This research is about different perspectives, offered by three mother tongue teachers, one principal and also featuring a representative from Skolverket, on the subject: teacher legitimation for mother tongue teachers, mother tongue teachers opportunity for competence education and the future of mother tongue education in Sweden.The theoretical framework is mother tongue language, globalization, the post-colonial theory, power and social inequality. A qualitative approach was used including five interviews taken place in Stockholm, the results does not however represent the whole country nor the community of Stockholm itself.The result shows that mother tongue teachers thinks the teacher legitimation does not mean anything regarding their already low-status. Even principal and representative from Skolverket express their concern towards the 'non-demand' for mother tongue teachers to get their legitimation and they feel there is a lack of ambition from decisonmakers to include the mother tongue teachers.As per today there is no higher education for mother tongue teachers leading towards an exam. Mother tongue teachers are worried about their future although principal and representant takes a bright outlook. .

Bakgrund: Otillräckligt behandlad postoperativ smärta kan vara ett problem för patienten. Smärtupplevelsen är komplex, vilket gör att det kan vara svårt för sjuksköterskan att adekvat bedöma och registrera patientens smärta post-operativt. Sjuksköterskan måste i kontakten med patienten vara lyhörd, öppen och följsam. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att belysa hur sjuksköterskan uppmärksammar den vuxne patientens smärta postoperativt. Metod: En litteraturstudie med åtta artiklar har genomförts med deduktiv kvalitativ ansats.

Sexual harassments have since long been an issue all over the world and schools have not been an exception. Reports from Swedish secondary schools show how 47% of the female pupils state that they have, sometime during their time in school, been the victim of sexual harassment. Other studies claim that pupils exposed to sexual harassments will develop low self-esteem and a decreased sense of self. The Swedish curriculum state that all children shall have the right to a harassment free school environment, but still many pupils claim to be exposed to sexual harassment in school. Several studies have theorized about why sexual harassment is so prevalent in schools but what do the pupils think? This study aims to reveal and analyze pupil opinions about sexual harassment; what do they think it is and why do they think it occurs? This will be done from a post-structural feminist point of view with focus on the shaping of identity among the respondents.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka sexuella relationer och mötet mellan man och kvinna i Charles Bukowskis författarskap med fokus på den självbiografiske protagonisten Henry Chinaski i romanerna Postverket och Kvinnor. I analysen undersöker uppsatsen tre aspekter av mötet mellan man och kvinna: Det initierande mötet, det fysiska mötet och vad vi kallar kärlek. Uppsatsen utgår främst från Yvonne Hirdmans genusteorier och diskuterar tabun om särhållandet mellan manligt och kvinnligt. Genom att undersöka den manliga normen samt manlig och kvinnlig sexualitet appliceras dessa sedan genom närläsning av de bägge verken.Trots att protagonisten ständigt bekräftar den manliga normen dras slutsatsen att Bukowski i sitt författarskap utmanar det sexuella maktsystemet. Han visar på kvinnliga karaktärer som tar för sig och initierar till sexuella relationer i en tid där deras sexualitet fortfarande var tabubelagd..

Syfte: Ta reda på vad vilka designaspekter som tilltalar 15 till 25-åringar i Sverige samt vilken kombination av dessa designaspekter som anses vikiga att lyfta fram. Metod: Vi genomför djupintervjuer samt en e-post intervju med företagsrepresentanter och slumpmässigt valda djupintervjuer av konsumentgruppen. Teoretiska perspektiv: Vi tillämpar främst teorier som berör de fyra designaspekterna som är centrala för vår problemformulering. Även teorier som berör marknadskommunikationen till konsumenten används. Empiri: Studien avser svenska konsumenter mellan 15 till 25 år.

Denna studie vill undersöka om koloniala strukturer genomsyrar den senaste i raden av Star Trek-serierna, Enterprise. Med utgångspunkt i äldre forskning om just koloniala strukturer i Star Trek kommer en jämförelse göras om Enterprise först och främst har dessa strukturer och om så är fallet, göra en jämförelse med de andra serierna.Det postkoloniala forskningsfältet tillsammans med ett strukturalistiskt och post-strukturalistiskt tillvägagångssätt som innefattar semiotik och diskursanalys används för att kunna peka på hur de koloniala strukturerna genomsyrar serien.Analysen, som bland annat innefattar besättningens inbördes hierarki, hur andra främmande raser ser ut och vilka egenskaper de har och hur mötet går till med andra kulturer, visar att de koloniala strukturerna fortfarande genomsyrar Star Trek. Enterprise skiljer sig dock från de äldre serierna på ett sådant sätt att det koloniala tar mindre plats, bland annat seriens handling och även hur alla besättningsmedlemmar är med och skapar seriens handling..

