Stress and burnout are two words that are commonly occurring in many contexts today. More and more people experience that they are stressed and that they does not feel well. The long term sick -leave increases as a consequence of people being burned out. These phenomena prolong over all ages, sexes, classes and professional categories, which probably means that the construction industry would not be spared.  In the construction industry, stress and bad health are no new phenomenon, already during the 1970s and big parts of the 1990 s, the construction sector were exposed to the phenomena.A sector that has a large turnover annually cannot presumably be faultless.

Moralisk stress definieras som traditionella negativa stressymtom som uppkommer när vårdpersonal hamnar i situationer där etiska dilemman uppstår och där de är oförmögna att skydda allas behov och värderingar. Syftet med denna studie var att mäta moralisk stress bland distriktssköterskor inom primärvård och hemsjukvård med ett speciellt fokus på situationer som framkallar moralisk stress och på eventuell skillnad i moralisk stress mellan arbetsplatserna. Metoden som använts var en enkätstudie som skickades ut till 120 distriktssköterskor inom primärvård och hemsjukvård i Norrbotten. Enkäten besvarades av 67 distriktssköterskor. Resultatet visade att distriktssköterskor oavsett arbetsplats upplevde en hög moralisk stress i nästan alla situationer där etiska dilemman fanns beskrivna.

Stress är idag ett vanligt problem och en orsak till psykisk ohälsa. Sjuksköterskor är en yrkesgrupp som är mycket utsatta för stress i deras arbete. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser av stress relaterade faktorer i omvårdnadsarbetet. En systematisk litteratur översikt utfördes. Elva vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades enligt kvalitativ innehållsanalys med manifest ansats.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka om det förelåg upplevelser av stress på arbetsplatsen bland de idrottslärare på högstadiet som utgör vår undersökningsgrupp. Vi ville också identifiera bidragande faktorer och lämpliga åtgärder för denna stress. De frågeställningar vi använt oss av är: Upplever idrottslärare på högstadiet stress på sin arbetsplats? Vilka kan de bidragande faktorerna vara? Vilka uttryck kan stress ta sig? Vilka åtgärder tillämpas mot stress? Vilka förebyggande åtgärder kan tillämpas mot stress? Vi har utgått ifrån den fenomenografiska teorin i beskrivningen av vårt metodologiska val. Vi har även utgått ifrån Passer och Smiths teori (2007) som är en förklaringsmodell som lyfter fram stressens natur och ger en ökad förståelse i ett individ ? miljö perspektiv.

The objective of this study has been to examine which significant values are of importance in the telecom sector today, and in a continuing perspective yet to be. To ensure the factors of relevance in the study, we have identified three purposes: - Our first purpose is to clarify the eminent values in the competitive market of the mobile phone operators today, and the reason for its importance.- The second purpose is to understand the function of the brand regarding to value creation and loyalty in the sector of mobile phone operators.- The third purpose is to explore the potential approaches for mobile phone operators to increase value.In this study, our approach has been a qualitative methodology by conducting seven interviews with respondents related to the telecommunication sector.As a result of the process, we find the need to divide the concept of value into two dimensions, which we entitle organizational related values and customer related values. We have found the values related to the characteristics of the market in aspects of its infrastructural features but also in regards to the homogenous core service.Our findings in the empirical data with support to our theoretical frame of reference, is the current highly important organizational related value of constant high result quality (well-functional technological aspect), and the value enhancer by a low price; the strategy of bundling also results in higher value. This result in customer related values that perceives as safeness, availableness and convenience. The brands are a significant source of customer related values with identity value, image value and assuredness. A continued advancement in process quality and individualization will imply greater customer related values of closeness, freedom and flexibility. .

Undersökningens forskningshypotes var att arbetslösa (och därmed låginkomsttagande) kvinnor är mest utsatta för stress som sjukskriv-ningsorsak. Hypotesen har testats på 20953 personer, varav 63 % var kvinnor och 37 % var män. Samtliga undersökningsdeltagare var bo-ende i Skåne län. Gruppen representerar alla som varit sjukskrivna i minst 60 dygn vid mättillfället. Denna undersökning visar klart att det är anställda kvinnor i åldern 30-49 år, med en sjukpenninggrundande inkomst på över 201000 kronor per år, som är mest utsatta för stress.

Prokrastinering innebär att individen trots medvetenhet om negativa konsekvenser skjuter upp en handling. Den bidrar till stress, färre hälsofrämjade beteenden och sämre prestation. Demografiska faktorer och pågående utbildning påverkar sannolikheten för prokrastinering. Relationen mellan stress och prokrastinering behöver utforskas, speciellt hur interventioner riktade mot stress påverkar fenomenet. En longitudinell interventionsstudie med upprepad mätning undersökte effekten av ett KBT-baserat stresshanteringsprogram (KBSP) på prokrastinering och interaktionseffekter med stress.

Stress i sjuksköterskors arbete är ett ökande fenomen. Yrket har under åren genomgått förändringar som medfört ökad stress för sjuksköterskor. Stress kan leda till utbrändhet och hälsoproblem samt ge konsekvenser för patienter. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva sjuksköterskors upplevelser av arbetsrelaterad stress. Femton vetenskapliga artiklar motsvarande syftet analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vad stress innebär, hur det upplevs och orsakas inom Räddningstjänsten, samt hur det kan förebyggas. Enkäten gjordes utifrån ett kvantitativt perspektiv och skickades till larmoperatörer och brandmän på Räddningstjänsten. Enkäten besvarades av totalt 33 respondenter. Deltagarnas ålder togs inte i beaktning, enbart antalet år av yrkeserfarenhet. Datan analyserades I SPSS, med hjälp av ett Chi-tvåtest och ett Pearsons's r-test.

This report is an attempt to clarify how religious and non-religious views-of-life [livsåskådningar] are created through the collaboration and opposition of religious and scientific elements/ideas. This with the hope of reaching a fruitful result related to the solution of world-view related conflicts, such as the ones existing between science and religion, on an individual and societal level.This is accomplished with the help of two assertions: (1) Mankind has a need to explain its existence and surroundings. (2) Religion and science has their origins in the same seed and aim to serve the same purpose, or function. Together these two assertions lay the theoretical foundations of this report which implies that all humans have an innate need of sustaining a stable world-view.The result of this report is that a final solution to world-view related conflicts are beyond reach as our mental and physical nature limits us. The study deals with how politically engaged young people seek information in relation to their political interests. The purpose of the study is to create an understanding of the roles that different forms of information-related activities play within the framework of political interest and of the feelings, experiences and challenges that such activities may give rise to for those involved. The study also discusses purposes and motivation for information seeking and use in political engagement.

Intensivvårdssjuksköterskans (IVA-sjuksköterskan) arbete på en intensivvårdsavdelning (IVA) består definitionsmässigt av bedömning, monitorering, behandling och vård av patienter med potentiell, reversibel svikt i ett eller flera organsystem. Arbetet innebär snabba beslut och varierande arbetsbelastning som i sin tur kan leda till stress. Syftet var att belysa orsaker till stress hos IVA-sjuksköterskan samt hur IVA-sjuksköterskan upplever stress i sitt arbete på IVA. Litteraturstudie har använts som metod för att besvara syftet. Litteratursökningen resulterade i sexton artiklar, vilka har granskats avseende vetenskaplighet och relevans för studiens syfte.

The?interviews?were?semi-structured?individual?that?analyzed?using? content?analysis.?Results:All?of?the?women?felt?that?the?body?changed?after?the?mastectomy.? The following report documents the development process of that upgrade ascarried out by the author.
