The aim of this Master's thesis is to study how generational identities are conveyed in the reception of two debut novels, Jack by Ulf Lundell and Allt by Martina Lowden. Both novels have been considered literary and social expressions of their generations. The empirical material consists of 14 reviews in Swedish daily press from the time of publication of Jack and Allt, respectively. The thesis revolves around the following questions: How is the generational identity defined in terms of lifestyle practices, milieus and other social circumstances? To what extent are structured factors such as gender and class considered? How are the critics considering the reflexive project of the self? I base the theoretical framework on Anthony Giddens' theories about identity creation in the late modern society.

Studien baseras på kvalitativ metod som innebär närhet till källan forskaren hämtar information ifrån, för att få djupare förståelse av komplexiteten i problemet som undersöks.

It was important to not only look at the pictures, but also the outer context, i.e the headlines, had to be analysed to come to any conclusions.Fredrik Reinfeldt was portrayed more positive and more as a winner than Stefan Löfven was.

Uppsatsens syfte är att undersöka intranätets tänkbara användningsområden för sjuksköterskor inom den offentliga hälso- och sjukvården. Intranät har blivit en viktig kommunikationskanal för många organisationer. Inom hälso- och sjukvården där mötet med patienter är verksamhetens syfte, är datorn och därmed intranätet enbart ett komplement till medarbetarnas arbetsuppgifter. Är det möjligt att använda intranätet som den centrala kommunikationskanalen inom en verksamhet som denna? Intranätet på Helsingborgs lasarett är inte tillräckligt anpassat för verksamheten då många sjuksköterskor berättar att de ofta använder sig av andra kanaler för att hitta det de söker.

Stressrelaterade symptom har blivit vanligare bland ungdomar i Sverige och klassrumsenkäter har visat att fler och fler barn och ungdomar lider av psykiska och psykosomatiska problem. Ungdomar upplever framförallt stress i samband med skolan. Många unga upplever en stor osäkerhet inför framtiden. Syftet med studien var att kartlägga vilka områden kvinnor respektive män i årskurs tre i gymnasiet upplever som stressframkallande samt undersöka om de under det senaste året gjort förändringar i sitt aktivitetsmönster. Ett frågeformulär som bestod av det australiensiska instrumentet Adolescent Stress Questionnaire [ASQ] samt tre egenkonstruerade frågor angående elevernas aktivitetsutförande under det senaste året besvarades av 40 elever i två naturvetenskapliga klasser på en gymnasieskola i sydöstra Sverige.

The manufacturing costs of the new design have been calculated.The thesis also contains a concept generation of an alternative product to the spray pipes in installations where a high pressure washer is used.To be able to ask other manufacturers of spray pipes to quote, a demand specification based on the currently used spray pipe was made. This was then sent to two alternative suppliers.An investigation of earlier used spray pipes, and the currently used, shows that the nozzles are a big part of the total costs of the spray pipes. This essay examines a presupposed correlation between the way one look upon values and the way one look upon the will of the people in a theoretical democratic context. The more specific purpose is to test the following hypothesis: There is a reversed connection between the way one look upon values and the way one look upon the will of the people in a theoretical democratic context, that is; a strong claim of values give reason to a limited conception of the will of the people and a weak claim of values gives reason for a more unlimited conception of the will of the people.In order to test the hypothesis I examine three different conceptions of democracy, these are: pluralist democracy, deliberative democracy and constitutional democracy. I analyze the way they look upon values, there view of the will of the people and finally if there is a connection between the way they look upon values and the will of the people. Values should be understood in a metaethical context. In other words it is not values in the ?common? meaning, instead its how val-ues in them selves should be understood, and even more relevant, what we mean when we ex-press values.My conclusions are, first and foremost, that there is a correlation between the will of the people and values, according to the formulation of the hypothesis.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka kvinnors upplevelser i samband med hjärtinfarkt samt vilket behov av stöd dessa kvinnor har. Studien utfördes som en systematisk litteraturstudie där resultatet är baserat på 13 vetenskapliga artiklar sökta ur databaserna Elin@, Swemed och Pubmed. För att säkra studiernas kvalitet är artiklarna granskade utifrån granskningsmallar. Resultatet visade att många av kvinnorna som drabbats av hjärtinfarkt inte tog sina symtom på allvar, diagnosen kom som en chock och de förnekade vad som hade hänt. De skämdes över att vara sjuka och behöva hjälp.

This thesis was conducted to assess how the privatization of Iran Air process managed in last efforts and how should it be in right way. It increases the knowledge about privatization in Iran and the need for it. Iran air as our case study is a flag-carrier airline company that is protected by government regulations and subsidies. We try to find the reasons for failure of privatization in Iran Air and their attempt on privatization.The method used to collect data was a qualitative methodology, consisting of semi-structured interviews with relevant managers, and knowledgeable professors and the official sites and press. In conclusion, we find that privatization is an important need for Iran Air Company and the main problems that are against Iran Air can be categorized to political, financial, and social.

Ätstörningar i samband med graviditet är ett växande, dolt problem. Kvinnor som lider av en ätstörning väljer i många fall att dölja sina symtom, inte minst under en graviditet. Tecken kan vara svåra att se, vilket ställer stora krav på att sjuksköterskan är väl insatt i de tecken och symtom som tyder på att en ätstörning förekommer. Syftet med studien var att beskriva tecken och symtom på att en ätstörning förekommer i samband med en graviditet. Metoden som användes var en litteraturstudie, där resultatdelen baserades på elva vetenskapliga artiklar.

: Idag trängs ett stort antal aktörer inom prisvärt mode på en arena där kunden blivit allt mer medveten kring pris och kvalitet. Affärsidéer, som bygger på att erbjuda mode till fördelaktiga priser, sätter stor press på företagens kostnader där varken kvalitet eller design får påverkas negativt. En naturlig strategi för företag till minskade kostnader blir förläggning av produktion där stora kostnadsfördelar kan erhållas. Således har det under lång tid varit vanligt förekommande med företag som etablerar produktion i Asien, där bland annat låga löner agerar bidragande faktor till avsevärt lägre produktionskostnader. Begreppet backsourcing har på senare år kommit att diskuteras allt mer och en trend har kunnat ses där företag väljer att flytta hem verksamhet från dessa typer av lågkostnadsländer.

Övervikt och fetma är ett ökande problem runtom i samhället, något som visat sig genom ökade kostnader för överviktsrelaterade sjukdomar och sjukskrivingar. Syftet med studien var att genom en litteraturstudie undersöka hur en arbetsplats miljö skall vara för att främja de anställdas hälsa avseende övervikt, fetma, motion och kost. Metoden som användes var en litteraturstudie och datainsamling gjordes genom sökning av vetenskapliga artiklar på databaserna Academic Search Elite samt Highwire Press. Resultat som framkom var att arbetsplatser har goda förutsättningar för att främja den fysiska hälsan för sina anställda. Interventioner som har gjorts har fått goda genomslag och förbättrat både den fysiska aktiviteten samt förbättrat kosthållningen hos sina anställda.
