Diskussionen inom tjänstemarknadsföring har länge handlat om att klassificera skillnader mellan varor och tjänster i termer om greppbarhet. Senare forskning har visat på klassificeringens irrelevans och presenterat en servicecentrerad logik, där erbjudandet i sig spelar roll för värdet. Filosofin låter varor och tjänster konvergera och ser till icke greppbara aspekter som relationer, dynamik, utbyte och kompetenser. Teorier har visat att kunden är medskapare av värde tillsammans med serviceutövaren och detta synliggörs i interaktionen. Kundens agerande kan således påverka servicesituationen och upplevelsen, vilket leder till en fråga om roller.

Bees are of importance for the global food security. In Europe 84% and in the World 35% of all the agricultural crops are dependent of animal pollination (Winfree et al., 2011:1). In agricultural production there is a huge lack of pollinators (Azien & Harden, 2009). A problem that is widely spread. In Sweden the problem becomes clear when looking at the statistics of the number of bee colonies during the last 20 years, where it has been a decline with 63 % (Statistiska Centralbyrån & Jordbruksverket, 2011).

Detta arbete presenterar resultatet av ett examensarbete framfört åt avdelningen PL Hus på Grontmij AB. Syftet med arbetet har varit att identifiera de roll- och ansvarsområden som ges till aktörer under ett projekt, detta för att kunna effektivisera arbetsflödet genom att öka förståelse för varandras uppgiftsområden. Studien har genomförts av författarna som är teknologer från programmet Byggteknik & Design på Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan och sträcker sig över 10 veckor under våren 2013.Författarna har använt sig av metoden deltagande observation som lämpar sig bäst när man arbetar på nära håll med sitt fokusområde. Syftet är även att jämföra hur den lärda kunskapen skiljer sig från den praktiska verkligheten. Som studenter är man nyfiken över hur väl kunskap kan översättas till faktiskt handling på ett multiprojektföretag.I tio veckor har författarna interagerat med ett dussin anställda som arbetar på två separata byggprojekt.

In the discourse of teaching it?s often mentioned that the pupil?s previous knowledge and experience plays an important part in the process of learning. For the teachers it?s in general crucial to be familiar with their pupils abilities and skills, talents and shortcomings in order to successfully teach them. Knowledge and an understanding of their pupils, also helps the teacher to organize and customize a successful teaching for each individual.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the understanding of the diagnoses ADHD and DAMP within different professional categories in the educational system, how it is being addressed and how this affect their work with children diagnosed with ADHD or DAMP. We also wanted to shed some light on the debate between Kärfve and Gillberg, about whether the diagnoses of ADHD and DAMP are social constructed problems or biological and genetic disorders. More specifically, our study was of a qualitative nature and consisted of interviews with seven persons working in six different professions within the educational system. The respondents all worked in school environments but with varied Roles and thus varied experience of children with ADHD/DAMP. The interviews and literature studies revealed the complexity of ADHD and DAMP and also the diversity of the debate regarding the diagnoses.

This master thesis deals with the problem of integrated libraries. The number of integrated public and school libraries has significantly increased over time. These libraries are integrated for different reasons, most often because of economic considerations. The goal of the thesis is to investigate librarians´ understanding and perceptions of the professional role in this type of integrated libraries. I have investigated how librarians see and interpret their own professional role, and what factors influence their perceptions in an integrated library.The three main questions are: How do the librarians explain their professional role in an integrated library? How does their professional role change because of the fact that they work in an integrated environment? What factors, according to the librarians, influence and/or change the professional role mostly? The data has been collected through interviews with eight librarians at integrated libraries.

Abstract In the following text we analyse different perspectives in a meeting between a theatre and a visiting school class from grade six in the Swedish Primary School, in order to investigate the conditions for children?s participation and for making children?s own voices heard in professional theatres. Though it is common for Swedish theatre artists to try to understand and interpret children?s perspectives, it is rare for children to be given the opportunity to show their own perspectives in professional theatres in Sweden (Davet 2011 p. 18).

In the recent years auditing scandals all around the world, deficient internal control has attracted a lot of attention. This has contributed to further requirements on insight and internal control. Those scandals have seriously damaged the auditor?s profession and contributed to a reduced trust among the public. Therefore an extensive work to recover and stringed the trust was started all around the world.

