The purpose of the Sharing Economy is to exploit unused resources between people, as an alternative to buying new and owning themselves (Gansky, 2010). Gansky (2010) argues that a major reason why the Sharing Economy has grown in recent times is, besides from the recession and people?s increased environmental awareness, the urbanization which has made people move closer to each other and in to the big cities. This in addition to an increased use of GPS technology in smartphones enables people to be constantly connected to an ever-changing network. People now share and exchange services and products from each other.

The purpose of this paper is to present and analyze the yearly expenses for Swedish rental apartments during the period 1999 to 2007. At the end, it will give the reader a general picture of how the cost-level has fluctuated depending on the production year when the apartment building was finished, and where the same building is located. This paper has the following questions as a starting point:- Can there be an identification of regions depending on where people tend to favor renting an apartment?- How are those regions distributed? That is, where are the cost-levels of the yearly rental expenses highest and where are the levels lowest?Nine statistical surveys from the Swedish government agency Statistics Sweden (Statistiska Centralbyrån) have been used as primary sources for this paper. These surveys deal with price pictures of housing in general, but for this paper the only information that has been used is the one about rental apartments.

The purpose of this paper is to bring a British mural painting that originated in England in the 1920?s into the limelight and introduce it to the Swedish public. The mural was commissioned by Tate Gallery, currently known as Tate Britain. The work of art was designed for a semi-public space as a decoration in the Refreshment Room of the gallery, located in the basement where there was little natural light. The artist, a young British man named Rex Whistler, was transformed from being a student at an art school into a celebrated professional artist by this piece of art.

This study sets out to investigate the social significance and political use of three historical places, from the theoretical starting points of landscape, objects, society and rituals. The Teutoburger Forest in North Germany has had an international effect, being a german national icon during the reformation and through two world wars, Old Uppsala is a place of great importance for the creation and reproduction of Swedish national identity during several hundred years, and Eketorp ring fort on Öland in Sweden is of more regional importance. All these places have been used for social and political reasons through history. History can be used in a constructive or a destructive way. SammanfattningExamensarbetets syfte är att ge en övergripande bild om vad BIM egentligen är och hur arbetsmetoden ska kunna påverka byggprocessen positivt. Rapporten fokuserar på anläggningsbranschen och då främst från en projektörs perspektiv. Ett projekteringsexempel visar även på hur en anläggningsmodell kan skapas med hjälp av en programvara som stödjer arbetsflöden i BIM.BIM kan utläsas Building Information Model och avser då den eller de modeller som utgör en digital objektbaserad representation av en byggnad eller en anläggning. BIM kan även utläsas Building Information Modeling och avser då ett arbetssätt, d.v.s. processen att skapa och använda en eller flera byggnadsinformationsmodeller i bygg- eller anläggningsprocessen.Det finns många fördelar med att använda BIM, inte bara i husbyggnad utan även i anläggningsbranschen.

Syftet med den här studien är att förbättra informationsflödet från projektering och produktion in i förvaltningen. Detta för att väcka ett intresse hos förvaltare och för att visa att det finns pengar att spara genom att ta hand om informationen från projekteringen och produktionen.Tidigare studier inom området BIM visar att stor fokus läggs på projektering och produktion men det är ett väldigt litet fokus på förvaltningen när man talar om BIM.Målet är att konkret kunna visa vad informationen är värd och att visa vilken information förvaltare använder och var den finns i byggprocessens skeden före förvaltningen.Rapporten bygger på en litteraturstudie, intervjuer och beräkningar. Förvaltare har blivit tillfrågade vilken information de använder i förvaltningen och sedan har projektör och entreprenör blivit tillfrågad ifall denna information finns att tillgå i projekteringen och produktionen. Värderingen av informationen har sedan gått till på två sätt. Det ena sättet är att bedöma kostnaden av att uppdatera information mot kostnaden att ta fram information på nytt.

