The aim with this study is to examine and analyze how the employees at two residential care homes for unaccompanied refugee children work with the children during their pending decision for asylum in Sweden. The purpose is to gain insight into the employees? daily work with the target audience and how they handle decisions with the children. The method to collect data is to carry 6 interviews with the employees at the residential care home. The interviews were semi-structured with purpose of letting the interviewee lead the content of the interview.

Background:Investments in different forms have always been popular to every human being. For the most common investments, such as stocks and bonds, there are loads of information to gather for the investor. Historical data like risk, return, dividends and fundamental data like annual reports are often very easy to find, regarding these kinds of investments. The background of this thesis is the lack of market information in residential real estate investments. A problem with this investment is that there is lack of information regarding risk adjusted return for real estates, which this thesis intends to present.Objective:The objective with this thesis is to study which alternative, directly-owned residential estates or stocks, who generates the highest risk adjusted return.

Syftet med studien Àr att sÀtta ord pÄ förÀndringarna som sker pÄ MöllevÄngen i Malmö genom att testa om det skulle kunna förklaras med ordet gentrifiering. Samt hur dessa förÀndringar har pÄverkat och kommer att pÄverka mÀnniskor. Metoden för genomförandet kommer till största del att bestÄ av djupgÄende intervjuer med mÀnniskor som bor och vistas i omrÄdet. Detta för att uppmÀrksamma vilka förÀndringar som sker, har skett och hur de upplevs. Sedan kommer berÀttelserna frÄn intervjupersonerna att jÀmföras med gentrifieringen som den beskrivs av samhÀllsvetare och författare. Resultatet visar att det med högsta sannolikhet pÄgÄr en gentrifiering av MöllevÄngen men att denna uppfattas olika av olika mÀnniskor och inte behöver vara negativ..

ABSTRACTSegregation is more and more common in the Swedish society, especially in those suburbs called ?miljonprogramsförorter? which are characterized as grey and boring districts with low status. These suburbs are often mentioned in the media and the public associate them with immigrants, problems and crimes. Kungsmarken in Karlskrona is one of these suburbs and the purpose of this essay was to compare the media image with the images local participants had of Kungsmarken. The questions I brought up were how media was describing Kungsmarken, how this image has contributed to the low status of Kungsmarken, and if this image was reflecting the local participants? images.

AbstractThe purpose for this essay has been to illuminate some teachers opinions of integration of students with Aspergers syndrom in the compulsory school, then compare it with the statue documents and see similarities and differences.The studie has been of a quality character, based on quality intervjues to get the teachers understanding at a deeper level. The questions in the intervju are based on open questions with purpose not to control the person during the intervju.The most obvious result which was that it appered two perspective of integration of students with Aspergers syndrom. One in the short run and one in the long run.In the long run it was the integration of the individual into the society and in the short run integration in school.For the perspective in the long run, the opinions from the teachers in compulsory school is good corresponding to the statue documents, that the integration is necessary for our democratic and human values that our sociaty are based on.In the short run, during the years when the students are in school, it came out great difficulties to integrate children with Aspergers syndrom. To proceed an integration that works out for the students, the teachers took site from the individual and not from the society. In the last few years there has been an ongoing debate concerning the methods of assessing the quality of public libraries and their services. This study investigates the opinions and needs of the users at four different public libraries in Malm : the local libraries in Bellevueg rden, Limhamn, and Kirseberg, and the main library in central Malm . The purpose was to find out whether different user groups display different patterns in their library use and, in addition, to identify what library services they prefer. The data were collected through interviews with users and librarians, and by means of a user survey ccarried out at the four libraries. The results indicate that certain differences in the usage patterns do exist between the main library and the local libraries.

The purpose of this Master thesis is to increase the knowledge about how public libraries can contribute to fulfil political programmes aimed towards integration. To achieve this we have conducted an evaluative case study about a public library in Sweden and the activities they carried out within the framework of the metropolitan policy programme Storstadssatsningen?. The questions raised consider which the political aims for integration within this programme were, which activities the library did accomplish, what the result in comparison with the politically decided aims was, and what conclusions can possibly be drawn from this? The theoretical framework consists of theories regarding evaluation, political programmes, integration and segregation, and public library-activities.

Helsingborg ? A divided city. Affect the level of rent the segregation of living?.

An ever-increasing population, urbanization and visions towards sustainable cities clarifies the need of densification. When densifying existing urban areas adding storeys could serve as a residential densification, which would also meet the market demand for centrally located apartments. An increased understanding of the potential of vertical densification gives way to the aim of this thesis to increase the amount of centrally located housing.This thesis provides knowledge of adding storeys and how property owners can identify opportunities in their existing building stock.The first question, What kind of residential densification takes place in Sweden today? highlights ways of residential densification; development of brownfields, infill and adding storeys, where adding storeys is what this thesis then focuses on. The result came through a literature review that also clarified important factors when adding storeys.

Between 1965-1974 one million new flats were produced in Sweden and the project is called the millionprogramme. One of the areas that was build during this period of time is RosengÄrd in Malmoe. Today RosengÄrd is a very segregated area, not just in relation to the city of Malmoe, but within itself. IŽve chosen to study the ideologies behind one of the actors acting and non acting regarding the segregation complex of problems in RosengÄrd, the housemanagers. IŽve studied one public housecompany and two houseassociations who all owns and manages houses in RosengÄrd.The ideologies that IŽve studied in this study is what the informers think of the people that live in RosengÄrd, the society in general, RosengÄrd and the diffrent smaller areas within RosengÄrd.

Stadsbyggnadskontoret jobbar för kommunen i syfte att planera stadens framtida utveckling inom bÄde boende och nÀringsliv.Tidigare forskning i Àmnet segregation tyder pÄ att boendesegregation har potentiellt starka negativa effekter pÄ samhÀllet i form av ett bristande deltagande och utanförskap. Begreppet segregation kan summeras som en uppdelning mellan mÀnniskor, dÀr den ena gruppen har en minskad förmÄga att delta i samhÀllet jÀmfört med den andra.
