Uppsatsens övergripande syfte är att undersöka hur det har påverkat ett barn att växa upp med en familjehemlighet. Vi har intervjuat en person vars familjehemlighet grundade sig i att hennes pappa hade ett alkoholmissbruk. Vi belyser hur ett barn påverkas av att bevara en familjehemlighet utifrån tre olika miljöer; familjen, skolan och kompisrelationer samt om och i så fall hur det har gjort intryck i hennes vuxna liv. För att besvara uppsatsens syfte har vi genom en kvalitativ metod i form av en halvstrukturerad livsvärldsintervju samlat in vår empiri. Teoretiska perspektiv vi använt oss av är systemteori och KASAM- Känsla av sammanhang, som speglar individen, samspelen och sammanhangen mellan de teman vi valt att fokusera på.

The goal with this project was to develop a graphic template for a new magazine about running, STARK Löpning. Besides the looks of the graphic elements, sections in the magazine would be developed. Finally, a discussion is made about how the magazine can be remade into an electronic format.Content analyses has been made regarding magazines with both a main and a specific orientation, to review the graphic relationship between them. A content  analysis regarding a competing magazine about running was also made.An unstructured interview was done with Art Director Petrus Iggström, to find out his way of working when he creates new graphic templates for magazines.The discussion concerning the electronic format was done based on previous research in the subject.The graphic relationship between main and specific magazines turned out to not be significant, they had few similarities. It was often showed that elements regarding the magazine s?identity had been changed, for example text fonts.

The aim of this study was to describe how body language of humans affects the domestic dog (Canis familiaris) and how it can be implanted in the stressed situation that occur at an animal hospital. The subject is brought to notice because the author has experienced that dogs can get more stressed when a stressed and nervous owner is attending. Humans affect each other through posture, facial expression, voice and movement, and are often driven by their emotions, which can differentiate the verbal communication from the non-verbal communication. This occurs both consciously and unconsciously. Every human uses body language but not everyone knows how it is used or how to understand it.

An increasingly globalized market is leading to hard competition among manufacturing companies, which means that they are forced to become more customer focused to survive in the market. A Customer Relationship Management system is a system that will be of assistance to help companies succeed in building long term relationships with their customers. Best of Breed and ERP-based are two types of CRM systems. The study has focused on analyzing and examine the need for CRM systems at manufacturing companies. Our question formulation has been:? What need do businesses want to satisfy with a Best of Breed-based and ERP-based CRM system?? Are there any differences in the use of Best of Breed-based and ERP-based CRM system?In this study, we have chosen to carry out interviews and quantitative surveys with manufacturing companies to get their view of CRM-systems.

This project started with an exploration of geometric shapes and textile materials. It resulted in a chair made out of textile bands with different elasticity. The surface for sitting is flat when the chair is not used, and changes in the moment you sit down and gets a new shape. A piece of furniture that adapts to each individual. The chair emphasizes the important relationship between human and product as the person using it becomes a part of the chair for a moment..

Aktörer inom fastighetsbranschen har visat stort intresse att möta den nya Generation Y och söka kunskap inom marknadsföring mot dessa. Aktörerna efterfrågar kunskap för att bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer, där bostadsbristen inte är lika utbredd som i storstäderna. Syftet med denna studie är att analysera om engagemang, förtroende och lojalitet är avgörande faktorer vid skapandet av långsiktiga kundrelationer med Generation Y. Vidare presenteras teori angående vad som ligger till grund för långsiktiga kundrelationer. 103 respondenter har medverkat i en internetbaserad enkätundersökning där svaren har analyserats i det statistiska analysverktyget SPSS. Följande analyser har genomförts: korrelationsanalys, faktoranalys, regressionsanalys samt klusteranalys.

Syftet för uppsatsen var att undersöka om klienter med tidigare narkotikaberoende upplever att de har möjlighet till inflytande inom vården som de tar del av. Syftet var även att ta reda på hur socialarbetare inom samma vårdprogram arbetar för att möjliggöra brukarinflytandet för klienterna. Vi utförde semistrukturerade intervjuer med fem klienter och två socialarbetare från samma behandlingshem. De teoretiska perspektiv som stod till grund för analysen av empirin var brukarinflytande och demokrati. Resultatet visar att klienterna upplevde stor delaktighet inom vårdprogrammet samt i kontakten med socialarbetarna på behandlingshemmet.