Syftet med vår magisteruppsats är att ta reda på hur några mindre företag i olika branscher har uppfyllt sina informationsbehov för den interna styrningen samt att undersöka vilka faktorer som begränsar företagens utformning av redovisning för intern styrning. Samtliga företag vi har studerat har någon form av internredovisning, även om den inte alltid är så formaliserad. Endast de två företag som har den mest utvecklade internredovisningen är själva missnöjda med hur de uppfyller sina informationsbehov. De begränsande faktorer vi har identifierat är kostnad, tid, verktyg, intresse, tradition, kunskap, nytta, tillväxtambitioner och rådgivning. A home for elderly is planed to be built at Zakrisdal, Karlstad, Sweden. The heat source for the building was at the time not determined. In order by the local government of Karlstad this report is meant to examine if the need of heat could be provided only by solar heat combined with a seasonal heat storage. The problem to solve is, if the need of heat from the home for elderly is provided from only solar heat, whitch dimensions of the solar collectors and the storage is needed?.

Grubbe Ventilation AB is a sheet metal and ventilation company who provides design, installation, service, and repair of ventilation. The company is expanding their business by building a new facility in Umeå, Västerbotten. The property is designed to be used for both office and industrial work.Grubbe Ventelation AB has not yet decided upon wish system which is to be established to provide the building with heating and cooling. The consulting firm Umeå Projekt Team has therefore been asked to investigate the possibilities to invest in geothermal- heating and cooling.If the investigation of a geothermal heating- and cooling system would provide favorable results it would be a very appropriate alternative that provides energy at low costs and are an environmentally friendly option as the energy comes from stored solar energy in the ground is provided by stored solar energy in the ground.The facility ´s heating and cooling consumptions are calculated in the program BV2 and the result indicate a heating demand of 185 000 kWh per year due to thermal transmittance, transmission losses, heating of warm water and a cooling requirement of 5500 kWh.Three different systems of geothermal heating and cooling were tested in the computer program Energy Earth Design. The results show no difference in the dimensioning of the drill hole if merely heating were to be used or both heating and cooling were to be established.

Barn av idag möter flera roller som kanske inte fanns i vår barndom. Könsroller som verkar enligt tradition ställas emot de könsroller som utvecklats och vuxit fram i vårt samhälle. Att de som arbetar med barn, i förskolan eller skolan, tänker på vår förhållning till genus, och konstruerandet av kön i förskolan är för mig väldigt viktigt. Därför har jag valt att se på en del inom förskoleverksamheten som sällan, om någonsin, tas upp i dessa diskussioner. Barnböcker är något som många barn kommer i kontakt med och dessa har jag analyserat ur ett genusperspektiv för att utläsa vilka könsroller som representeras i barnlitteraturen.

Slow Food-rörelsen tror på sitt gastronomiska koncept att nöjet av god mat inte bara är en grundläggande rättighet utan en viktig länk mellan platser, människor och kulturer. Att kunna skydda maten som kulturarv, tradition och kultur är vårt gemensamma ansvar som gör nöjet möjligt. Maten är inkluderad i många aspekter av livet som till exempel kultur, politik, natur, miljö, jordbruk och inte minst turism. Den är inte bara näring, rättighet och medel att mätta hunger utan en attraktion som lockar och skapar upplevelse. Maten var tidigare inte en huvudanledning att boka en resa utan den var en biprodukt och ett basalt behov som måste tillfredställas under vistelsen på en plats.

The Swedish way to organize sport has a long tradition and the parents play an important role in ways to organize sport. Without the thousands of adults who voluntary work the sport associations would have problems to survive. However, there are tendencies to that commitment is reduced, which means that the activity is exposed. The purpose of this study was to examine parents opinions about a nonprofit children´s sport respective professional children´s sport. The study was based on questionnaires which were distributed to 83 parents in four different sports; equestrian sport, track and field sports, ice hockey and soccer.

In the year 2002 the European Union decided on a new directive according to the energy use in buildings. The outcome of this direction is a proposition from the Swedish government on the outlines of a new law in the field of energy use in buildings. The date that the law will be applied is the first of October 2006. In the future al real estate owners must be able to show an energystatement over the real estate. This project contains cooperation with HFAB a local real estate company where two buildings are analyzed according to their energystatement.

This study aims to examine play as a phenomena from a phenomenological approach. This I do by discussing a dominant approach to play, an perspective which is reproduced in the context of pre-school and in where the play and learning is in single focus. Using alternative perspective on play, mainly by Gadamer and Bakthtins philosophical thoughts about the feast or the carnival, contents differ significantly from educational or developmental psychology perspectives. I open up for an understanding of what play as ontology can be understood as, and thereby enable second readings. I illustrate this thought by an empirical example from a pre-school context which where created alongside with the children in the study.
