Uppsatsen syftar till att beskriva och synliggöra de kommunikativa erfarenheter HR-funktionen harfrån sitt arbete med chefer samt om och på vilka sätt de utvecklat eller modifierat sitt sätt attkommunicera med personer i chefsfunktion. Studien belyser det faktum att det saknas tidigareforskning som studerat HR-funktionens kommunikation i rollen som chefsstöd och därför utgickstudien från tidigare forskning avseende HRs roll och identitet. Vi intervjuade åtta HR-medarbetaresom alla representerade olika organisationer för att skapa en bred bild av deras kommunikativaerfarenheter. Då studien syftade till att lyfta fram HR-funktionens erfarenheter av kommunikationsom chefsstöd bad vi respondenterna delge oss deras berättelser som belyste detta. Då berättelsernavar i fokus utgick vi från teoretiska utgångspunkter om kommunikation, dialogiska principer ochprofessionella samtal.

The goal of this study is to examine what five teacher?s impression of the teacher?s role is in their previous years. How important the ?joy at work? is in relation with the educational progress? And what aspects that contributes to the? joy at work? and what obstacles that stops them. This thesis describes a system for dealing with free surface fluid simulations, and the components needed in order to construct such a system. It builds upon recent research, but in a computer graphics context the amount of available literature is limited and difficult to implement. Because of this, the text aims at providing a solid foundation of the mathematics needed, at explaining in greater detail the steps needed to solve the problem, and lastly at improving some aspects of the animation process as it has been described in earlier works. The aim of the system itself is to provide visually plausible renditions of animated fluids in three dimensions in a manner that allows it to be usable in a visual effects production context. The novel features described include a generalized interaction layer providing greater control to artists, a new way of dealing with moving objects that interact with the fluid and a method for adding source and drain capabilities..

This is a non-traditional examination paper written after three years of studies at Malmö University and the Kaospilot Program. It is written in Swedish and in the spring of 2009. It describes a non-linear project based on a process-orientated theory called Theory-U by Otto C. Scharmer (2009). The project aims to investigate the changing conditions of Stage Theatre and deals with non-linearity as phenomena.

Transformation of inorganic mercury (Hg) to methyl mercury (MeHg) is a biotic process that is proposed to be conducted primarily by sulphate reducing bacteria (SRB). The formation of MeHg is of great interest because it is the mercury species that biomagnifies to the greatest extent in the aquatic food webs; about 90 % of all Hg in fish is MeHg. Our understanding of factors involved in the production of MeHg is very important for making a reliable risk assessment. The purposes of this study were to investigate the different factors that control the solubility of Hg and the production of MeHg in a contaminated lake sediment. The lake Ala-Lombolo, Kiruna municipality, is well-known to be contaminated by mercury from different sources. Sediment cores were sampled at three different locations (N, SW and SE) in the lake and divided in three different layers; 0-5, 5-10 and 10-15 cm.

During the last decade working with competence has emerged as a more strategically important area. Today the human resources in a company are considered a competitive advance and the HR-units play a significant role when it comes to HR-management. Different motives for investing in strategies that promote competence development and learning also exist. The purpose of this paper was to examine how the process of competence development was managed at a large global company. The empirical material consisted of four persons who were interviewed and the analysis of the material was inspired by grounded theory.From the analysis four major themes or core factors emerged as central to the interviewed persons' understanding of the competence development process; solid preparatory work in relation to competence development, communication, awareness of responsibilities and finally the taking action and evaluation of the action.

Four leisure educators were interviewed to answer these questions. The study is based on qualitative interviews, wich means that the interviewer must interpret and understand what the respondents want to say. This is to get a deeper knowledge of the subject. The results show that the leisure educators believe they have a large and important role in children's development and learning.

