Uppsatsen syftar till att analysera tänkbara konsekvenser av rödakorskonsulenters uppfattningar om en framtida rollförändring, samt diskutera lämpliga strategier för rödakorskonsulenten gentemot arbetsområdet.Uppsatsen är av kvalitativ art och baseras på sju stycken intervjuer med rödakorskonsulenter inom Röda Korset. För att kunna besvara vårt syfte har intervjuerna analyserats utifrån följande aspekter: förändring, arbetsberikning, handlingsutrymme, ledarskap och makt.Vi har kommit fram till att en förändring av rödakorskonsulentrollen troligtvis inte kommer att innebära en särskilt stor förändring för rödakorskonsulenterna, eftersom de redan idag till stor del arbetar på det sätt som den föreslagna förändringen förespråkar. Vi har dock kommit fram till att det är viktigt att rödakorskonsulenterna utvecklar specifika strategier för att kunna hantera och förstå sitt arbetsområde bättre. Dessa strategier inbegriper olika typer av makt som rödakorskonsulenterna kan bygga upp i förhållande till de frivilliga, samt hur delaktighet, motivation och engagemang kan skapas. Vi presenterar en modell som ger rödakorskonsulenterna möjlighet att reflektera över hur dessa strategier samverkar.

According to the national legislation concerning discrimination within labour law, it is prohibited to discriminate on the grounds of sex, ethnic belonging, religion or other religious belief, functional disability, sexual nature and part-time work or time-limited employment. The EC-law goes further and also prohibits discrimination on the ground of age. According to an EC-directive the member states must incorporate a national provision against age discrimination by the 2nd of December 2006 and the Swedish legislator is now in the progress to implement this into Swedish law.Even though national legislation does not contain any provision on the area, the EC-law directive has a certain influence at national law. Measures that are in breach of the purpose of the directive can for example not be taken. When the time for implementation has expired, the directive has direct effect and can be referred to within the member states.

In 2011, the Swedish National Agency of Education introduced a new national curriculum including the compulsory school and upper secondary school. The new curriculum has been widely discussed by media and in the schools. This essay aims towards investigating how four History teachers in two upper secondary schools have experienced the introduction to the new curriculum, and whether they believe that the new curriculum has affected their teaching practice. The investigation conducted in this essay is based on four semi-structured interviews with four History teachers who work at two upper secondary schools situated in different towns of Sweden. The results of the investigation indicate that the interviewed teachers have experienced the transitional period between different curricula to have worked well even if it has been time demanding and also has increased their work effort.

Kompetensutveckling under arbetsplatsförlagd utbildning inom sluten somatisk vård för omvårdnadsstuderande på vuxenutbildning.Sammanfattning: Arbetsplatsförlagd utbildning (APU) har en central plats på omvårdnadsutbildning för vuxenstuderande. Det är därför av vikt att APU:n gynnar de studerandes möjligheter till kompetensutveckling. Vårt syfte är att undersöka hur vuxenstuderande inom omvårdnadsutbildning upplever förutsättningar för sin kompetensutveckling under APU inom sluten somatisk vård. För att kunna besvara syftet har en abduktiv kvalitativ metod utifrån det sociokulturella perspektivet använts och semistrukturerade intervjuer genomförts. Det empiriska materialet bygger på intervjuer före och efter APU:n med åtta omvårdnadsstuderande.

In this study emphasis was on pupils? expectations regarding beliefs and conceptions of life among teachers within the school subject of religion. Additionally this study also concentrated on the consequences of teachers? beliefs on their legitimacy and teaching. The study?s method was qualitative including semi-structured interviews in two separate schools.

Denna essä kan läsas som en reflektion över tre års arbete med och utveckling av estetiska lärprocesser pa? lärarutbildningen. Även om exemplen är hämtade från matematikdidaktiken rör sig diskussionen huvudsakligen på en mer generell nivå än detta specifika ämne. På många sätt handlar essän lika mycket om lärande i allmänhet som om matematikdidaktik.Utifrån den fenomenologiska undersökningen rör sig diskussionen mellan mina personliga erfarenheter och den filosofiska teorin. Jag använder mig av tankar från Aristoteles, Hans-­?Georg Gadamer och John Dewey och låter dem möta några av de svenska forskare som under de senaste åren bidragit till det aktuella fältet eller till angränsande fält.Jag hoppas i denna essä kunna synliggo?ra olika aspekter av erfarenhetsbaserad undervisning och lärande likväl som de problem och möjligheter som finns i fenomenet estetiska lärprocesser ? förhoppningsvis kan mina iakttagelser och reflektioner vara av värde vid en utveckling av såväl matematikdidaktiken som av andra ämnen på lärarutbildningen .

