The mission was to create a prototype of a menu system for the companySystem Andersson AB. The instructions were that it has to be as interesting andmodern now as in 20 years. We had to look at technology from the cutting edgeof development to make our prototype survive in the future. WindowsPresentation Foundation (WPF) was the technique we focused on. There areonly a few applications that take advantage of WPF today, but it is predictedthat WPF will be the next generation method for developing applications to theWindows platform.To make our menu visually appealing, easy to use and at the same timefunctional, we followed the clear path and guidelines that are available ininteraction design.

Erik Andersson: Utanför Murarna: En studie av Ulf Lundells och rockkulturens outsiderpositionering. Uppsala universitet: Institutionen för musikvetenskap, 2007.The main aim of this essay is to show how the artist Ulf Lundell presents himself as someone with an outsider's view of life. This also includes showing that this aspiration is a common one among artists in the rock culture.The aim was reached by studying texts, lyrics, interviews, articles of and with Lundell and then applying theories about authenticity and performativity on this material. In order to put this in a context I looked at a similar material but with a much broader perspective, artists from different countries, genres and eras is here included.The conclusion of this study is that a kind of norm system in the rock culture has developed and Lundell is acting accordingly to these rules. The outsider position has become an important ingredient in Lundell's persona and this position can also be seen as a given norm in the wider context.

What roles are the most significant according to the users? Have the politicians succeeded in their intention of realizing a modern library according to the users? The theoretical starting point is Andersson?s and Skot-Hansen?s theory of four different roles of public libraries. In order to extend the model we added a fifth function; the one of aesthetical experience.

Man får följa min väg från förberedelserna jag gjorde inför filmen och mina tidigare erfarenheter i området, till hur det gick för mig på inspelningen. Jag beskriver även min undersökning av idéarbete och produktionsprocesser inom långfilmen ur mitt perspektiv. Jag visar två olika sätt man kan arbeta med idéarbete på film utifrån intervjuerna jag gjorde med regissören Gabriela Pichler för Äta, sova, dö och filmregissören Johan Lundborg på hans film Isolerad. AbstractHudiksvalls coordinating model - a model to make cooperation easierCamilla Andersson and Åsa GradinThe purpose of this study was to examine the experience each one of the administrators have of their own new model in Hudiksvall to make cooperation easier for the three different administrations in Hudiksvalls municipality. The study will focus on the administrators experiences of Hudiksvalls coordinating design. Questions of the study were: How is the influence of the model on the rules? How is the influence of the model on expectations and parts? What kind of influence did the model have on the responsibility distribution? What kind of influence has the model on the responsibilities at the transfer of costs? To answer the questions of the study we applied a qualitative method, it was made through a standardization interview guide and open questions, with six of the dealing officers who works with the model. Some of the results wich can be discern are by an economic character, andfor the clients that they won`t be passed around the administrations in the community, they get the right help, quick and safe.Key words: cooperation, coordination..

Denna slutreflektion beskriver arbetet med att designa soundtracket till filmen Ont blod, en novellfilm som spelades in på Gotland hösten 2010 av Andersson/Wilén produktion. Vårt arbete har varit postproduktionen av allt ljud, inklusive musikkomponering. Syftet med arbetet var att testa och jämföra de två metoder av surroundmixning (direct/ambient och direct-sound all round) för film som Holman (2008) beskriver, för att sedan välja den som passar vår produktion bäst. Reflektionen är skriven i två delar. Den första delen handlar om produktionen i sin helhet och om projektplanen.

The use of active databases in real-time systems introduces unpredictability in the system, e.g. due to their use of active rules. The behaviour in active databases is usually specified in ECA-rules.

The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to investigate which rolesthe mobile library has to its users in a small community in Sweden.To reach this purpose I have focused on the following two researchquestions:? Which are the different functions, social, cultural, educational orinformation-based, that the mobile library offers its users andwhich of these are used in reality?? What purposes are there for the mobile library and how it is usedby it?s visitors?To answer these questions I have interviewed four users of amobile library and I have held e-mail interviews with librarians incharge of a mobile library as well as the head of the department ofculture and peoples health in the community. As a base for myanalyse I have also used a pilot study which I performed earlier inthe spring of 2011.My theoretical framework is based on the model of the publiclibrary?s different roles made by Marianne Andersson and DorteSkot-Hansen.The result of this study show?s that a mobile library isn?t verydifferent from a permanently located public library. The fourdifferent functions all exist, wholly or partly, in the mobile library..

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine how a person?s library use and reading can change with time. It also examines how different factors in a person?s context or in the life situation can affect these activities. The analysis is based upon qualitative interviews with three persons, two women and one man between 67 and 69 years of age.
