Ett av de områden som byggs av Skellefteå Kraft är i Blaiken, ett område strax utanför Arjeplog. Vid kallt klimat som det är i Blaiken stora delar av året finns det risk att det bildas is på vindkraftverken samt på rotorbladen till vindkraftverken. När vindkraftverken dessutom är igång finns det risk för att is slungas iväg och detta kan ske med stor kraft och kan skicka is- och snöklumparna lång väg. I detta arbete behandlas problemet med is och snö som rasar ner och riskerar skador på personal som befinner sig intill vindkraftverken för att ta sig in i dem och arbeta.

Background: Flavan-3-ols are polyphenolic phytochemicals belonging to the flavonoids. Flavan-3-ols are present in many higher plants and are particularly concentrated in e.g. Camellia sinensis (tea) and Theobroma cacao (cacao) and have got attention due to their antioxidative capacity. Many studies have been able to associate flavan-3-ol-rich foods to improved endothelial function. The aim of the present work is to review the scientific literature and evaluate the evidence for positive effects of flavan-3-ols on endothelial dysfunction in humans. Method: Scientific articles describing intervention and observational studies about flavan-3-ols and endothelial dysfunction, were searched for on http://www.pubmed.org.

In many of the disputes concerning custody, residence and visitation determined by the court, some form of violence has been performed. The consequence of a child who has witnessed violence in their homes is a problem that is sometimes overlooked. It is not unusual that the violence will continue even after a separation. The law shows that the child´s need of both parents is to be met. This has according to previous studies resulted in the fact that courts do not always see visitation with a violent parent as a risk for the child.

The change of control clause is nowadays a well used covenant in the Eurobond market, with the aims to protect bondholders in case of a leveraged buyout. This thesis intend to evaluate whether the change of control clause is a new phenomenon in the Eurobond market today and to estimate what have been the driven force for the popularity of it. The thesis found that the change of control clause already existed before and thus it is not a new phenomenon. Several factors where found though to explain the extended use of the clause today. Starting in 2005 the LBO activity increased rapidly, exposing almost every company to the risk of LBO.

Lånefinansiering är den mest förekommande formen av extern finansiering för dessa aktiebolag. Teorier och tidigare forskning visar att revision bidrar till att minska informationsassymetri mellan företag och dess intressenter, däribland kreditgivare. Att ett företag väljer bort revisionen bör teoretiskt sett leda till att dessa assymetrier ökar och därmed också riskerna. Det är därför intressant att undersöka hur kreditgivare i Sverige hanterar problemet med att fler och fler små aktiebolag väljer bort revision.Syfte: Att undersöka revisionens betydelse för småföretag för kreditgivare vid beslut om kreditgivning samt de strategier kreditgivare använder sig av för att reducera risk och osäkerhet vid kreditgivning till småföretag.Metod: En kvalitativ metod i form av semi-strukturerade intervjuer.

Enligt Socialstyrelsen (2011) avlider cirka 1 500 människor årligen i Sverige på grund av vårdrelaterade infektioner. Den viktigaste åtgärden för att förebygga vårdrelaterade infektioner är att arbeta utifrån basala hygienrutiner (Socialstyrelsen, 2006). The aim of this study was to examine if an organisation that strives for democracy and participation, also possess an open information culture. This study deals with the information culture in a social movement organisation, Attac Gothenburg. To achieve the aim, following questions were asked: What is the organisation culture like, is it open or closed? What is the information culture like, is it open or closed? What is the information culture like, in relation to the identity of the organisation? The focus has been put on earlier research in social movements, organisation and information culture. In this qualitative study I have collected material mainly from interviews.
