Ensamkommande flyktingungdomars upplevelse av integration i det svenska samhället
The purpose of the study, "Living in Two Worlds" is to try to find out how the professionals in social work reasoning and thinking about children 0-3 years living alternate residence and how children 0-3 years are affected by form of housing . Questions are how they professional reasons and think about the type of housing, what advantages and disadvantages they consider are and the conditions under the professional must be satisfied that the child will not get hurt. Study is a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews. The theory that the study is based on the attachment theory explaining the Relational processes that occurs between the child and its care person. The results of this study show that if the parents are in great conflict with each other is important for the child cope with the alternating form of housing well or not.
Inhiberat beteende hos prematura barn
Prematurfödda barn drabbas oftare av uppmärksamhetsstörningar, ångestproblem, isolering samt sociala problem och färdighetsbrister än fullgångna barn. Uppsatsens syfte är dels att undersöka om en grupp prematurafödda beter sig mer inhiberat än fullgångna, dels undersöka sambandet mellan inhibering och överbeskydd, då tidigare studier visat på en samvariation mellan ett överbeskyddande föräldraskap och beteendeinhibering. Gruppen på 20 prematurfödda barn (VLBW) och 20 kontroller bedömdes med sina mammor vid 3 och 24 månaders ålder med The Parent-Child Early Relational Assement. I 20-gruppen ingick 16 prematurfödda som även bedömdes i en större grupp (177 prematurfödda, 120 kontroller) vid 51/2 års ålder avseende självförtroende och blyghet. Resultaten visar på en signifikant huvudeffekt av prematurfödsel avseende inhiberat beteende vid 24 månader.
Objekt-relationsmappning i datacentrerad applikation
Denna rapport presenterar en undersökning av sex olika objekt-relationsmappningsramverk, nämligen Entity Framework, LINQ to SQL, NHibernate, Castle ActiveRecord, MyGeneration Doodads och Subsonic. Undersökningen redogör för styrkor och svagheter hos de olika ramverken samt diskuterar när respektive ramverk är lämpligt att använda.De ramverk som bedömdes vara mest intressanta var NHibernate och Entity Framework, då de erbjuder flexibel mappning mellan domänmodellen och det underliggande databasschemat samt god tillgång till dokumentation och litteratur.Undersökningen användes som grund för att besluta vilket av de aktuella ramverken som skulle användas vid en omskrivning av en existerande applikation för IT-konsultföretaget Sogeti. "Lillapan finner en vän" : Barns delaktighet i lässtunden
The purpose of this study has been to describe and analyze how seven Swedish preschool teachers and two special education teachers think and work with children who show a lack of social skills. The study method has been semi-structured interviews with the educators which have been analyzed and sorted under different themes/categories. The theoretical framework used in this study is sociocultural, Relational and categorical perspectives. These perspectives have been chosen in order to better understand how teachers see their role in supporting children in need of special support. The environment in the preschool is found to be of great help and the teachers? approach is of great importance.The research emphasizes the importance of integrating thinking, feeling and behavior.
Svenska statens inköp av finansiell rådgivning: Ramavtalsupphandlingen för finansiell rådgivning avseende statligt ägda bolag 2004
This study finds that the Swedish Government has a process for purchasing financial advisory services that is more transaction-oriented than the corresponding process at a Swedish private equity firm. The conclusion is supported by previous research comparing public and private sector purchasing processes. However, the differences between the two purchasing processes are not as significant as one might believe given the fact that the Government, unlike the private equity firm, has to operate under the Public Procurement Act (LOU). The tendency of the Swedish Government to apply a more relationoriented purchasing approach than expected is most likely driven by the fact that this represents the established professional norm for purchasing of professional services in the private sector. As LOU and the professional norm impose contradictory influences on the Swedish Government?s purchasing of financial advisory services, the final outcome depends on which of the two forces that dominate..
"Omstart" : En studie om co-creation inom scenkonst
The process of value creation is rapidly shifting from a product- and firm-centric view to personalized consumer experience today. Informed, networked, empowered and active consumers are increasingly co-creating value with the firm. The interaction between the firm and the consumer as well as the experience factor plays an increasingly important role in determining the success of a company?s offering. In this study, a special type of co-creating experience is investigated - ?omstartspex? - where the audience is interacting with actors during the play.
IKT för elever med ADHD : Nytta eller nöje?
The aim with this study was to see how a few teachers with experience of young students with ADHD looks upon the need of special support through ICT and from which perspective of special needs education the support is formed.I related the informants? answers about their views on special needs support based on a Relational and categorical perspective and came to the conclusion that all of the informants uses a bit of both depending on each individual students needs. Therefor I could see that the dilemma perspective is current in schools today. The most important need for the students with ADHD in general is, according to the informants, structure and routine.The result from this study also shows that general knowledge about ICT is lacking and needs to increase. This could in most cases be explained by the schools economic resources as that partly prevent purchase of new and more equipment but also forces the school to keep larger groups of students in each class.
Användning av realtidsdatabas i diagnostiksystem
The main purpose in this degree thesis is to investigate changes in performance when introducing a newly produced Real-Time database in one of CC Systems products, the Diagnostic Runtime Engine, DRE. The thesis is a collaboration between CC Systems, creator of DRE, and Mimer AB, developer of the Real-Time database.The result reveals that the time spent on database access is considerably lesscompared to the originally used database. The research has lead to several additional requirements on the real-time database and these are presented as part of the result in this thesis. The additional features will help making the product more suitable for DRE and similar applications.Additional research is required to be able to recommend the use of this product or not. Primarily the performance in another operating system, Windows CE, but also the introduction of additional features should be investigated.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the researcher experiences its role in real life in relation to the field of education and adult learning. The context of the study is the academic department of education and adult learning in Swedish institutions. This is a qualitative study, inspired by Grounded Theory. Data consist of interviews, texts from policy documents and reports. Both the aspects gender and context have been taken into consideration.