Verksamheter idag bör identifiera ansvarsroller som innehar klart definierade ansvarsområden igenom hela utvecklingsprocessen, för att kunna hantera den ständigt föränderliga miljön IT-utvecklingen framkallar.I den här studien behandlas teoretiskt hur olika författare ser på ansvarsroller och ansvarsfördelning vid IT-investeringar. Därför har syftet med den här uppsatsen varit att identifiera, beskriva och jämföra olika teoretiska aspekter för ansvarsfördelning vid ITinvesteringar. Studien har fokuserat på applikationsinvesteringar men även infrastrukturinvesteringar berörs då författare specifikt tar upp detta i sin syn på ITinvesteringar.Studien är gjord med en kvalitativ metod och en explorativ, komparativ och konceptuellt analytisk ansats.För att ge läsaren en inledande bild av studieområdet har förhållandet mellan IS-arkitekturer, arkitekturfilosofier och ansvarsförhållanden beskrivits. Vi visar också hur ansvarsroller och ansvarsområden har förändrats över åren.I litteraturstudien har ansvarsroller och deras ansvarsområden enligt olika författares åsikter föreställts. Därefter följer en analys där identifierade roller från litteraturstudien har utmynnat i tre huvudroller; företagsledningen, IT-avdelningen och operativ ledning.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to study the public library identity from a brand perspective, how the public library brand identitity is communicated through blogs and what is communicated in them.The authors analyse the public library identity through selected concepts and a model within Aaker´s and Kapferer´s branding theories. These theories have been applied on literature and blogs as a method. The authors have examined literature about the public library identity in different works within Library and Information Science and political documents that applied to public libraries. An empirical study has been carried out on blogs published by public libraries in Sweden.The result of this study has lead to the identification of different core and extended identities for the public library brand. The core identities have been identified as democracy, adult education (the swedish word ?folkbildning? has no correct translation in english, adult education is the recommended related term) and lifelong learning.

Participation, public art and participatory public art as phenomenons and subjects have been studied and discussed. With interviews and observations as a base, we have studied projects and discussed participation, effect and quality in relation to these. Furthermore we have looked at how the participatory art processes work in Sweden and England. This essay seeks to discuss the process of participatory public art and to emphasize the elements contributing to the quality of this process. It is up to us as planners to recognize the possibilities for a qualitative place. To mediate between different interests, for example between politicians and stakeholders, between economics and quality, between the place and its users, between individuals and the community, and in our case between artists, users and the municipality. Public art has gone from being about the product, an art piece, to becoming more of a process, from non interactive to interactive. Participation ranges from receiving information to play an active part in the process. Four cases have been studied, taken both from Sweden and England, showing the diversity of processes connected to Participatory Public Art. From interviews conducted in Sweden and England information and thoughts have been received and they show a higher degree of use of participatory public art in England, and also a higher consciousness.

Bakgrund & Problemdiskussion: Inköpsfunktionen har på senare år fått en ökad strategisk betydelse inom organisationer och har idag en mer aktiv roll i att skapa och bidra till konkurrensfördelar. Inköpsfunktionen är en viktig del i kedjan från leverantör till kund och bidrar till att denna inte bryts. Inköpsfunktionen har därmed fått axla en mer komplex och strategisk roll som kan antas påverka inköpsfunktionens arbetssätt och struktur. Sambandet mellan dessa ses som komplext där roll anses vara en första bestämmande faktor som påverkar hur arbetssätt och struktur utformas.Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att kartlägga en strategisk inköpsfunktions roller, arbetssätt och struktur samt utifrån denna kartläggning identifiera problem och förändringsmöjligheter.Metod: Denna studies resultat är baserat på en kvalitativ fallstudie för ett fallföretag inom verkstadsindustrin. Totalt genomfördes 15 intervjuer med medarbetare både inom och utanför fallföretagets avdelning för strategiskt inköp.Resultat: Studien visar på att en avdelning för strategiskt inköp utför arbetsuppgifter som är operativa, stödjande samt strategiska där det operativa arbetet inte är önskvärt av fallföretaget.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the archivist's professional role in public authorities and discuss if, and in what way, the profession is effected by the new swedish process oriented archival description system. The study focuses on swedish authorities and does not make any international comparisons with other institutions. Neither does it investigate archivists workingin the private sector, but centers on public institutions.The survey is performed in five swedish public authorities, using interviews and observations. Grounded theory is used as a method initially in the purpose of keeping an open mark towards the object of study. The initial results led on to questions about how well the archivists perceived that communication within the authorities served, and how this in turn prepossessed their work situation and the professional Roles in which they found themselves.

The starting point of this study is national as well as international surveys which show that the study motivation and general level of knowledge among Swedish students have decreased. The Swedish Curriculum for the Non-Compulsory School System (Lpf94) states that each student shall be given the possibility to strengthen their will and ability to learn. The teachers are expected to play an important role in the effort to increase student motivation. The opinions of the students are a valuable source when trying to understand what motivates them. The purpose of this study is to provide a more profound understanding of what students express about their motivation in the interaction with the teachers.

Bakgrund: Behovet av bolagsstyrning är stort för mindre familjeföretag, då det kan hjälpa dem att hantera deras komplexa omvärld. Framförallt är det styrelsen som har en viktig roll när det gäller bolagsstyrning i familjeföretag. Ett aktivt styrelsearbete är viktigt för att de ska kunna stå sig i den ökande globala konkurrensen. En extern styrelseledamot kan bidra till ett aktivt och effektivt styrelsearbete och därmed ge företaget konkurrensfördelar. Det finns dock vissa problem förknippade med tillsättandet av externa styrelseledamöter som kan påverka valet att ta in utomstående i styrelsen.
