Råvaror eller förberedda livsmedel? -En kartläggning av förädlade livsmedels inverkan på personalresturangers ekonomiska lönsamhet

Då lönsamheten inom storköksbranschen varit relativt låg de senaste åren så efterfrågade såväl tillverkare som grossister men framförallt personalrestauranger en utredning om ifall det är möjligt förbättra lönsamheten inom branschen genom att använda mer förädlade livsmedel. Tidigare studier inom ämnet har gjorts men i begränsat antal och då har främst påverkan på kundtillfredsställelse, svinn, förändring av logistik och personalförändringar beaktats. Vår studie har däremot fokuserat på huruvida en övergång mot mer förberedda livsmedel påverkar den ekonomiska lönsamheten eller ej. Resultatet som beräknats är ett absolut tal vilket innebär att vår uppsats bidrar med den finansiella information som tidigare saknats gällande den ekonomiska lönsamhetens påverkan vid en övergång. Uppsatsens syfte var att utreda hur en personalrestaurangs lönsamhet påverkas av en övergång till mer förberedda livsmedel och studera vilka hinder som kan uppstå vid en eventuell övergång..

Vilseledande Underhållning : Ungdomars Attityder till Dold Viral Marknadsföring

In this paper, we examine the attitudes of 16- to 19-year olds towards stealth viral marketing in the form of videos posted on websites such as Youtube. Apart from their general attitudes towards the phenomenon, we were also concerned with their views on the ethics involved in this marketing method and how this affects their view on the companies behind the advertising. To accomplish this, we administered a survey to a sample chosen by convenience. Using the Persuasion Knowledge Model and prior research on the subject, we then analyzed the gathered data and reached the conclusion that the respondents in our sample were mainly positive towards stealth viral marketing in this particular form, that they generally did not consider it unethical and that even though most considered the companies to be responsible for such videos, teenagers were not likely to take negative actions against them if they found out that a video that they had seen was in fact a stealth viral video..

The technological development and increasing popularity for integrated multichannel solutions constitutes both severe opportunities and challenges for todays' and tomorrows' retailers. On the account of consumers leaving traces when using digital channels and the technological development enabling retailers to use this information to create relevant offers, goal-congruity is relevant to apply in the multichannel shopping context. Based upon previous research on goal congruity and channel integration, our main purpose in this study is to increase the understanding for how congruity in an offer increases the intention to redeem the offer. In my earlier work I have written about the product placement of watches. Problem definition: By what marketing communications do consumers want companies in the jewelry industry to communicate its potential CSR activities?Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate in what kinds of marketing communications consumers want the jewelry industry to communicate its potential CSR work.Method: The study has used a quantitative approach to data collection, focused on a survey to answer the purpose of the study and the problem definitions.Conclusion: The study found that the respondents want a clearer communication of CSR work in the industry and that the most suitable communication channels according to respondents differ depending on gender. Annonsering i Ubiquitous media-miljöer - från konsumentens perspektiv

Konceptet med ubiquitous-miljöer går ut på att information ska vara tillgängligt när som helst, var som helst. Den här uppsatsen behandlade annonser i denna miljö och hade perspektivet utifrån konsumenten. Målet med uppsatsen var att ta reda på hur konsumenter upplever annonsering i dessa miljöer och hur de förhåller sig till integritetsfrågor samt vilka faktorer som är viktiga för att de ska uppskatta en annons.
