Process standardization is a topic that has generated a lot of research and literature. At first, the focus was on production; today processes are used in all different kind of business areas.The aim of this study has been to analyze how processes can be applied on development businesses and how IT systems affect the result of the process. To accomplish this, we have asked questions such as what standardization is in a development process? Why are the processes standardized? What difficulties can appear with standardization? And how the IT-systems affect the result of the process?To answer these questions, we have preformed a case study on Saab. Saab is a well know Swedish company who are working with a project called the GMS-project, where they develop processes to cover the whole company´s business areas.The literature gives the reader an understanding of processes and standardization.

The purpose of this study is to find, understand and discuss the experiences of former employees at SAAB, and present how this can be understood according to my core theoretical concepts, which are participation and identity. The questions asked in the study are based on how the labor is described, characterized and what comes forth as valuable, which is compared to absence of labor work.First, labor is described in an historical and social context, and at the same time related to the core theoretical concept. Second, the methodology chapter is presented, which mainly consists of 11 observations and 10 interviews. Third, the chapter regarding former theory leads to an analysis model, which is used on the empirical material of the study.The result shows that labor work at SAAB primarily is described as important for socializing, security and the possibility to be independent. The tasks at SAAB are described as backbreaking and monotonous, while the lack of labor work influences the physical and mental wellbeing.

Denna studie behandlar ämnet sekretessbelagd information och hur det påverkar relationer mellan företag som ingår i et partnerskap. Vi har utgått från att ta reda på hur anställda på Saab Aeronautics hanterar detta och hur deras kommunikation och tillit till partners påverkas av sekretessbelagd information. Det teoretiska underlaget som presenteras i denna uppsats består huvudsakligen av en sammanställning av forskning gällande döljandet av information inom företagsrelationer. För att vidare redogöra för forskning i ämnena kommunikation och tillit mellan partners, men även hur döljandet av information påverkar kommunikation och tillit i partnerrelationer. Vi har baserat det empiriska underlaget på intervjuer med anställda hos Saab Aeronautics, dock med olika arbetsuppgifter för att få en bredare förståelse av hur sekretessbelagd information påverkar partnerrelationer ur olika aspekter. Sekundärdata har även samlats från Saab Aeronautics interna dokument för att studera de riktlinjer som redan finns hos företaget gällande informationsutbytet med partners när sekretessbelagd information är inblandad. Slutsatserna som undersökningen har påvisat är att det både kan finnas positiva och negativa aspekter med att hålla information hemlig inom partnerrelationer. Sekretessbelagd information påverkar kommunikationen mellan partners eftersom inte all information kan delas, vilket vidare resulterar i att tilliten mellan parterna blir lidande.

Den här rapporten beskriver ett examensarbete för högskoleingenjörsexamen i datorteknik vid Växjö universitet. Vid företaget BSR i Växjö pågår utvecklingen av ett diagnosverktyg benämt BSR Diagnostic Tool. Syftet med projektet är att kunna använda en hårdvaruklass som kommunikationsdel istället för diagnosverktyg från de olika biltillverkarna. Inom objektorienterad programmering är en klass ett avsnitt programkod som samlar en mängd relaterade attributer och funktioner för ett objekt. Studien undersöker Peter von Möllers agerande inom jordbruksutvecklingen i teori och praktik för åren 1831-1883, en tid som i Sverige sammankopplas med det allra mest intensiva skedet av den agrara revolutionen. Von Möllers egna skrifter utgör grunden för undersökningens jordbruksteoretiska del. Det praktiska jordbruket på von Möllers gods, i Skottorp, har studerats utifrån ett flertal kvantitativa metoder i godsarkivets material. Studien syftar till att beskriva teori och praktik samt finna de sammanlänkande kopplingarna dem emellan. Det ges också jämförande utblickar mot regional och nationell utveckling för samma tid.