Syfte: Syftet med detta arbete är att studera om de tre nya lagregleringarna, att allmännyttan inte längre är hyresnormerande, att de allmännyttiga bostadsföretagen högst får föra över 50% av fjolårets vinst, samt ska driva sin verksamhet efter affärsmässiga principer, påverkat den allmänna hyresnivån och gjort att lägesfaktorn fått större inverkan på bruksvärdet, samt vilka effekter det fått på hyresbostadsmarknaden.Metod: Vi har först samlat in sekundärdata genom litteraturstudier. Sedan har vi samlat in primärdata genom kvalitativ metod i form av fem intervjuer med aktörer på hyresbostadsmarknaden. Primärdatan har vi sedan analyserats genom en kategorianalys.Resultat & slutsats: Eftersom det allmännyttiga bostadsföretaget Mitthem redan innan omregleringen drivit sin verksamhet efter affärsmässiga principer, påverkar omregleringen inte den allmänna hyresnivån. De privata fastighetsägarna har efter omregleringen hyresförhandlat före allmännyttan. Lägesfaktorn har fått en större inverkan på bruksvärdet då allmännyttan inte längre är hyresnormerande.

The aim of this essay is to examine what happens when Veronica Roths Divergent-trilogy is read with a lutheran theological pre-understanding. Using reader-response theory and lutheran theology written for and in a post-modern context, three lutheran figures of thought are presented as one way of understanding the trilogy. The conclusion is that it is possible to reveal lutheran ideas concerning justification, guilt, forgiveness, mercy and self-sacrificing love in the Divergent-story. .

Syftet med denna rapport är att ge en historisk bakgrund till Lean Production och att undersöka vilka tillvägagångssätt tre företag har valt för att implementera Lean i sin verksamhet. Vidare skall författarna undersöka om det finns några likheter mellan dessa tillvägagångssätt och Toyotas produktionssystem (TPS).Utvecklingen till det som idag benämns som Lean började redan 1911 då Fredrick Winslow Taylor presenterade sin artikel ?Principles of Scientific Management?.

How do we match our education with the needs of the construction line of business and the requirementsof the Swedish National Agency for education? Is there something that we have to change?In this study I have asked our former students about their opinion of our education and I have also asked them to give me their view on what a good teacher is like. I have been able to benefit a lot from their answers in my efforts to be that good teacher. This survey took place at Facebook.The answers showed that we carry on a piece of solid workmanship. But you can always improve, try harder.

This thesis report describes the development of concepts regarding how weight can be reduced to the analytical instrument Biacore 4000. This thesis has resulted in five different concept proposals, all of which is solutions to reduce the instrument's weight.The thesis started with a pre-study where the instrument's structure and function were studied using both Solid Works, the opportunity to study the instrument in real life were also possible done. During this phase, a weight study was conducted as well, in which the instrument's weight distribution was studied and mapped.Following the initial phase, the work proceeded by developing concrete concepts to reduce the weight of the instrument where focus mainly was on the two cabinets. In addition, another two concepts were revealed, both with a more general approach.At the final phase of the thesis, the concepts were compiled and evaluated among themselves and the initial instrument.The thesis resulted in a study of the instrument's structure and weight distribution, with suggestions on how weight may be reduced for the instrument.The result factors such as materials, and manufacturing were aspects that were taken into consideration.At the final section of the report, suggestions for further work in which different aspects are discussed can be found..

Projektet undersöker det lokala landskapet som potentiell värdeskapare i en tid av ekonomisk nedgång. Projektet utgår ifrån staden Venedigs planer på stadsförnyelse på den tidigare båtvarvstomten på ön St Elena. Metoden har varit att studera det befintliga och utifrån det försöka finna nya rumsliga lösningar på dagens och framtidens krav. Förslaget innefattar gestaltning av en planerad park och de två närmast angränsande kvarteren. Det består av en inplanterad biotop i form av en salt våtmark som är en viktig livsmiljö för djur och växter ute i lagunen.Det byggda tillägget är en träkonstruktion som fungerar som en länk mellan de tätare planerade kvarteren och det nya grönområdet.
