The focus of this study has been to plumb social workers experiences regarding their work methods in two institutions regarding unaccompanied children through a perspective of gender. In this study, four semi-structured qualitative interviews has been contrived in purpose to gather in material which has been presented in five themes to ease an analyse focusing of gender. In all the interviews both authors participated with one in charge and one taking notes. One of the main focuses has been the relations between both social workers and their clients and between colleges in the institutions. The other main focus has been the activities, both planed and spontaneous, which the clients been offered, for example football, bowling and boxing.

With this paper we intend to investigate what kind of benefits there are by adding commodity futures to a well-diversified portfolio. Since the last fifteen years the commodity speculation has grown tremendously, which partially can be explained by that commodities exposes the investor to certain factors other than an investment in equities. According to our calculations the commodity futures have outperformed stocks during our research period, which partially could be explained by the increasing demand of physical commodities in developing countries e.g. India & China (Akey, 2005). By constructing different portfolios consisting of equities and corporate bonds we could investigate whether our portfolios will benefit from commodity futures and how this will vary over different levels of risk.

This diploma work covers an investigation over the heat - and hot water systems of thetenant-owner's association, Bogården. The heat - and hot water needs of Bogården aresatisfied by both district heating as well as three heat pumps. Implemented investigationshows that the heat pumps are not used in a profitable way. Apart from that, the reservepossibilities are small. There is also a risk of the growth of Legionella bacterium in thehot water system.Since the heat pumps are already installed, HSB-Gävleborg (responsible for Bogården)has a wish to investigate possible proposed actions for optimization of existing plant.After completed investigation, a new proposed action is presented.

This report is prepared in cooperation with Södra, Norra Halland SBO. The survey gives the members an opportunity to influence the services and also gives the staff at Södra a hint of the member?s demands.Södra is the largest co-operative forest company in Sweden with over 50 000 members and is divided into 31 areas. Norra Halland SBO is one of them.A questionnaire was sent to the members and 516 (or 53 %) of them answered. Of the respondents 68 % were between 60 and 69 years of age.

A design methodology to mitigate timing problems due to long wire delays is proposed. The timing problems are taking care of at architecture level instead of layout level in this design method so that no change is needed when the whole design goes to backend design. Hence design iterations are avoided by using this design methodology. The proposed design method is based on STARI architecture, and a novel initialization mechanism is proposed in this paper. Low frequency global clock is used to synchronize the communication and PLLs are used to provide high frequency working clocks.

Abstract During the last 15 years, the former ?really existing socialist? economies have undertaken an extensive transition process. In this paper the development, measured as GDP growth, is analyzed using variables for economic policy. The analysis is both theoretical, taking as starting point current positions in academia, and econometrical with the linear regression model. We show that while economic policy variables of inflation, economic freedom and institutional quality affect economic growth, the results are not only the ones predicted by the theory.

Today we are living in a time were impulses from other places and cultures constantly grow and the contact over the boundary is getting bigger. We se satellites pictures over the world, we hear about worldwide ecological problems, we learn about other different lifestyles, we cock food that are inspired from the worlds many kitchens, we shop more and we can travel to different parts of the world. My problem was to find out how cultural phenomenon spreads to a greater extent global and how this transference take place, but also be able to se what factors that has a part in the cultural spread.What I found with help from my literature study was that trough improved communication and transports has gained mobility in the world and people can take part off others culture.The world is shrinking and this means that human beings identity is changing and this create a so-called hybrid mixture. Culture is what we human beings create. Culture can be seen as a community phenomenon for the most parts.

Att vara förälder till ett barn med kolik kan innebära stora påfrestningar och risk för ohälsa för hela familjen. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva föräldrars upplevelser av att ha ett barn med kolik. I litteraturstudien analyserades åtta kvalitativa studier med kvalitativ innehållsanalys med manifest ansats. Detta resulterade i fyra kategorier; att den första tiden med barnet inte blev som förväntat, att känna rädsla inför att förlora kontrollen och skada sitt barn, att försöka klara av att vara förälder, att behöva stöd och avlastning under barnets kolikperiod. Det otröstbara barnet gör att föräldrarna upplever sig otillräckliga i sin föräldraroll, transitionen till föräldrablivandet försvåras liksom anknytningen till barnet.

