The purpose with this essay is to find out how aware students are about the environment, andif they believe that their actions can influence the environment. I have used both earlierresearch and questionnaire surveys in order to fulfill the purpose. In earlier research, I haveused research based on materials that are scientific. According to the researchers it isimportant that the children and young people become involved and dedicated to theenvironment and its surrounding world. It is important to listen to the children's thoughts andvisions as they are aware about what happens, but do not reflect on the worst, but hope that itbecomes an improvement in the future.

By using modern methods of casting concrete, cast in place can get more effective and industrialized. A modern method is self compacting concrete. By using this type of concrete, advantages like improved working environment and rationalized construction can be reached. Because the concrete doesn?t need to be vibrated, the amount of staff on site and the noise can be reduced.

In this essay the author has studied teachers work with order and measure in the classroom. The empirical survey method has been collected through interviews of focus groups from three different schools located in three different municipalities consisting nine participating teachers in total. The aim with the study is to understand the complexity of creating order in the classrooms by the existing means of control and finding an answer to teachers reasoning around the two articles ?We need to inform how the situation are in school when it is at its worst? and ?Stop defaming school?.The analysis is structured by my questions at issue which are;How does the teachers' work with the means of control which exists in the curriculum to maintain the order in the classroom; how does the teachers concure to the concept of order in relation to the media and the political statements that exists regarding the order issues at school; are there any alternative measures and methods to maintain the order in the classroom.The Result shows a unanimous view about what order is among the teachers. Order is a necessity for the pupils to have a good studying climate.

According to both national and international political regulations, the school should as far as it is possible include students with special needs in regular education. However, when implementing these political intentions regarding an including school environment, problems often arise. The aim of this studie has been to investigate the opinions of teachers and students when it comes to inclusive education in mathematics. The study has partly been based on interviews with students with special needs in mathematics. These students were included in regular mathematics groups.

This is a Result of a diploma work in construction engineering. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the nature of the productivity in a given project and how the Skanska productivity tools were used in this project.Interviews were held among workers and management to get some answers on what affected the work and its productivity. The Result of the thesis showed that the productivity tools as propulsion analysis and ?goal cards?, were not used to a wide extent in this project. Furthermore there was almost no feedback for the one who made the calculation and the offer for the project, which might affect the Results on projects negatively in the future.Within the project there was a lot of waiting time which affected the productivity.

The purpose of this empirical study was to investigate if stress exists among nurses, and if it exists how do they experience it and how do they cope whit it. The nurses also got to define the word stress. Karasek and Theorells demandcontrollmodell were used as a theoretical framework. The Result of the study answers our research questions and gives us a good insight how the nurses experience stress and how they cope with it. The Result shows that 56 of 60 nurses indicated that they experience medium to high level of stress a couple of days a week or more often and that it affects their work.

Nurses in health care have a responsible and sometimes stressful job. Nowadays there?s a high pace in health care where many decisions have to be made during time pressure, a lot of information has to be transferred between health care units and sometimes complicated equipment are used. Cases of mistakes are reported more than ever to the national committee responsible for health care. Many of the mistakes, where the nurses are involved are due to the nurses? stress.The aim of this study was to gather information to describe causes of stress in nursing care and the nurses? experience of stress influence on health care.The method that was chosen for this study was a literature review where scientific, critically reviewed articles were analyzed.  The analysis Resulted in two main themes.

The aim of the report is to develop a new design proposal for an existingsenior high school building in Skärholmens Center, Stockholm. Theschoolhouse is a Result of the extensive residential project during theperiod between the years 1965-75 in our large cities peripheral and holdsanonymousand "gray face" that has characterized many houses from thesame era. Over the years, the number of students steadily declined andthe reason lies partly in the school's physical environment which cancertainly be regarded as substandard. A thorough analysisof the school building and the ambient area has been made incombination with a continuous dialogue with students and staff at theschool.

This thesis describes the redesign ofequipment designed for drying bags thatis used in Fresenius Kabis´manufacturing of their nutritionmedicine in Uppsala. The need of thistask arise during the start of thedevelopment of a new packaging line werethis equipment were meant to be used. Anevaluation of the bagdryers capacity andcapability was necessary.The work started with gathering ofinformation from suppliers of the usedcomponents and from the responsibleengineers for this equipment. Aneducation to learn how the equipmentworked and how to operate it were taken.That was followed by the creation of astudy plan were the tests were plannedto test different parameters effect onthe drying Result and to see if thebagdryer managed to handle the bags ofthe correct format in the pace that theequipment should be designed for.The test Results detected a need ofdesigning a unit with a function thatholds the bags in place while passingthrough the dryer in order to attainhigh quality Results. The Results werelater used for optimization of thedesign.

The study aims to investigate student participation as a tool for democratic development in secondary school from a student perspective. Furthermore, students' perceptions of the school's work with student participation in formal and informal contexts are also investigated, with basis in the teaching structure. The Results are based on interviews conducted with students who all attend the same class in their last year of high school. Subsequently, an analysis is made based mainly on three different theories: democracy, curricula and sociocultural theory. The Result shows that students feel that they are able to practice student participation but the amount of influence they get differs between individuals depending on devotion and commitment.

Bullying is a significant workplace problem, a fact highlighted both by companies, government and social science. The purpose of this master thesis was to examine if workplace bullying is a Result of group processes. This is a theory-based master thesis. A search of literature on bullying, mobbing and harassment was done in a database called ELIN, Electronic Library Information Navigator, connected to Lund University and 414 articles were singled out. The summary of the articles were studied and according to a list of criteria, I choose to study some of the articles in more depth.

The purpose of this study is to show which content that is most common in the Swedish News Agency TT Nyhetsbyrån?s sports coverage. It also shows if the coverage is concentrated to for example any special sports, clubs, people or topics.This study uses a quantitative content analysis and the Result is based on texts from 28 systematically selected days during one year. In total, the study includes 906 texts.The Result of this study shows that the sports content of TT Nyhetsbyrån?s news feed is mainly concentrated to two sports, football/soccer and ice hockey.

The purpose of this paper is to examine whether there is a difference between the respondent groups preparers and non-preparers position in IASBs question if a reversal of previously impaired goodwill should be prohibited. The background is an exposure draft sent out by the IASB and we examine the answers, in form of comment letters, sent in by the respondents to reach our purpose. Our method is positivistic in the sense that we study already existing theories when we create our hypothesis which gives our assumption about how the Result of the respondent?s answers will be. Our data, which we have collected from the comment letters, is qualitative secondary data.

The aim of this essay is to investigate the attitudes towards religion and religious people held by a group of Swedish high school students. The main questions are; what causes these attitudes andhow do they shape the students? encounter with religion and religious people and in what way could religious education help the students problematize these attitudes?The method used is a quantitative method using a questionnaire, with a Likert scale, posing different questions about religion as such, world religion and religious people. The theoretical basis, in order to discuss the Result of the questionnaire, is a gender theory and the theory of social psychology.The Result of the study confirms earlier studies of youths both in Sweden and Western Europe. The Result shows that there is a certain degree of negative attitudes towards religion, most of all againstIslam.

The education program System design at the University of Kalmar has since it?s beginning been missing a near by studio for it?s students studying towards audio and music. In the choice of examination project I would take upon this task, which was long wanted for the teachers and students at the university?s Musikhuset.Musikhuset became the buyer of the project, and the studio was to be installed at their premises. Unfortunately, the project got jammed by the university?s financial savings calculations, and was due to this delayed in the end for 11 weeks.
