Sociala medier har inneburit en skillnad i det vardagliga kommunikationsmönstret hos människor och på senare tid också alltmer för företagen. Eftersom att företag hela tiden bör befinna sig där kunderna befinner sig innebär detta en nödvändig förändring av företagens kommunikationsmönster. Det bör speciellt ha betydelse för en organisation som enbart planerat existera på Internet. I de sociala medierna minskar företagets kontroll över kommunikationsbudskapet samtidigt som målgruppen är med och påverkar det i allt större utsträckning. Denna uppsats syftar till ta reda på hur sociala medier kan användas ur ett marknadsförings- och kommunikationsperspektiv för att möjliggöra att matbloggen Chefs? Table får genomslag hos målgruppen.

The aim with this essay is to look into what literature has been published in 2006 and 2007 for boys between the ages of twelve and sixteen in order to analyse six of the titles. Our two main questions are as follows:?How is the teenage boy depicted in six of these books? - To what extent is the teenage boy depicted in a gender stereotypical way?.We chose the titles for analysis based on our mapping of the published literature and took into account the authors? gender and age as well as the main themes of the books. As theoretical base for our analysis we used Marias Nikolajeva?s table of gender stereotypes in literature.

Introduktionen av AJAX har möjliggjort skapandet av dynamiska webbapplikationer på Internet. ABSTRACT Background: The ward round is a collaboration between nurse, doctor and patient. A good collaboration and communication is essential to their interrelation. Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate patients' comprehension in regard to integrity, information and participation during round. We also looked at differences about comprehension between men and women.  Methods: A questionnaire was answered by 34 patients in three wards at the University hospital in Uppsala. Results: The patients believed they could talk openly ?quite well? but they experienced it ?sometimes? disturbing to talk openly if other patients were in the room.

This essay studies how and why large sports clubs from sports with a different degree of commerciality interact with their institutional surroundings in the way that they do. It compares two large Stockholm-based table tennis clubs, Ängby SK and Spårvägens BTK, with a large Stockholm-based football club, AIK Fotboll. In order to get proper data, a number of key persons within the organisations were exploratively interviewed using open and semi-structured questions, together with study of literature and other sources related to the subject. One of the key findings was that the non-profit table tennis clubs, who were expected to resemble the institution association closely, were subject to company-ization, and thus acted a lot more like the institution company than expected. The other key finding was that the football club, although driven partially like a public limited company, in many aspects placed a greater value on cultural capital than on economic capital..

This thesis was carried out to give some background information to a report of SLU (Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences) for the Swedish National Rail Administration (Banverket). The requested information was to provide basic data for an environmental impact assessment of the construction of the tunnel through Hallandsås. The aim with the thesis work was to discuss and quantify the leaching of nitrate and the emission of nitrous oxide from the soil at the groundwater level established through the tunnel project. The nitrogen related processes that could be affected were described and discussed. The different areas where a decreased groundwater level can cause changes in the nitrogen processes are the wet and moist areas.

Denna rapport behandlar en undersökning av olika lastbalanseringsalgoritmer i Linux Virtual Server. Undersökningen har gjorts i ett webbkluster (Apache var webbservern som användes) med tre heterogena noder, där operativsystemet var den detalj som skiljde dem åt. Operativsystemen som ingick i undersökningen var Windows Server 2008 R2, CentOS 6.2 och FreeBSD 9.0. De faktorer som undersöktes mellan de olika algoritmerna var klustrets genomsnittliga svarstid vid olika belastning och hur många anslutningar som kunde hanteras av klustret, detta gjordes med verktyget httperf.Undersökningen ger svar på hur ett heterogent webbklusters genomsnittligasvarstid och arbetskapacitet kan skilja sig åt beroende på vilken algoritm som används för lastbalansering. Resultatet visar att den genomsnittliga svarstiden håller sig låg tills en hastig stigning inträffar.

Rapporten beskriver arbetet och resultaten av en prestandajämförelse mellan Teredo och 6to4, som används för att tunnla IPv6-trafik över publika IPv4-nätverk. Detta gjordes då ingen tidigare forskning hittats som jämför dessa tekniker ur prestandasynpunkt. Tre separata testmiljöer, en vardera för Teredo, 6to4 och 6to4 bakom NAT, sattes upp i en labbmiljö. I varje testmiljö skickades genererad trafik i åtta omgångar mellan två klienter, som samlade in testdata. Insamlad testdata bearbetades med formler för Throughput, End to End Delay, Round Trip Time och Jitter och ett medelresultat för varje räknades ut.

In order to get access to the wood from the private forestry you need to be an attractive collaboration partner, who can offer long-term collaboration, service at top-level, and acting for good prices to the forest owners. This work aims at analysing the situation on the market today. It gives Sveaskog purchase department a good view of the forest owners? opinion in general about the existing purchase activities. Forestry service level and timber prices are determining factors for a successful relationship between forest company and forest owner.
