The focus of this essay is on a political party that was founded in Sweden in 1904. Today, we known it as Moderata Samlingspartiet. Historically, this party has transitioned through multiple phases which have included a change of name and also a change of substance in the area of trade policy. The party that was cheering globalisation at the 2006 congress had its roots in protectionism and had been founded as a strict protectionist organisation. The question raised here is what has caused this dramatic change in the trade politic?In addressing this important question, I have used both organization and party strategy theories to identify the main underlying reasons.

Denna uppsats fokuserar på människans subjektiva verklighetsuppfattning kring skogsmiljöer, utifrån ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv. Från olika aktörers livsvärldar har relationen till begrepp som natur, kultur, kulturmiljöer och kulturmiljövård studerats, liksom hur aktörernas förhållande till detta i sin tur påverkar vad som anses vara bevarandevärt. För att genomföra detta har intervjuer utförts med aktörer i anknytning med projektet Skog och Historia eller skogsbruk på såväl central, regional som lokal nivå. Utifrån detta har aktörernas begreppstolkningar interpreterats till att kulturen är den tolkning som var och en av aktörerna gör. Detta resulterar i att kulturbevarandet påverkas subjektivt, vilket i sin tur kan komma att påverka livsvärlden..

Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR, is discussed and the question of how much responsibility companies should really take is frequently in the news. Companies tend to ask themselves how much responsibility they should take. CSR is a common concept of companies environmental and social work and a concept we tend to see here and there in our modern society. CSR includes companies? social responsibilities, both in terms of carbon footprint, working conditions, social responsibility and more.

In the 1940s the Swedish town planning was inspired by the English city development with the concepts of neighbourhood and community planning. In order to promote democratic development and solidarity the ideal would be to create community centers with full service. Community centers are part of the building of the suburbs during the postwar period. The buildings in Sweden from 1940 - and -50s were built with the intentions to be good homes for all regardless of income, class and status. Collective solutions to individual problems were characteristic of the Swedish policy during this time.

Det övergripande syftet med detta arbete har varit att studera hur kommuner förhåller sig till bestämmelserna som finns i Miljöbalkens 3 kap § 4 om ianpråktagande av jordbruksmark. Syftet har vidare varit att undersöka vilka motsättningar som finns mellan miljö- och planeringsparadigmen inom den fysiska planeringen genom att studera hur kommuner resonerar om frågan om byggande eller bevarande av jordbruksmark. För att undersöka detta studeras de fall som har den bästa jordbruksmarken sett till dess produktionsförmåga samt har en stor befolkningsökning och liten yta att växa på. Som tillvägagångssätt för att studera detta tillämpas en flerfallstudie som undersökningsstrategi. I studien genomförs en innehållsanalys av åtta kommuners översiktsplaner. Uppsatsen visar på att det finns en förskjutning från miljöparadigmet till planeringsparadigmet i sättet som kommunerna för sina resonemang om bestämmelserna om byggande på jordbruksmark. I samtliga översiktsplaners övergripande mål eller strategier nämns jordbruksmarken som en viktig resurs som ska värnas. Detta inledande resonemang tillhör ?miljöparadigmets? bevarande- och skyddssynsätt på utveckling.

The aim of this paper is to shed some light on to what extent the process of making reality of Inclusion, as stated in International Declarations and in Government policies, has reached the actual educational activities in the school system. My chosen method is a case study, in which I have combined a survey with interviews in order to retrieve enough data for my analysis. I have also studied a number of policy documents and relevant literature. My analysis concludes, for the school that I have chosen to study, that there is still a lot to be done before inclusion becomes a reality. There are many obstacles to overcome, for instance; a constant struggle to obtain enough resources and to reach relevant levels of competence within the personnel.

Large volumes of excavated soil and rock are generated in building- and construction projects. These materials need to be transported longer and longer distances due to the densifications of cities. The transportation affects the environment in terms of noise and emissions, but also makes high demands on road infrastructure. To reduce the transport distances an increased responsibility for the excavated rock generated needs to be taken. Responsibility can be increased through an introduction of means of control.

This paper aims to describe the geographical changes of Swedish international aid politics since 2007, which was the year the new aid reform of decreasing collaborating countries, came up. To decrease the number of aid receiving countries due to efficiency is not a new idea within Swedish aid politics, but Sweden received criticism from the (DAC) Development Assistance Committee, saying Sweden was active in too many countries, and the government established a policy to decrease the amount of countries given aid. Despite the government?s recent work, science has shown on a failed country focusing. This is followed up in the paper trough examination of statistics to measure the extent of the reduction.

The purpose of this essay is to examine how officials within the Swedish public libraryorganisation view the IT-development, how the IT-development progresses within theorganisation and if there is a need for a national IT-strategy for the public libraries in Sweden.Four unorganized interviews with officials within the regional- and county libraryorganisation and one within the national organisation where conducted. This study is aqualitative examination where the phenomenographic approach has been used as inspirationfor the analytic model. The analytic result has been compared to the system theory of how anoptimal system should be constructed to perform in an optimal way and to be able to producegood results. The results of this study show a wish for a better national cooperation regardingthe IT-development for the Swedish public libraries. I större organisationer finns ett behov av att säkerställa att organisationens olika verksamheter arbetar efter samma lönestrategi och mot samma mål, samtidigt som lokala verksamheter måste anpassa direktiv och policys som förs ner genom organisationen till sin kontext. Syftet med studien är att genom en fallstudie skapa en förståelse för hur individuell lön praktiseras och organiseras inom en stor offentlig verksamhet samt skapa en djupare förståelse för kopplingen mellan policy, strategi och lönesättning. Organisationen som studeras är Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhus och HR-avdelningen centralt på Västra Götalandsregionen.Studien har genomförts med en kvalitativ metod. Det empiriska materialet utgörs av fem semistrukturerade intervjuer med lönesättande chefer och två fokusgruppsintervjuer med HR- medarbetare. Intervjuerna har transkriberats och analyserats med tematisk analysmetod och empirin har kopplats till teori och tidigare forskning.Studien fann att en av de huvudsakliga avsikterna med lönepolitiken i organisationen var att motivera medarbetarna, men att det bland respondenterna fanns en varierad syn på sambandet mellan lönesättning och motivation.
