Den 18 april 2012 anklagas mobiloperatören TeliaSonera av Uppdrag granskning för att samarbeta med diktaturer i Centralasien. Ambitionen med denna uppsats har varit att göra en retorisk analys av det försvar som TeliaSonera framställt i anslutning till anklagelserna. Jag har tagit avstamp i den klassiska retorikens teorier kring statuslära, den retoriska situationen samt kring ethosbegreppet och kombinerat dessa med apologiateorier för att studera anklagelse och försvar. Med hermeneutikens tolkningsmetod som grund har en närläsning gjorts av; Uppdrag gransknings reportage, en inspelad tv-intervju med TeliaSoneras kommunikationsdirektör samt ett pressmeddelande på företagets hemsida. Resultatet visar hur Uppdrag granskning har anklagat, hur TeliaSonera har försvarat sig och en diskussion har först kring huruvida företaget uppfyller de etiska krav litteraturen ställer på en apologia.

This thesis work is about how technical consulting companies can accept their organization before a coming recession. Technical consulting companies are together with the rest of the actors in the construction business constantly depended on the current economic situation on the market. How to adapt the organisation depends on the current situation on the market.To adapt the organization in the best way possible the companies need to recruit and educate personal. It is then very important to find a solution on how the current change of generation in the companies will be handled. The large and very much competent group of 40-talists will in a few years retire.

Uppsatsen ger en retorisk analys av tidningsdebatten Ranelidfejden 2003. Fejden startade med skribenten Linda Skugges recension i Expressen av Björn Ranelids bok Kvinnan är det första könet. Inom kort publicerades artiklar i Dagens Nyheter och Svenska Dagbladet som ifrågasatte Skugges kompetens som kritiker. Uppsatsen undersöker dessa artiklar och hur de argumenterar för att upprätthålla respektive bryta mot de normer som finns kring traditionell litteraturkritik. Detta görs genom att utgå från Kenneth Burkes dramatistiska analys inklusive ett genusperspektiv.

Undersökningen syftar till att undersöka hur en hälsoinformationskampanj argumenterar för att övertyga målgruppen om att vaccinera sig mot ett virus som kan orsaka livmoderhalscancer. Uppsatsen syftar också till att undersöka hur målgruppen uppfattar kampanjen och om den har någon effekt på den. Målgruppen för hälsoinformationskampanjen är unga tjejer något som är ganska ovanligt för hälsokampanjer.Uppsatsen bygger på både en retorisk analys och en receptionsanalys med hjälp av fokusgruppsintervjuer.Teoretiska utgångspunkter är teorier kring kampanjer. Teorier om risk och skräck, avsändares roll, utvärderingar av kampanjer samt internets roll i hälsokampanjer.Resultaten visar på att målgruppen reagerar på kampanjens argument och uppfattar en risk att drabbas av livmoderhalscancer. Att vaccinationen är kostnadsfri är ett användbart argument och har effekt.

The purpose of this essay was to study the family situation in connection to the absence of one parent due to participation in international peacekeeping and peace enforcement operations. Focus was on the temporarily absent parent's point of view. The study was based on five interviews with parents shortly after their returning home. The main questions has been how the parent described the child-parent relationship before, during and after the absence; the children's experience during this time according to the parent and the family's adjusting to and coping with the situation. Conclusions made from the study show that with a good stabile child-parent relationship and good parenting skills of both parents the families in this study were successful in coping with the situation.

Syftet med studien var att öka kunskaperna om och förståelsen för de äldre anhörigvårdarnas situation genom att låta dem berätta om sin situation ur egen synvinkel för de äldre anhörigvårdarna, 75 år eller äldre, som vårdar sin maka / make.Metoden som användes för att samla information var semistrukturerad intervju. Intervjutexterna analyserades med manifest innehållsanalys och med separat analys av de underliggande känslouttryck som framkom i intervjun.Resultatet visar att dessa äldre anhörigvårdares situation innefattar många dagliga stressorer. Deras sömn blir störd av vårdtagaren, de har aldrig en lugn stund utan de har beredskap dygnet runt, deras avlastningstid i samband med inköp är otillräcklig och skapar stress, möjligheterna till dagavlastning för egen tid är obefintlig, de blir isolerade, de är oroade därför att back-up saknas som kan ta över om deras egen hälsa sviker, färdtjänstlagen ger inget stöd för besvär som uppkommer vid normalt åldrande, de önskar en universalkontakt, så kallad hjälpkontakt för äldre vid kommunen samt saknar känslan av förståelse från kommunen om de konsekvenser det innebär att bli äldre oavsett hälsotillstånd.Slutsatsen är att det behövs mer forskning inom området för att vi skall kunna hjälpa dessa äldre anhörigvårdare till en värdigare tillvaro..

The background to this report is the author?s ambition to understand individuals? work situation, how it?s formed in interaction between the individual and factors in the work-setting. Such an ambition is well in line with the concept of Human-Technology-Organization (HTO), a cross-scientific approach that puts a system-oriented perspective on how human, technolog-ical and organizational factors interact within work systems.The aim of this report was to explore managers? work-situation and generate an understanding of it from an HTO-perspective by using an organizational model as a framework for an interview guide and to analyze the work situation from an HTO-perspective following the ques-tions at issue:1. How does the managers experience their work situation?2.