This thesis examines underpricing and the long run performance of IPO firms on the Swedish equity market during 1994-2010. We further investigate whether any correlation exist between underpricing and post-IPO performance during 36 months. We use a sample of 80 IPO firms. To examine the aftermarket performance we compare total return of each firm with a matching industry index. In order to strengthen our analysis, we run a second test, comparing actual return for each firm with expected return, adjusted for firm specific risk.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva och analysera kvinnors karriärväg till chefsposition. Studien fokuserade på vilken betydelse de strategiska studie- och yrkesvalen respektive tillfälligheterna har haft under karriärvägen. Sex kvinnor i chefsposition, som samtliga arbetade i en och samma Kommun i Mellansverige medverkade i studien. Analysen utgår från kvinnornas karriärval samt de två karriärvalsteorierna Careership theory och Planned Happenstance theory. Den teoretiska basen bestod av forskning kring kvinnors karriärval och hur strategi respektive tillfälligheter inverkade.

Bakgrund och problem: Utvecklingen inom redovisningen har gått mot förenkling och att denadministrativa bördan skall lättas för mindre aktiebolag. Detta har lett till att Bokföringsnämnden harstartat K?projektet som ska ge företagen möjlighet att välja ett samordnat och förenklat regelverk. Idet nya projektet har framförallt kategorin som gäller för mindre aktiebolag, K2, varit hettomdebatterat. Författarna tycker därför att det är intressant att studera vad som skulle hända medredovisningen i ett specifikt FoU?företag vid en övergång till detta regelverk då diskussioner förts omdenna typ av företag kan komma att stöta på problem.

The thesis describes the following main question: Will the administrative labour during football tournaments be made easier with the help from a mobile web service or will it convey to unnecessary extra work? To be able to give a good and qualified answer to this question, the thesis will in the beginning describe how the technique for such a system might look like and also describe the existing administrative moments during a football tournament, this is too give the reader a deeper understanding for further reading. The thesis then goes on to describe a concrete system which is tested on three football tournaments. On the basis of the tests, interviews and through analysis of these the thesis will be able to answer our questions. The result which we present in the thesis have unfolded through testing of the system on three chosen football tournaments.

This essay constitutes a qualitative case study about democratization theory and the middle class in Russia. This is a very important case to study, especially because of the geographic position of the country as well as the economic importance Russia has as a part of the G8. In the essay the author seeks to answer the question whether the lack of a significant middle class in Russia can be a part of the explanation to the absence of a well functioning democracy in the country. Several democratization theories are presented. The most important being Ruth Berins Collier's theories about ins and outs plus the elite- or working class as the initiator of democratization processes.

Användargenererat innehåll är ett nytt område som är under ständig utveckling. Allt fler webbplatser låter användaren delta med innehåll, därmed har användarna gått från att vara passiva konsumenter till aktiva producenter. Vi har valt att studera två webbplatser, SvenskaFans.com och Sydsvenskan.se, utifrån två perspektiv - företagens och användarens. De användare som studerats är befintliga användare från respektive webbplats, vilket möjliggjorde en jämförelse mellan de bådas åsikter. Uppsatsen studerar användargenererat innehåll med inriktning på användares motivation, lojalitet och tillförlitlighet.

An analysis of a specific application of anaerobic wastewater treatment at a pulp and board mill, Stora Enso Skoghall, was carried out. A literature study was done and effluent wastewater from CTMP pulp production was analyzed. The analysis consisted of a broad constituent analysis and an anaerobic treatment trial. Results from these test where used to calculate the treatment effectiveness and resulting energy potential at the mill.The literature study and constituent analysis showed that toxicity of the water to be treated, due to wood extractives and sulphur content, was of concern. Detoxification chemicals targeting these constituents where used in the anaerobic treatment trial.
