Målet med föreliggande studie är att belysa den sociala dynamik som kan uppstå under ett arbete med organisationsförändring, som både kan motarbeta och leda förändringen framåt. För att lyckas uppnå syftet och få en större förståelse för människorna och den atmosfär som påverkas har undersökningen främst baserats på observationer av möten och workshops relaterade till organisationsförändringen. Då medarbetarna har varit studiens mest väsentliga källa så har intervjufrågor skickats ut via mail, dessutom har informella samtal kontinuerligt hållts med Uppdragsledaren och Alfa. Den teoretiska referensram som använts vid analysen av den sociala dynamiken har haft sin grund i Giddens struktureringsteori samt teorier relaterade till medarbetarnas motstånd mot organisationsförändringar och ledarskap. Detta teoretiska ramverk har bidragit till en djupare förståelse för sociala srukturer, olika normer, sätt att kommunicera och maktförhållanden inom organisationer.

The current standards for design of steel beams are divided into four classes based on the slenderness of cross-sectional parts. Depending on the section class a beams load capacity is either determined by a plastic, elastic or a reduced elastic model. The division between cross-sections calculated by a plastic and an elastic model is today done in a very harsh way with no smooth transition. This leads to a large difference in the calculated Resistance for the sections located near the class limits. Elasto-plastic sections are in the current situation calculated as purely elastic and their large plastic reserve is not considered in the current standards.

This proved difficult as we were met with a wall of silence and lack of interest.

Volvo Cars in Skövde manufacture and assemble Volvo engines. When attaching the ignition coil to all 4-cylinder engines, a special mounting tool is required. This mounting tool is currently manufactured from injection-molded polyoxymethylene (POM), a thermoplastic. It has been noted that the life span of the tool is shortened as a result of abrasive wear that occurs during the attachment process of the ignition coil.An investigation of the possibility of manufacturing the mounting tool with a 3D-printer is undertaken in cooperation with ÅF, a consultant to Volvo Cars. A literature study is first presented to introduce broader knowledge on the subject.

The aim of this paper is to expand the debate on globalization and its consequences from a theoretical perspective emphasizing social processes of exclusion and inclusion. I explore these social processes in dialogue with the Spanish social movement for the rights of irregular immigrants. The paper also aims to explore new forms of Resistance in the context of globalization."The declinist thesis" argues that globalization has lead to a declining importance of the nation-state and the national citizenship as guarantees of rights. "The anti-declinist thesis" oppose to this picture arguing that rights still depend on national policies. I also discuss the functions of exclusion and inclusion inherited in the concepts of citizenship and nation-state.I outline the historical and political context of the movement and explore the ideas and organizational dimensions of the movement's "knowledge praxis".I conclude that national citizenship - in a broader sense as a description of the relationship between the individual and the state - seems to play a crucial role in the life situation and the possibilities of irregular migrants to organize and protest.

Dräktighetstoxikos är en metabolisk sjukdom som framför allt drabbar högdräktiga tackor med fler än ett foster. Sjukdomen karakteriseras av flera ämnesomsättningsrubbningar men orsak och patogenes till sjukdomen är fortfarande inte helt känd. Det är därför svårt att förebygga sjukdomen och behandla tackorna på rätt sätt, vilket gör att många tackor som drabbas av dräktighetstoxikos inte överlever utan dör efter några dagar med symptom. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa de två mest omtalade teorierna, undernäring och bristfälligt energiutnyttjande, som orsaker till varför dräktighetstoxikos uppkommer. Den första bygger på att sjukdomen orsakas av undernäring hos tackorna och karakteriseras av hypoglykemi och hyperketonemi.

The price trend on rapeseed the latest years has led to an increasing interest to grow the crop among many farmers in Sweden. The price trend has resulted in more than a doubling of the oilseed area since the early 2000s. For many farmers it is an advantage to increase cultivation of rapeseed because of the high proportion of cereals in the crop rotation on many farms, but it is not just benefits. The risk of the fields being infected by clubroot increases within frequent rapeseed cultivation and it often leads to subtantial economic losses. Clubroot is caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae that is a soilborne pathogen in genus Protozoa and its resting spores can be found in the soil for up to 18 years.

This work applies intersectionality to five Somali women self-narratives and focuses on their identities and positions in Swedish society, but also their relation to Somali society. Since people constructs in relation to the environment, this work studies the impact of environmental confirmations of their own self. Intersectionality is brought into the social work with an operational attempt, and shows how critics of power and interplay between theories and empirics can provide new knowledge. Intersectionality also demands some alterations of the social constructionists? idea of the ego.

Post-anaesthetic myopathy (PAM) is a serious occasional complication of general anaesthesia in horses. It causes not only pain and suffering to the horse, but also suffering (trauma) to the owner with increased veterinary costs. In the worst case PAM can be fatal. The anaesthetic nurse must know which parameters have to be taken into consideration in the prevention of PAM, to be able to prevent it, and use that knowledge for the animals safety. The aim of this literature review was to investigate and make a presentation of the factors and measurements associated with PAM, with focus on how to monitor these measurements to prevent it from happening, and the advice a Veterinary nurse can give to the horse owner regarding this condition. According to literature there a few factors that greatly increase the risk of PAM, these include- hypotension, periods less than 60 mmHg significantly increases the risk.

Avsikten med det här examensarbetet är att studera ramfaktorerna för användning av museum i undervisningen, vilka resurser museer har för studenter och att undersöka tre lärares attityder gentemot användningen av museer i undervisningsprocessen. Avsikten är också att undersöka vilka historiedidaktiska effekter som användningen av museer i undervisningen kan ha. Målet är också att försöka ta reda på hur samarbetet mellan skolor och museer kan utvecklas och förbättras. Metoden som använts är kvalitativa intervjuer med tre museipedagoger samt tre lärare. Undersökningen visar att det finns tre typer av ramfaktorer som påverkar användingen av museer i undervisningen; konstitutionella ramfaktorer, organisatoriska ramfaktorer och fysiska ramfaktorer.

Wounds on horses are common and sometimes difficult to treat. The wounds are often big and could be discovered too late for primary sutures, which have to be applied within 8 hours from time of accident, before bacteria has been able to infiltrate the surrounding tissue. The healing is often complicated by delayed healing and wound infection with consequences like phlegmone, fistulation and proud flesh formation.To avoid these consequences, the traditional practice has been to administer systemic antibiotics alone, systemic antibiotics in combination with topical antibiotics or topical antibiotics alone. Because few antibiotics can be used in horses, is it important to household with the few substances that are available. In veterinary medicine today, the increasing Resistance amongst pathogenic microbes such as MRSA presents a growing problem.

The purpose of this study is to achieve an understanding of how a CE- marking process is conducted and to identify the relevant factors that must be considered in such a process. We have conducted our study at Lo?vhults Svets & Smide AB (Lo?vhults) in Skruv, Sma?land Sweden, which are manufacturing brackets for small covering constructions.To understand how a CE-marking process is conducted several documents and provisions have been reviewed to achieve a basic understanding and insight of the subject. It thus led to that guideline ETAG 015 were studied and the factors to be considered in the CE-marking of brackets were identified. Together with Jan-A?ke Johansson at Lo?vhults we agreed on four different brackets to investigate for a potential CE-marking.

The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate implementation of the innovative sandwich design material Hybrix into an automobile body. Today the most commonly material used in the body is galvanized steel sheets and by shifting material to Hybrix several problematic issues have to be dealt with. Hybrix is an innovative sandwich sheet that inherits thin stainless steel face sheets and a stainless steel fibrous core.
