Företagen saknar allt som oftast lotteritillstånd och bryter därmed mot 9 § Lotterilagen. Det kan även ifrågasättas huruvida de tar hänsyn till bestämmelserna i Marknadsföringslagen (MFL). Marknadsrättsliga regler om god marknadsföringssed, reklamidentifiering och vilseledande marknadsföring är frågor som kan komma att bli aktuella vid en marknadsrättslig bedömning.Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka huruvida det är förenligt med gällande rätt (de lege lata) för företag att lotta ut gåvor på Facebook genom att användarna skall gilla och dela en statusuppdatering. Samt att undersöka på vilket sätt det kan tänkas strida mot gällande lagstiftning för marknadsföringsåtgärder.Det är idag tillåtet för företag att anordna pristävlingar, det som då krävs är att deltagarna genomför en viss motprestation.

Trough the contact with the HR (Human Resources) department of home care management in Halmstad municipality, emerged from the management a wish for a documentation for what should be included in leadership at middle management level in the future. People in middle management positions have a large impact on the operation staff and are also in charge of the individual corporate performance and its success. As we have previously been active in the management of multiple role configurations, including middle-management positions, we have some prior understanding of the complexity of this position. The study was conducted with the aim to investigate different aspects of what leadership for middle managers in home care management in Halmstad municipality may mean to them. With the help of different theories and models various aspects were analyzed due to the impact of leadership.Due to the studies purpose and questions, two focus groups was conducted and interviews with respondents from both the lower and superior positions in home care management in Halmstad municipality was done.

AbstractRelationships between white women and black men have become a topic of interest in various discussion forums. By examining different arguments within certain discourses, it becomes clear that discourses that have a distinct autocrat outline, i.e. a closed and declaring nature which excludes alternative discursive arguments, also define these relationships as different and deviant in comparison to relationships that does not encompass and include the constellation white women and black men. As a result of the use of autocrat discourses the white women and black men who enter into relationships are displaced and positioned as subaltern. A position which, on the one hand, allows for uninhibited criticism, but, on the other hand, and most importantly, it is a position from where they can be defined by others.

Internal working models of attachment are claimed to be unconscious structures operating outside the conscious awareness. Existing measures of attachment are almost exclusively explicit, either self-reports or interviews and it is questionable whether these instruments are able to tap into unconscious attachment attitudes. The main purpose of the present study is to develop Implicit Association Test (IAT) tools for assessing adult attachment and to examine their construct validity. Two sets of implicit attachment measures, based on the two-dimensional attachment model (Bartholomew & Horowitz, 1991), were developed. Convergent validity was assessed by examining (1) the relationship between implicit model of self and implicit self-esteem and (2) the relationship between the implicit model of other and implicit sociability.

Genom ett flertal intervjuer, utifrån både design managers och designkonsulters perspektiv, undersöks det hur samarbetet fungerar mellan dessa parter. En analys av intervjumaterial med hjälp av en teoretisk referensram bestående av design management-teori, design som en integrerad process och beslutsrollsteori har lett fram till ett antal slutsatser om design management. Previous research has shown that there is a relationship between trust and organizational commitment. Our research questions were if the three trust-variables ability, benevolence and integrity predict organizational commitment differently. Further we examined if the length of employment affected the relationship between benevolence and organizational commitment. Due to the fact that past studies has shown that benevolence develop during a longer period of time than do the other trust-variables. We made a survey using questionnaires (n=50) in a ?caretaking facility? and using a multiple regression analysis we found that ability was a significant predictor (p=0.032) for organizational commitment.
