The purpose of this report is to survey Swedex AB?s production costs and to gather all info into a manageable calculation tool. This was made by time and motion studies, interviews of the personnel. All factors were gathered into an Excel chart.The calculation was made according to an additional-charge-method that was considered to satisfy Swedex AB?s goal.

Bliss i interaktion : - En samtalsanalytisk fallstudie av hur blissanvändare och tolkare tillsammans bygger upp yttranden
Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva hur patienter som opererats med total knäplastik upplevt sin postoperativa smärtbehandling under tiden de vistats på en vårdavdelning.Studien har genomförts som en kvalitativ intervjustudie och analyserats med hjälp av innehållsanalys. Resultatet presenteras utifrån fyra kategorier som framkom under analysen: aktivitet, smärta, smärtlindring och uppföljning. Resultatet visade att de flesta deltagarna upplevt sin postoperativa smärtbehandling som tillfredställande och att den smärta alla upplevt är den som uppkommit vid mobilisering. De första stegen vid uppstigande och framför allt böjning av knäet är det som framkallat störst smärta. Den smärtbehandling som majoriteten av deltagarna har upplevt som väldigt god är den kombinerade metoden med kyla och tryck, så kallad Cryo/Cuff.

This study investigates how consumer attitudes toward a company are affected by the company?s Corporate Social Responsibility work and their marketing efforts thereof. The Swedish fast food chain ?Max? provides the empirical setting. The theoretical framework for the study is based on Vanhamme and Grobben?s (2009) model regarding CSR?s effect on a company?s reputation, which is connected to perceptions? effect on attitude based on Fishbein and Ajzen?s (1975) theory.

In the society of today more and more employees are reported sick due to illness caused by their place of work. A lot of employees are stressed in their daily work and because of that they get mentally exhausted. These common occurrences are a part of the psycho-social work environment and it is the employers responsibility to avoid them. To rehabilitate an employee is often very expensive and takes a lot of time. Focusing on preventing illness in the work environment, instead of repair when illness is a fact, is an advantage both for the employers and the employees.The purpose with this essay is to illuminate the responsibility that the employers have to prevent psycho-social illness in the work environment.

Persistent improvement is a recurring and up-to-date issue that many business leaders not put enough resources on. A big problem in many companies is the issue that there is no comprehensive view and therefore some of the workers tend to not follow the routines that are required for the whole system to work.The goal with the essay is to give Växeln AB advice on to which areas in the company that have improvement potential.We have used a qualitative method with mainly semi-structured interviews which has led to an inductive approach. 13 co-workers that work in different areas of Växeln AB have taken part in the interviews.

Genom en kvalitativ forskningsansats har det genomförts intervjuer med ledare på sju olika arbetsplatser i Sverige, avgränsade till olika kommuner i Stockholms län. Studien belyser hur ledare ser på en hälsobefrämjande arbetsplats med fokus på psykosociala frågor. Som teoretisk utgångspunkt har Aaron Antonovskys teori om känsla av sammanhang (KASAM) valts. Den innefattar människor känsla av meningsfullhet, hanterbarhet och begriplighet. Resultatet bekräftade att människor med en stark KASAM lättare tål påfrestningar i arbetslivet och att ett hälsobefrämjande ledarskap alltid är att föredra.

Leder kritisk publicitet till kritisk publicitet?
Academic research indicates that critical publicity can have a detrimental effect on brand attitudes. The negative effects have been showed to be buffered by cognitive bias elicited by strong favourable attitudes, commitment, brand certainty and brand identification. It has been proposed that the influence of such bias in a news reporting context should be studied, something that also is interesting from a brand perspective. The study therefore investigated whether a well-publicised scandal in one period can lead to increased critical publicity in the coming periods. A case study of Swedish grocery chain ICA was conducted.
Användandet av poesi i undervisningen : effekter på barns språkutveckling
The study focuses on the use of poetry in language teaching in the lower grades in the Swedish school. Poetry has a reputation of being an art form with such specific rules and structures that children and teachers think that it is something that they do not have the ability to work with. The purpose of this study is to get an understanding of how poetry is used in educating children. My research is based on the following questions. To which extent is poetry being used in schools and how is it being used?Can you as a teacher see any effects on childrens language development by using poetry?As a part of my study I have met with and interviewed four different people, who in one way or another is involved in teaching children. Two working teachers in the lower grades, one pedagogical resource and one artist that work with teachers in reaching different goals through the help of aesthetic processes.