Background: HIV is a worldwide spread disease with many deaths. People with the disease have previously been met with attitudes, stigma and discrimination in various contexts. A caring relationship should be built on empathy, respect and communication, where the patient is not seen as their illness, but as a person. Today, there are laws that are there to protect the patient, however, there is a lack of knowledge about what is current. Health care workers knowledge in the 2000s has improved, but there is still a lack of knowledge.Aim: To illustrate how patients with HIV experience health care.Method: The literature review was conducted with twelve scientific articles of which two articles were quantitative and the other qualitative.Results: The results revealed three main themes; Different expressions of fear, Perceived negative attitudes and stigmatization, as well as The wish to be lovingly treated in health care.

Our aim with this study is to explore socialworkers perception of what is a good treatment is and how to establish good relationship with their clients. We have decided to limit our study with social workers in Economic assistance and Abuse Units in social servises and explore if we can discern any differences between the units. We have chosen to use qualitative methods to achieve the aim of this study. We interviewed a total of seven social workers, of which three were from Abuse unit and four were from Economic assistance unit. One of the theoretical frame we have used is Goffmans (1970, 1974) theories about social interaction in which he explains the social encounter between social workers and clients.

I take interest in whether and how students in primary schools nowadays in Sweden participate in book clubs. My focus is on why teachers and school librarians choose to run book clubs and try to understand the structures that make book clubs possible. The method form my work is the qualitative research interview. I interviewed a group of eight people, five school librarians and three teachers from a medium-sized city in southern Sweden. My theoretical framework is a model contructed by researcher Patricia Montiel-Overall called Teacher- and Librarian Collaboration.

Bakgrund: Övervikt blir allt vanligare vilket även resulterat i ett ökat antal Gastric Bypass (GBP) operationer. Dessa individer påverkades inte bara fysiskt negativt, det var även en påfrestning för välbefinnandet. För vissa individer sågs GBP som deras sista möjlighet till ett hälsosamt livSyfte: Syftet med studien är att belysa vad patienter upplever ökar hälsan i sin vardag efter en Gastric Bypass.Metod: Fem självbiografier analyserades med hjälp av en kvalitativ analys beskriven av Dahlborg-Lyckhage.Resultat: Analysen visade på vikten av ett adekvat stöd för en känsla av ökat välbefinnande. Det fanns tre typer av stöd: närstående, stödgrupper och religion. Operationen ses som en möjlighet att börja om med ett nytt ?jag? och en ny hälsosammare livsstil.

Background: The Swedish fashion industry grows steadily, today it?s populated by many small and medium sized companies. Due to the big clothing chains dominant position small businesses risks to be ousted out of the fashion industry.Smaller companies may find it difficult to reach out to the customer by traditional advertising because their budgets are often smaller. It is therefore important for smaller companies to create loyal customers. Cannabis är den vanligaste illegala drogen bland unga vuxna i Sverige. Det är en omdebatterad drog, debatterna handlar ofta om huruvida cannabis effekter är negativa eller inte. Detta examensarbete undersöker om det finns skillnader i problemnivå inom olika livsområden beroende på grad av cannabisbruk. Examensarbetet är en kvantitativstudie som genom ett antal statistiska analyser jämför tre grupper av unga vuxna samt predicerar sannolikheten för vilka som löper störst risk att vara regelbundna cannabisanvändare. Resultatet tyder på att problemnivån ökar inom flera livsområden beroende på grad av cannabisbruk.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka om naturläkemedlet Ibogain kunde vara en bra behandling för missbruk. För att kunna besvara detta har kvalitativa intervjuer genomförts med fyra personer som genomgått Ibogain-behandling och en psykolog/psykoterapeut på en beroendeklink, Lars Lundell. Utöver dessa intervjuer har en klinik i London besökts som utför Ibogain-behandling. På kliniken gjordes en observationsstudie av behandlingen, samt intervjuer med klinikchefen Dr Brackenridge och en av hans patienter, i uppsatsen kallad Will. Studiens perspektiv utgår från informanterna och våra egna observationer om Ibogain-behandling.