Det råder en ökad tendens för den svenska småspararen att diversifiera sin aktieportfölj efter eget behag så att andelen obligationer och aktier tillsammans med utländska värdepapper och derivat kan ge maximal avkastning i förhållande till risk. Ett förekommande problem är dock att hitta rättvisa mått, matematiska och ekonomiska, som visar den korrekta bilden av en tillgångs utveckling i förhållande till marknadsportföljen varpå det krävs en förståelse för hur en tillgång eller en portfölj rör sig rent matematiskt. Utvalda aktier och obligationer ska avläsas ur måtten kovarians, korrelation, effektivitet och volatilitet och sedan ska resultatet ställas mot att enbart ha analyserat betavärdet för portföljen för att komma fram till lämpliga matematiska uttryck när man analyserar den diversifierade aktie/obligationsportföljen för en person med begränsad finansiell kunskap. Risken med urholkad valuta i utländska aktietransaktioner samt två olika optionsstrategier kommer också att redovisas rent grafiskt i studien för att visa utökade avkastningsmöjligheter..

The aim of this study is to describe what teachers and principals experience in schools regarding threats, violence and harassment towards teachers. A phenomenographical inspired approach has been used to describe and analyse the conceptions of five teachers and five principals. The findings of the study indicate that there is no impending risk for teachers to suffer from violence, threats or harassment. However, it does occasionally happen, and the findings of the study indicate that there are some factors that increase the risk. The major three factors are: fear, personality and inexperience.

Erasteel Kloster AB Söderfors have been commissioned by the county administrative board in Uppsala län to make an inventory of possible contaminations in theirs industrial- and landfill areas on the basis of the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency?s; ?Method of Surveying Contaminated Sites-phase 1? (MIFO-fas 1). The inventory starts with maps and archive studies, place visits and interviews, and finally a risk classification is done. A risk classification is a compilation of four categories; pollutant toxicity, contamination level, possible spreading condition of the pollutant, sensitivity and protection value of the environment. In this paper five partial areas (Holmen- and Jörsöområdet, Järnsvampsområdet, Ingsådeponin, Östra verken and Myrområdet) have been described from a historical point of view. Only parts of four areas have been risk classified (Holmen- and Jörsöområdet, Järnsvampsområdet, Ingsådeponin and Östra verken), due to that the other areas isn?t own by Erasteel Kloster AB. Holmen- and Jörsöområdet Holmen- and Jörsöområdet have during the entire activity time been carried out as the production core in the company.

Today many different types of lock systems are used all over the world. Passwords, finger prints and magnetic strips are a few examples. When the key is a three dimensional object, lika a physical metal key, the security depends, in a high degree, on that you can?t copy the object without access to it. One approach to copying the object is photographing the object, and from these photographs create a copy.

Depression in young adults is a serious condition causing serious suffering for the victim. By finding risk factors for depression the opportunity for early preventive action is increased, which, in turn, may prevent a negative course. Two risk factors which have been shown to be related to depression are shame and rejection. Therefore this study examined the relationship between shameproneness, rejection sensitivity, shame-related events and depressive symptoms. The self-report questionnaires used were TOSCA, RSQ, Shaming index and BDI-II.

Inklusionskriterierna omfattade vuxna ?ver 18 ?r med ett BMI ?ver 25. Datainsamlingen utf?rdes genom s?kningar p? PubMed och Scopus med specificerade s?kord och filter.

Premiepensionen är den del i den allmänna pensionen, det vill säga den som alla tar del i, som man kan påverka själv med aktiva val. Premiepensionen är det som behandlas och analyseras utifrån de 5 största aktörerna, staten, Nordea, SEB, Svenska Handelsbanken och Swedbank, i denna uppsats.Det pensionsanknutna sparandet utgör en allt större del av det sammanlagda fondsparandet i Sverige. Pensionssparandets del i fondförmögenheten har ökat från cirka 25 % år 2000 till cirka 50 % år 2010.