Our purpose with this essay was to explore students? experiences of interdisciplinary working method in thematic form. With a starting point from Lpf-94, the curriculum for the upper secondary school and several theories of learning, we wanted to explore if interdisciplinary working method in practice could create an environment for a meaningful learning situation. The study took place in an upper secondary school class, study preparatory, third grade, who works interdisciplinary in thematic form. Our study was qualitative and we used an open structural questionnaire where the students confidentially were able to describe the working method, explain which subjects that participate in the work, and bring forward good respectively bad factors about the method.

Politicians attract their voters by promising more jobs and investment in education, health and social care. Against this background, I wonder how the situation of artists will be affected by the followingquestions:? What political views on the artist's position in society appeared in propositions of Socialdemokraterna and Moderaterna?? In what way did these propositions influence the conditions of artists?? How have the artists of Värmland been affected by different (Socialdemokraterna and Moderaterna) cultural policies? With my investigation I find out more about the artists' conditions on a national level, but I also investigate the situation in Värmland. By examining policy proposals and reports, I learn more about the issues. I also conduct a survey and three in-depth interviews to obtain opinions from various sources.The respondents are the cultural departments of Värmland and representatives from cultural organizations.What is clear from my research is that politicians differ on some issues, especially those relating to commercialism and artist salaries.

Background: A group severely affected by health issues, the experiences of homeless alcohol and drug abusers in the coverage of their medical care needs is not satisfactory. Aim: The aim of the study is to explore which factors experienced by homeless alcohol and drug abusers in Uppsala in regards to their living situation affected their health, their perception of access to healthcare, the character of treatment received and coping strategies used outside of the healthcare system. Method: Nine people who had experienced both homelessness and substance abuse problem were recruited for the study during their visit to Stadsmissionens facilities for the homeless. Data was collected through qualitative, semi-structured interviews including two women and seven men. Data was analyzed using qualitative content analysis according to Giorgi modified by Malterud.Results: Among homeless substance abusers interviewed experiences of unwelcoming and prejudiced healthcare were described.

Antalet personer med demenssjukdomar ökar i takt med att befolkningen blir allt äldre och en stor del av vården av personer med demenssjukdom utförs av anhöriga. För att kunna stödja anhörigvårdare är det viktigt att sjuksköterskor har kunskap om hur anhöriga upplever sin situation. Syftet med studien var att beskriva anhörigas upplevelse av att vårda personer med demenssjukdom. För att besvara syftet har en litteraturstudie genomförts där 12 kvalitativa artiklar analyserats. Ur analysen framkom sju teman: Upplevelse av stress, svårigheter och otillräcklighet, Upplevelse av sorg och förlust, Upplevelse av förändrade relationer och roller, Upplevelse av förpliktelse, Upplevelse av välbefinnande, Upplevelse av stöd, samt Upplevelse av att bemästra och skapa mening i sin situation.

AbstractAim: The aim of the study is to analyze ten different columns written by Linda Skugge, in order to see what kind of rhetorical means she uses to get her message across. It is also to examine if, and to what extent, these means are of female nature, and to see what kind of persona Skugge uses in order to be trustworthy.Method: Rhetorical analysis of ten columns written by Linda SkuggeMain results: The study has shown that Skugge´s rhetorical strategies differ from the ones recommended in theories about female speech. Skugge writes with a lot of character and emotionally based arguments, which, according to the theories, is more of a male way of speaking. Based on the concept of rhetorical situation, the purpose of this study is to compare and describe the three Socialist leader's May Day speech from the years 1954, 1978 and 2011. The results of the analysis showed that there is a big difference in how the leaders chooses to appeal to the rhetorical audience. Erlander, 1954, never appealed directly to his audience which Palme, 1978, did both initially as repeatedly throughout his speech. Juholt, 2011, has a personal and frequent appeal which is repeated throughout his speech, which is interpreted as a sign of the intimization of the public language. It proved difficult to discuss the Socialist rhetoric as one unified form.

Which theological and rhetorical functions may the naming ????????? of the recipients have had in First Peter? This paper provides a theological and rhetorical analysis of the use of ????????? in First Peter. Theological background is provided through intertextual research on its occurences in the Septuagint (Ex 19:6; 23:22 and 2 Macc 2:17). Analysis of the theological and rhetorical functions of ????????? in First Peter builds on rhetorical methods, and predominantly the work of professor Lauri Thurén.

The purpose of this study was to find knowledge about ostomy patients experience with a focus on overall life situation and the care they receive from the nurse. The method used was a systematic literature review according to Polit, Beck & Hungler. Six scientific research reports have been used as foundation of the result in this study. The articles have been reviewed according to Antonovsky's Sense of Coherence (SOC).The result shows that experiences of having ostomy are individual. Adapting to their new life situation varies depending on the reason for having an ostomy.
