Konstruktörsanpassning av CAD - Ett examensarbete tillsammans med Stiba AB, Borås -

Syftet med vårt examensarbete är att utreda och förbättra Stibas CAD-användning. Stiba är ettbyggkonsultföretag som ligger i Borås. Vi undersökte vilka typer av CAD-program som finnspå marknaden och vad andra liknande företag använder. Vi har valt att studera programmenTekla, Autodesk Architecture och Autodesk Revit, samt ArchiCAD. Då alla programmen ärkomplexa, med i princip oändliga användarmöjligheter har vi bara haft möjlighet att skapa ossen grundläggande översikt.Vi har undersökt Stibas nuvarande användning genom att lämna ut en enkät och intervjua deanställda för att ta reda på deras åsikter och önskemål.

The society today is full of new changes within the companies and their middle chiefs. Middle chief?s visions have changed during recent years. The female chiefs have grown in numbers, and because of that people have started to focus on whether there are any similarities or differences between the female and male leadership behaviors. SOA ? Tänk efter före Ett organisationsförberedande ramverk inför implementeringen av en tjänsteorienterad arkitektur

SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) är ett koncept för hur affärsverksamheten och informationsteknologin i en organisation ska organiseras med återanvändbara tjänster som skapas utifrån verksamhetens processer. Att införa en SOA ställer höga krav på hela verksamheten då det innebär både ett teknik- och kulturskifte. Därför krävs det att organisationen är väl insatt i det åtagande de har och att förändringsviljan är väl förankrad i alla nivåer och enheter. Genom litteraturgranskning och med stöd av sex kvalitativa intervjuer har i denna uppsats ett organisationsförberedande ramverk arbetats fram med en rad riskfaktorer att beakta inför en SOA-implementering. Ramverket formades slutligen till att innehålla tretton faktorer där samtliga måste fungera i en organisation som ska införa en SOA. Av dessa faktorer kunde fem lyftas fram ytterligare, då de utgör en extra stor risk att bli förbisedda..

Söka, sovra, läsa, lära : om ett gymnasiebibliotek som pedagogiskt hjälpmedel

This is a thesis about an upper secondary  school library and its role as a pedagogkal resour­ce. My purpose has been to find out about the views and experiences of the staff at the school library and twelve teachers at the upper secondary school  conceming the school library as a pedagogical resource. Fourteen  qualitative interviews have been accomplished, twelve  with teachers and the rest with the staff of the school library. All the interviewees seem to think that their school library has an important function as a pedagogical resource and both the librarian and the teachers have given me some examples of occasions when the library has been used as a pedagogkal resource. This school library is mostly used as a complement to other pedagogical resources but for some longer projects with an investigative character it could sometimes be used as the main source according to the answers in these fourteen  interviews..

Law firms are defined as knowledge-intensive companies. Due to the dependency regarding the resource of knowledge among the firms employees and to the fact that they often are categorised as a type of professional service firm. The purpose of this study is to investigate the different types of profitsharingsystems as a form of reward with focus on the theoretical differences and effects of the True Partnershipmodel and the Stockholmmodel. In addition to these models we will look into the Human Resource processes of; recruiting, integration, retaining and development of employees. The main purpose of the study is to examine the theoretical level on how the profitsharingsystems effect different Human Resource processes and through the knowledge of these connections using this as an analogy when to analyse other law-firms and knowledge?intensive company?s.

This is a two years master?s thesis that studies five libraries. The purpose with the paper was to look at a specific material and study how it expresses itself around the architecture of the buildings, an if the descriptions were different depending on the library, public library or university library. The conclusion is that the ways of describing the library buildings have varied; depending on one part time and one part evolution. Den eviga debatten? : om naturalism eller formalism som förhållningssätt inom svensk landskapsarkitektur

In this essay, I explore the history of the ideas that have shaped the profession of landscape architecture, in a Swedish context. To this purpose, I have sampled the professional debate on landscape architecture at four points in time. These are the years around 1890, 1930, 1970 and 2010. Drawing on G N Brandt (1920), I make the distinction between two arguably crucial approaches, i . e., naturalism and formalism. By identifying these perspectives, and by dividing the arguments of each time period according to this classification, I am able to compare the course of the debate over time. I take on the task through hermeneutics.

Recently I discovered that preschool education has evolved from integration of various subject contents and working methods. The purpose of my study is to investigate preschool teachers' attitudes and ways of working with a theme-oriented approach. I also want to examine their opinions regarding the integration of subject content in terms of mathematics and science subjects (NO) in preschools theme-oriented work approach.My questions for this study are:What is a preschool teacher's attitude and their ways of working to a thematic-oriented approach?What is a preschool teacher's opinions regarding the integration of subject content, especially in mathematics and science subjects (NO) in their pre-schools theme-oriented work approach?I have used myself a qualitative method of investigation to produce materials for my research project. I collected my empirical material for my study from the semi-structured interviews that was done with four preschool teachers in two preschools in Botkyrka municipality.

Denna uppsats har sin utgångspunkt i den tekniska evolution som har skett i affärssystemens värld. Syftet var att undersöka och beskriva implementat-ionsfasen av ett Enterprise Resource Planning System som tillhandahålls som en tjänst via internet. En studie av kommunikation i missbruk och drogfritt tillstånd, förståelseorienterat kontra framgångsorienterat handlande

By comparing the experience off interaction in a life world with a drug habit and a life world without a drug habit you might find how they differ. We asked four former drug abusers in four semi structured interviews to describe their experiences off interaction under these two circumstances. The difference between the two life worlds when it comes to interaction is that in the drug abusing life world our informants describe that communicative action has to stand back for a more goal oriented action. In the drug free life world, communicative action on the other hand is experienced as the most important action. The difference is about wether interaction is goal oriented or oriented at understanding.

Perfect match? : Kombinationen av Knowledge Management & Human Resource Management i konsultbolag

Background: We have identified the combination of Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management as interesting because of this constellation has been mentioned scarcely in previous studies. There also seem to be some interesting correlations with personnel turnover.Aim: The aim of this study is to describe and understand the theoretically best combination of Human Resource Management and Knowledge Management, by creating a model. The model is also going to be tested empirically through consulting firms, to see if they meet the ideal combination. With this model we also want to describe in what way the different combinations of strategies will affect the personnel turnover.Definitions: A huge part of this study concerns the theoretical area Human Resource Management, which we have entitled HRM. Similarly, Knowledge Management has been entitled KM.Completion: The study is designed both as a literature review and as a comparative case study in which empirical data has been collected through qualitative interviews with four Swedish management consulting firms.Results: The best combinations of KM and HRM are according to this study that strategies should consist of a thoroughgoing personalization or codification.