Aim:The study's aim is to examine whether and to what extent elementary school pupils aged 13 and 16 report that they ever have been forced to leave home by parents, have run away from home voluntarily or have seriously considered doing so. The aim is also to illuminate which circumstances contribute to these break-ups. Method: A quantitative approach is used; a survey material consisting of 1193 questionnaires is analysed. The data material has been used in earlier studies but the issue addressed here has not been studied earlier. The circumstances analysed are gender, ethnicity, the parents? religious belief and education, living conditions (sharing home with both parents, one of them or none), contacts with professionals (psychologist, school nurse or curator), physical and mental wellbeing, way of upbringing (liberal vs authoritarian) and communication with parents.

A system to regulate both quality and sustainability regarding Swedish tourism industry is under way. In order for the system to be successfull it needs to be accompanied by an education, in this case a net based education is studied.High requirements are demanded for a successful net based education for a sustainable tourism industry. This is valid both for the didactic area,  which is how an education is structured and planned and in the organisational area, which is how and education best is implemented in a company. The aim with this study is to increase the understandings of which aspects that are important for  developers  if this net based education. The study was conducted at three hostels in Stockholm with surrondings. Both managers and  employees participated in the study.  The managers where interviewed and got to answer a questionniare.

Målet med uppsatsen är att jämföra likheter och skillnader i gestaltningen av främlingskap i Ivar Lo- Johanssons roman Kungsgatan och i Theodor Kallifatides roman Utlänningar. Uppsatsen jämför förhållandet mellan stad och land i Kungsgatan med förhållandet mellan hemland och nytt land i Utlänningar. Socialpsykologiska perspektiv på främlingskap, identitet och acklimatisering i kombination med litteraturteoretiska begrepp från postkolonial litteraturteori används för att undersöka hur romanerna fiktivt gestaltar uppbrotts- och acklimatiseringsprocesser. Analysen indelas i förhållandet mellan stad/land och hemland/nytt land, kvinnans dubbla främlingskap, språkets inverkan på identiteten samt individens förmåga eller oförmåga att anpassa sig till en ny miljö. Det skildrade främlingskapets anknytning till en ny dubbel identitet analyseras för att tolka karaktärernas hantering av främlingskapet.

In one of six garbage collectors area in Cairo, Esbet el Nakhl, there's a handicap school run by the Coptic church. We chose to study this school using observations and interviews. The purpose of our thesis has been to describe the school, the goals of the education and the educational forms. The questions we asked our selves before the trip to Cairo were; how does the school look like? What's a garbage collectors area? How do the teachers educate the children? How's the situation for the handicapped children?We spent six days of observations and interviews at the school gathering information for the thesis.

Narratives about UFO:s and extraterrestrials can be regarded as part of an everyday religiosity, yet the issue has been poorly studied outside an American context, within the discipline of Religious Studies. In this paper, I therefore seek knowledge about the further development of these narratives within the Swedish UFO-movement from the 1960?s until today. Influenced by social anthropologist Claude Lévi-Strauss´ discussion about mythems as the smallest components of a myth, I argue that the stories which emerge within the Swedish context differ from the American ones. This difference consists of both loss of certain mythemes and the addition of others to this mythic complex.

Vi har valt att titta på om familj, skola och fritid kan hjälpa barn som befinner sig i riskzonen för att utveckla en kriminell livsstil. Syftet med undersökningen är att studera om man kan förebygga kriminalitet för barn som befinner sig i riskzonen genom tidiga insatser i skola, familj och på fritid. För att få djupare information har vi använt oss av kvalitativ metod. För att få en djupare förståelse om hur man kan förebygga kriminalitet genom tidiga insatser i skolan, fritid och föräldrarna för barn som befinner sig i riskzoner har vi valt att göra intervjuer samt använt oss av relevant litteratur och tidigare forskning. Vi har intervjuat två ungdomar, en skolkurator samt svar på två frågor från vår b-uppsats, "Jag har alltid varit oskyldig...".

Den 31 mars 2006 genomförde jag min examenskonsert ackompanjerad av Spårvägen Malmö. Efteråt började jag fundera på om orkestern fick ut lika mycket av själva konserten och förarbetet som jag. För att ta reda på detta genomförde jag en enkätundersökning med orkestern samt intervjuer med utvalda musikanter. Arbetet tar upp relationen mellan amatörer och professionella och hur man väljer repertoar i en amatörorkester. I resultatkapitlet redovisar jag enkäten och intervjuerna.