Flexibla aktörer, interna rum : Filmproducenter, personliga nätverk och mötesplatser inom filmbranschen
I denna uppsats studeras hur kontakter mellan filmproducenter och manusförfattare, regissörer och finansiärer skapas och fördjupas samt i vilka konkreta fysiska rum sådana kontakter kan ske. Djupintervjuer har gjorts med tre Stockholmsbaserade filmproducenter och två andra nyckelpersoner i samma stad. Dessa intervjuer har sedan analyserats dels hermeneutiskt, dels genom diskursanalys. Resultaten visar att kontakter ofta skapas dels genom personliga nätverk, dels i själva arbetet med filmprojekt. Mötesplatserna är ofta temporära och interna, även om vissa typer av miljöer som kontor, lägenheter och restauranger återkommer.
En studie i kommunikativt ledarskap inom vuxenutbildninen i Malmö
The purpose of my study is to examine whether the need for competence development in the communicative leadership exists among the six school leaders at the current adult education unit in Malmö. By observing the communication between the parties I hoped to get the following questions answered: What are the preconditions for the school leaders, in their daily communication with the staff, for getting the staff to feel noticed and confirmed? In what ways do the school leaders communicate with their staff to motivate them to development? I also wanted to highlight the school leaders' awareness of their own communication skills. The theories and models I have used are Haberma?s theory of the communicative action, Spitzberg and Cupach?s Relational competence model and Engquist?s theory of level of abstractions.
Affektreglerande förmåga hos mammor till prematura riskbarn
Affektreglering är ett begrepp som inom modern anknytningsteori används för att beskriva förälderns följsamhet, lyhördhet och stöd för barnet att reglera och organisera affekter, upphetsningsnivå och erfarenheter. Förälderns förmåga avseende detta antas kunna påverka barnets förmåga till självreglering. I syfte att studera om faktorer som att föda ett prematurt riskbarn och paritet påverkar mammans förmåga till affektreglering har en teoretiskt grundad skala skapats utifrån variabler som ingår i The Parent-Child Early Relational Assessment (ERA), ett kvantitativt bedömningsinstrument av samspelskvalitéer. I jämförelse mellan 17 mammor till prematurfödda riskbarn (VLBW/ELBW) och en matchad kontrollgrupp, videofilmade i samspelssituationer då barnen varit 3, 18 och 24 månader (korr. för prematurfödda), framkommer en signifikant lägre affektreglerande förmåga hos förstföderskor som har ett prematurt riskbarn.
Hur var min skoltid? : Sju individers egna berättelser om sin skoltid med diagnosen ADHD.
Bakgrund: Syftet är att undersöka hur elever med ADHD har upplevt sin skoltid samt hur eleverna anser att lärare bemöter elever med ADHD. Metod: Genom kvalitativa metoder har sex vuxna personer med diagnosen ADHD intervjuats. Undersökningen utgår ifrån tre frågeställningar om hur elever med ADHD har upplevt sin skolgång, vilka relationer de haft till lärare och hur anpassning av undervisning sett ut. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna för undersökningen är socialkonstruktivismen och relationella perspektivet. Analysen utgår utifrån en hermeneutisk ansats.
"Fördomar? Då skulle du träffa min pappa!" : En undersökning av hur intolerans och fostrande undervisning beskrivs av gymnasieelever på ett yrkesförberedande program
The purpose of this study is to describe how the employee appraisal is perceived by managers, employees and representatives from human resources departments. The empirical material con-sists of 15 interviews: respondents were two representatives of the human resources departments, four unit managers and nine employees who work at a state institution or municipal management. In the study, I adopt a sociocultural perspective, with the communicative Relational perspective. The latter is a special education perspective in which the interpenetration of participation, com-munication and learning emphasized.The result shows that the majority of employees would like to see that the talks will be held more frequently than once a year. One of the managers has in cooperation with his co-workers devel-oped a model based on that each year, in addition to salary talks, have an individual conversation, a conversation with each group and individual follow-up talks.
Terapeuters föreställning om och med barn - varför involvera barn i familjeterapi
The purpose of this essay is to understand how children and adolescent regard participating infamily therapy sessions, and the children´s views on their own contribution to the therapy.Another focus is weather family therapy can strengthen children´s identity and sence ofcoherence, and thus help them being more able to coping with dificulties in the future.Important questions for this work is to investigate how the attitudes and abilities of familytherapists can help the children become participating subjects, and how the collaborativeapproach contribute to bringing new perspectives and opportunities in the family's Relationalcontext and life situation. By using Antonovsky´s salutogenic theory and narrative theory, theaim of this paper is to bring forth ways to approach children as family therapist that helpsstrengthen the childrens identity, self-esteem and sence of coherence.By analyzing family therapists known for being child-focused, such as Jim Wilson, MichaelWhite, David Epston and Haldor Övreeide, and compare the approach as therapist to theconclusions of the recent studies, this paper wants to emphasize how to approach children,adolescents and parents in a way that helps children contribute to solving the problem and thatbrings forth new narratives about the childs identity and Relational context..
