det finns många orsaker till barns stress och och den tar sig i olika uttryck. Skolans inre och yttre miljö är en stor stressfaktor som påverkar både yngre och äldre barn. För att kunna förebygga och motverka stress är det viktigt att identifiera stressen tidigt i livet..

The aim of this masters thesis is to, from a queertheoretical point of view, examine the possibilities to classify the subject homosexuality in three different classification systems. The three systems that have been analysed is the Swedish classification system SAB, the Universal Decimal Classification UDC and Dewey Decimal Classification DDC. The analysed editions are updates from the beginning of the 1970´s until today. The emphasis has been on how well the systems correspond to the changing society. We found several differences between the three systems, but also some resemblances.

The purpose of this study was to examine and compare what six preschool teachers thought about their opportunities to take advantage of children's interest in natural sciences and technology, across four kindergartens. The following questions were explored in order to achieve the aim of the study: How do the preschool teachers interviewed describe their work with science and technology in the preschool and what these preschool teachers think about the meaning of motivation in the children?s learning of natural sciences and technology in preschool.  The study used a qualitative approach in the form of semi-structured interviews and interviewed a total of six trained pre-school teachers from four kindergartens with different profiles. The first kindergarten focuses on mathematics, science and technology.

Den här uppsatsen utgår från en svensk översättning av ett avsnitt ur Steven Pinkersbok The language instinct: the new science of language and mind (1994), samt enanalys av några av de problem som påträffades i översättningsarbetet. De problemområden som analyseras berör översättningen av de språkliga exempel, kulturspecifika företeelser och det personliga bildspråk som förekommer i källtexten. Analysen visar att många av källtextens språkexempel måste behållas på engelska för att argumentationen och budskapet ska bli tydligt även för en svenskspråkig läsare.Även i översättningen av de kulturspecifika företeelserna och det personliga bildspråketbehöver textens engelskspråkiga ursprung göras tydligt för att inte budskapet,argumentationen och den personliga prägeln ska gå förlorad. Däremot behövs imånga fall tydliggörande pragmatiska tillägg göras för den svenskspråkiga läsaren..

New national curriculums are issued in order to change the present state of the educational system in a nation. In 2011 the old curriculum, the Läroplanen för de frivilliga skolformerna (LPF94) was replaced by the Läroplan, examensmål och gymnasiegemensamma ämnen för gymnasieskola 2011 (GY11). As future teachers we are interested in how a new curriculum affects the work of teachers concerning planning, teaching and examination from the teacher?s point of view.We conducted interviews with five teachers working at upper secondary schools (16-19 year olds) in Kalmar county. Our theoretical framework is based on curriculum theory and concepts of Leonard Bernstein: framing and classification.

The purpose of this study was to use qualitative interviews with students at Södertörn University to find out what drives the men who begin to study for preschool teachers, how they are treated and how they are influenced by others. I also wanted to find out what the informants believe is the cause to why so few men apply to the program and what they think need to happen to change this.This is a qualitative study based on the selected students' experiences. In order to get different perspectives, I chose to interview three students and former students. One of them chose to terminate their studies after half the time, the second is at the end of the program and the third graduated a couple of years ago and has been working for a while.I originated in the theory of ethical concepts of gender, gender contract, "token" and hegemonic masculinity. Previous research addresses that the perception of men in pre-schools can look very different.

Aim & Questions at issueThe aim of our study is to study how special teachers/special educationalists in schools of Stockholm look at the phenomenon ADHD/DAMP. We have looked into their view on the diagnose, compared to the two different kinds of research visions about the diagnosis who are known in Sweden today. How do the special teacher/special educationalist work with the diagnosed children?This is our questions at issue:? Is there any optimal learning situation for children with ADHD/DAMP?? Is there something that distinguish all children with ADHD/DAMP?? What is positive and negative about giving the diagnose ADHD/DAMP to children?? Is there any external factors that influence that there is so many more children today who has been given a diagnose?? How does special teachers/special educationalists look on amfetamin-treatment?MethodWe have done qualitative interviews with special teachers/special educationalists in the city area of Stockholm. These have been worked up one by one and then been compared and evaluated together.ResultAll special teachers/special educationalists mentioned that when you educate children with ADHD/DAMP, a structured life underlies the possibility for the children to provide knowledge.

Det finns inte många kvinnliga huvudpersoner inom sf?spel. Undersökningens resultat är tänkt att ge en inblick i vilka egenskaper som föredras vid val av en kvinnlig karaktär för ett sf?spel. Utifrån en genrestudie av science fiction skapades tre egenskapsgrupper: könsneutral, sexualiserad och aktiv.

Lot?s of reasons are showing that outdoor life has a positive influence on the general publics health and studies are confirming this theory. On the other hand there are a few amount of Swedish science project?s regarding outdoor life. The aim of this study was to examine how people feel that their health influences by outdoor life.

In the expansion rate of the national as well as the international market, the importance of trademark has been given a central matter. The definition of what can be considered a trademark has been widened. Today?s trademark law defines a trademark as something that can be graphically reproduced. Trademarks can there for contain names, words, numbers, letters or the shape of the goods itself or the packaging.

The Swedish early childhood system is considered among the best in the world, however, in spite of this, we feel that there exists a conflict between educators? and parents? expectations of ?a good preschool?. During our teacher education training we have observed many different preschools and almost in all of them we have listened to anecdotes about one or more conflicts arising between educators and parents and which we have been able to pinpoint toward differing expectations. After talking with a preschool director, who also perceives that expectations of the preschool aims sometimes differ, our idea brought us to conduct this investigation.In this study, we have investigated parents? expectations of preschool and compared them with educators? expectations.

This qualitative research is a contribution to the ongoing debate among marketing researchers regarding if there is a dominant paradigm and viewpoint of marketing and which one is the most appropriate. In this study current views of marketing are identified and then compared against the older Goods-Dominant Logic of Marketing and Vargos? and Luschs? alternative Service-Dominant Logic of Marketing. The trends that have been observed are situated in the framework of Thomas S. Kuhn?s philosophy of science.

The centre of attention in this essay is on public-private-partnerships in Swedish city planning. It discusses the phenomenon and tries to identify the problems and possibilities that may appear when private and public actors are trying to work together to plan new cities or parts of cities in a process with network structures. Syftet med detta examensarbete var att undersöka vår litterära kompetens genom att studera ett litterärt verk. I vår forskning har vi studerat vår egen litterära kompetens genom att läsa och analysera Alice i Underlandet av Lewis Carroll med hjälp av en tematisk textanalys med temadefinitionen av Romberg (1987). Sedan har vi jämfört vår analys med olika litteraturforskares analyser av samma verk. I jämförelsen har vi valt att använda oss av en teoretisk modell om litterär kompetens av Torell (2002) för att kunna urskilja hur vi läser litteratur och vilka kompetenser ur Torells modell som vi besitter. Vad vi kom fram till i forskningen var att vi bland annat frekvent använder oss av subjektiva och erfarenhetsbundna tolkningar när vi analyserar och ofta brister i kompetenser som innebär ett bredare förhållningssätt till mönster och strukturer.
