En studie av IT-miljön och dess användning inom förskolan
The purpose of this study is to examine the usage of IT technology within preschool and study how IT tools are used by preschool staff for administrative as well as pedagogical assignments. Several aspects affects the work preschool staff do with IT which concerns availability to technology, how technology is used and how technology is made available for the children. There are a number of questions linked to these aspects where some examples this study examines are which advantages, disadvantages, obstacles or other limitations that comes with introducing IT? This study also examines how, when and in what contexts IT is being used? Other questions examined are the pedagogue?s general views of IT, competence development and eventual needs of investment? Further on this study examines to some part how children interact with IT during pedagogical activities? The overall objective is to shed light on problems that preschool staff encounter in their daily work and on the basis of identifying important questions at issue that could constitute a basis for further research. The results of this study are based on both a literature review and a field study.
Corporate Social Responsibility : En studie om svenska konsumenters attityder och köpbeteende
I dagens samhälle kan en tendens urskiljas att ökade krav ställs på företag gällande miljö, etik och sociala frågor. Därmed har begreppet CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) vuxit fram och många branscher arbetar idag aktivt med socialt ansvarstagande. Studiens syfte var att undersöka CSR ur både ett konsumentperspektiv och ett marknadsföringsperspektiv. Tyngdpunkten låg på konsumentperspektivet och problemformuleringen formulerades därför till: Hur påverkas svenska konsumenters kunskap, attityder och köpbeteenden av att svenska klädföretag bedriver ett CSR arbete? Fokus ligger på de etiska aspekterna av CSR och hur konsumenterna påverkas av dessa när de handlar kläder.

Though increased levels of explicitly claimed responsibilities of companies, a number of other facts points out a development that contradicts this trend. Labour conditions and forms of employment is substantially retrograding, with an increased level of insecurity characterizing the Swedish retail labour market. At the same time, almost all Swedish retail companies explicitly state claims on social responsibility.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) är ett centralt begrepp som idag är välkänt inom affärsvärlden och har fått stor betydelse för vårt samhälle. Begreppet innebär företagets etiska, sociala och miljömässiga ansvar gentemot omvärlden. CSR har en stark koppling till legitimitetsteorin. Flera studier har visat att företag strävar efter legitimitet i sitt CSR-arbete.Syftet med den här studien är att undersöka genom en fallstudie om företag kan uppnå legitimitet hos sina kunder genom deras hållbarhetsredovisning. I den här studien har en kvalitativ metod används och undersökningen har begränsats till ett valt företag. Den svenska klädkoncernen Retail and Brands (RNB) är ett av de företag i Sverige som har tagit sitt initiativ till att redovisa sitt arbete inom hållbarhetsfrågor.

Uppsatsens undersökningsområde är den världsomspännande idé eller rörelse som går under beteckningen Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), företags samhälleliga ansvar. En viktig del i CSR-rörelsen är den internationella avtalskonstruktion som benämns Global Compact. Med FN som plattform har ett globalt samarbete mellan företag och intressegrupper upprättats där frågan om företags samhälleliga ansvar behandlas med hjälp av tio principer. Undersökningen har två delsyften; A) att beskriva och undersöka bolags samhälleliga ansvar enligt Global Compact, särskilt enligt principerna 1 och 2, samt B) att kritiskt pröva frågan om det ansvaret är förenligt med bolags legala vinstsyfte. Först följer en deskriptiv redogörelse av CSR och Global Compact för att visa på grunder, struktur och terminologi.
